I have been a gold member for 3+ years. It seems that has changed its rules for contacting other members and even for contacting their own Help services. There is neither a place to hit "send" in order to get your email sent out to a classmate or former student nor to send your question as to how to get the email to send in the first place. "Customer service" and "Help" are useless. It is a rather helpless feeling especially when one has paid to use/belong to its services. I am wondering why I have to pay for NOT being able to use
