Citizens Banksecurity and customer service

I am completely locked out of my account- not able to login, use the app, or even email the company. This is because I used the card out of country— which I TOLD the bank I was going To be doing. I gave them the dates and the countries, yet I'm still locked out without even an email or phone call, in a country where I have no phone service. Absolutely [censored]ing despicable.
