CiCi's Pizza / customer service, inappropriate behavior by manager and staff

We went to cici pizza on the international drive, Florida on June 18, 2017 at 6.22 pm. We ordered two buffets for the kids and we (parents) didn't want to eat the buffet but wanted to order and eat a pizza with the kids in the restsurant instead. We specifically asked the clerk Monestine if we can eat the pizza in the restaurant and she said 'yes'. Our kids heard that. Later Monestine came and told us that we can't eat the pizza there while our kids were still eating the buffet. We closed the pizza box and stopped eating our pizza. Then the manager Juliette came and told us that we can't eat sit in the restaurant and told us to go out of the restaurant as they won't allow anyone to sit in the restaurant with the takeout pizza. We told Juliette that our kids are eating the buffet next to us but she insisted that we cannot sit in the restaurant with the pizza and threw us out of the restaurant. We kept telling julietta that if we had known that the clerk Monestine had told us that we wouldnt be allowed to eat there then we would have gone somewhere else
Or ordered buffet instead. But Julietta wouldn't listen. Even when we told us that our kids are with us eating their buffet she told us that we can't sit in the restaurant and asked us to leave. We left even though our kids didn't finish their dinner. This is the worst restaurant ever. We have never been treated like this ever in any restaurant in US. This is the worst customer service. We are visiting from LA, this was our first visit to cicis and we will
Never visit cicis again. Monestine and Juliette needs to be taught customer service and customer needs to be told about their policies
