Complete Savings / Complete Save taking money out of my bank

Recently there has been money coming out of my bank, I have not signed up for this and it's not great considering that is hard earned money which is in my bank for reasons...
this money has been coming out for quite some time and I would appreciate if it would stop as it is now totally up to £65, I don't show online regularly so I'm confused to why someone is taking money from my bank each month.
Get back to me so I can stop this from happening

Complete Savings / Complete Save fraud

I noticed WLY Complete Savings had taken £15 from my account in March, I contacted my bank and they ‘blocked' the company. I never signed up to the savings company and when I rang the company direct they were useless, telling me to give my long card (16 digit) number over the phone which I know never to do. Also said they're was no record of my ‘account' (OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE I DONT HAVE ONE)
anyway I check my bank today (April) and they have taken another £15 from my account although my bank apparently blocked it. This company needs investigating ASAP.

Speak to your bank about getting the reference/auth code for one of the tranactions and then call up completesavings and give them the code along with your name to check if its linked to your name or not. Also you said it first started in March, that usually means the company was first synched to your account in Feb. Do you recall using, Argos, trainline or maybe PapaJohns etc on roughly the same date in Feb? Also when you contact your bank about the code they should be able to check which company you used that started it off. Also as the company has taken a transaction from your debit/credit card that info is something they already have so you shouldnt feel affraid to give them your long card number as they already have it.

Complete Savings / Complete Save fraudulent payments

I am contacting you in regards to fraudulent payments that have been taken from my account for £15.00 since November 2016, amounting to £615.00.

Have this refunded immediately, I have already informed my bank and the trading standards, I have not authorised this or signed for a product that I have not heard of or used.

I find this abhorrent that companies do this, remove my details from your records as I shall be r equesting Data Subject Access Request, before I get legal advice.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorized credit card charge

This fraudulent company has been taking £15 out of my account, every month since the beginning of 2016. I have never even heard of this company but apparently I signed up to them after booking on train line. I called them up and they were able to give me a £45 refund over the phone and they have sent me a request form for a full refund as I have never used their service. If you call their number, 0800 389 6960, ASK FOR A FULL REFUND. They do not offer it to you unless you keep asking. They continue to claim that they can only give a £45 refund for the last three payments. Don't let them win if you have never used this service or claimed the welcome bonus.

Noticed charges of £15 a month coming out my account have rang and asked what this is about and to cancel this "membership" I have no recollection of signing up for this "service" and I think it is an absolutely despicable company . I am a very internet savvy person so to find out I have signed up to this without my knowledge is horrifying and I feel deeply for anyone who isn't as good with online shoooing etc . I had no idwa I'd signed up for this and appalled - fool me for not noticing the payments sooner but I am appalled and this l company needs shutting down .

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised payment

It has been brought to my attention that WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my Halifax Account for the last 6 months, totalling £75 last payment being taken on 12 March. I do a small amount of online shopping mainly with Debenhams as I have an account with them and have done for a number of years. I have never requested to join the Complete Save savings plan at any time during my shopping experiences (I did not know what this was until I queried the payments with the Fraud Team at the Bank who advised me to look online to understand what it was.) As the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount and slipped through the net not to raise alarm bells until now! I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped, but I am very distressed and I am furious that this amount of money has been taken from my account. I am not sure how this company has managed to get me details, under no circumstances would I agree to sign up for a monthly subscription, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company or even given them my details.

I look forward to hearing from you as a matter of urgency to rectify this position.

Complete Savings / Complete Save fraud

I've just realised your company has taken 15 pound out of my bank, I go and check my bank statements and it turns out this isn't the first time. Twice 15 has been taken(and that's just what I know of). You've stolen 30 from me, I've never even heard of this site, how do you have access to my bank account. I shall be going into my bank and reporting fraud. I will also be checking all my statements, to see how many times I've been robbed.

I was sent to the website by argos who said that I could claim cahsback on a recent purchase. I gave my card details in order to get the cashback, but it was never made clear that I would be paying for a monthly subscription. Over the past few months I tried to contact them seve times to cancel the subscription, given a new cancellation number each time, and then each month the money is still taken out of my account.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised charges

I have just realise that this WLY COMLETE SAVE have been charging £15 per month from my credit card on 15th of every month since January 2018

I'm incredibly unhappy about this as I never signed up for any such savings club as shop online once in a blue moon . And don't think this justify a £15 per month fee that charge for subscription ! THIS HAS MOUNTSD UP TO OVER £180 ! It's alot of money when I'm already trying to pay off my credit card balance and again SOMETHING I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR !

Complete Savings / Complete Save wly complete savings

Today I noticed that I had a £15 charge coming out of my account. I have since discovered that this has been coming out of my account for the last 27 months! I am technically minded and good with computers, also very careful about websites I use for shopping, so there is no way that I have 'accidentally' signed up to this company.

Upon calling up the helpline, the customer representative insisted I had signed up and was unable to give me any proper details about my account, instead just insisted I provided him with more personal information. He then told me the the surname he had on the account was mine, but the first name wasn't, but also he couldn't tell me what first name he had on file as this was covered by data protection. But what about my data protection from the fraudulent person and company that is stealing my money and using my details?!

How dare this awful company use my bank details and steal money from my account and then have the nerve to say that it must have been me that signed up. I'm not an idiot and I can see a scam when I come across one. After threatening to take legal action (which is by no means an empty threat) apparently his supervisor said he could refund me the £345 that they had stolen. I await the repayment and will reassess the legal status upon completion of that.

WLY Complete Save is a terrible company that really does need to be investigated, I fully plan to put the wheels in motion on this if I do not get my money back by Monday.

Absolutely disgusting people.

Give me my money back!

Complete Savings / Complete Save Cancelling a monthly payment.

I have been trying to cancel a monthly payment of £10. I've rang the 0800 number and haven't got to talk to anyone. I have also sent my email address to the forgot my password on the Complete Savings web page and can't get an email back so I can sign in to no avail. I have even tried to stop payments by getting a new bank card with a new number but the payments are still coming out. I do not want the service of Complete Savings and never realised I would be getting charged on a monthly basis.

Complete Savings / Complete Save misleading customers to sign up for membership

Member ID: [protected]
I have just received an email from complete savings reminding me to use their membership. i was not even aware that i had this membership and on phoning up was told that i have been enrolled since 2015 when i booked on Travel Lodge. I honestly thought i was signing up for cash back and gave my details as I thought Travelodge is a credible company and i was not aware that I was entering a paid membership and don't recall anything about reading about free trial and a monthly fee. Even though I confirmed today that I have never ever used this membership, owhich complete savings can prove or have not seen any emails from them (which had all gone into junk presumably) they have ony refunded mw £45 instead of the whole a£690 that has been taken out of my account since 2015! I usually don't open these kind of emails as i suspect scams and by chance i opened the one I received to day and upon calling was horrified to realize that i had been paying them for the last 3 years! I can honestly say that i have not noticed this on my statement as i only check my statements in detail if i have a problem. This is completely unfair and i would like to be refunded my money for what was essentially a false way of misinforming customers to part with their money.

Complete Savings / Complete Save monthly subscription

Unauthorized monthly subscription engaged once a pizza was purchased from Papa John's, and then they managed to get hold of new card details to continue once card renewed. How?

Disgusting practice and surely the 2018 GDPR should have engaged and protected all against continued transactions.

These have been taking £15 per month for. 2 years, as it's only £15 I didn't realise and also a similar name to the dog food we purchase

Regular membership/subscription charges for the same value that comes off at the same time each month are due to a recurring payment system. This system is used by many retailers i.e Netflix, Amazon Prime. It acts very much like a DD but uses your long card number. This system means that when the card is cancelled and replaced the membership/subscription will jump to the mew card. This can be countered by contacting your bank and have them stop recurring payments to that retailer.

Complete Savings / Complete Save money being taken from my account

To whom this may concern,

I am a student and own no business or whatever this saving thing is for and 15€ has been taken from my account which I have absolutely no idea why I've never even heard of or ever used this service or whatever it is. You may think that 15€ is not a lot but it is to me and especially if it will continue to be taken from my account for no reason! I am going to my bank to see why this has happened but I am not happy about it and will want my money back! These scams are rediculous and it better not happen again!

My wife and I have just found out we have unknowingly being paying Completesavings.co.uk ten pounds a month since June 2012, for an alleged service we both knew nothing about and have not agreed to pay.

Following our discovery we immediately cancelled this payment, but would like to know how this company can make unauthorised deductions from people's accounts?

Was not aware that I signed up to complete save, and did not sign any forms that would let them take £15 from my bank account for two years. They are fraudulent.
I would never sign up to any savings or cashback schemes as I have no interest in these. I am not sure how they were able to add me to their service. I would like compensation because they have taken over £300 from my bank account and I have not even received anything back

I have had £15 a month taken from my bank since June 2018 from your company. You didn't even have my name and wouldn't tell what name was being used. Yet you could take money from my debit card for 8 months. I think it's a disgusting that you do this to people. I never filled in anything that I would have to put my card details in so I don't know how you manage to do this. You have no morals
