Hey called in my phone order to Sonny’s tonight for dinner. Told it would be 20-25 mins end up having to wait another 20mins at the restaurant “because it just got real busy”. As the server was packing my to go order she dropped and spilled my corn nuggets turned to her co workers and asked if we saw her and could she just put it back in the bag. We definitely saw her and let her know. Then after having to switch registers for whatever reason during cashing us out she grabbed our heavy $80.00 bagged order and dropped the whole thing. No apologies no manager coming over to handle the situation just a “it didn’t fall out of the bag”. Worst service ever. I used to come to sonnys a lot. One of my family’s favorite restaurants but not after tonight.

IF you cannot open this US Gov't link, I'll refer my remarks to anyone who can help resolve 'this ongoing issue, regarding the "improper" placement of the toilet paper dispenser at this facility. I can send you pictures from US government Guidelines, if you wish. to show you better placement of the paper dispenser. Thank you for resolving this matter as quickly as possible.. One phone call will do it, I'm sure.

I ordered a big deal steak burger with tater tots and 2 other orders with barbecue sauce. I got several ranch dressings even though I did not order salad, no barbecue sauce and no tater tots. This is the 2nd time Sonny's has screwed up in a month. I am so disappointed in them. Did get charged for 3 big deals but no side even though the lady on the phone repeated the order correctly.

We visited the restaurant in Lawrenceville,Ga on June 18th 2023 Fathers Day.

We were on o wait which wasn’t to long.

The actual restaurant was extremely hot and we found out that the air conditioning was not working! This was horrible as it was really hot outside as well!It was very uncomfortable.

I had the 2 meat double brisket.baked beans and coleslaw and garlic toast,cokeMy husband had theSonny’s Sampler ribs,chicken,green beans,dirty rice and cornbread and sweet tea.

The food was sub par the brisket was atrocious and the coleslaw was horrendous The only thing I did tolerate was the baked beans and my husband liked the green beans and dirty rice.

This was the worst dining experience we have had to deal with we will never patronize this establishment ever again.This meal and the overall experience was not worth the amount spent which was over $50.00.Thank You

I went to use my One Blood Donations gift which was a Big Deal at Sonny's BBQ.
I live near the villages and so I went and the waitress said, let me check if we honor this?
Meanwhile I wanted sweet tea/half unsweetened and French fries and garlic bread.
Order came, waitress never came back for anything, while waiting on a big table next to me
I never make a sandwich out of the pulled pork and as I got half done I seen something shiny on my food
It was plastic wrapping!
I didn't see my waitress but another passed and I told them to get the manager.
I took a picture and when she came she said it is what they wrapped pork in. Gave me another dinner to go.

My wife and I went to Sonny's BBQ and ordered the SAMPLER and the PICK 2 Combo. Found out that they were out of Beef Brisket and wings. The first time it took 25 minutes to bring out the food and all of the meat was cold and the beans were nuke warm and did not get my corn bread, my wife meat was cold along with the toast. We sent it back and waited another 20 minutes and guess what the meat was nuke warm and the chicken was so cold I put my finger in it, cold as ice and got the corn bread that was dry and over cooked. I Asked for the bill and a box for the food to take home and heat it up myself, and was told that we could sub in okra instead of coleslaw, but we were charged more for it. So I paid $42.02 for a cold, over-cooking and being charged more for nothing. (2210 East Semoran Blvd Apopka, Fl)

We went to the new remodeled Sonny's in Zephyrhills, FL. The place looks great, that's about the only good thing I can say about this, when I was asked what I wanted to drink I asked for a Tom Collins [very simple drink to make]. What came to the table was not a Tom Collins also a very small glass the waitress took it back I watched the bar maid remix the drink [well not a remix when you use the old wrong drink in the mix] she uses the drink they brought to the table instead of starting over needless to say when she brought it back it was not drinkable [I did taste it] I told her it was terrible and undrinkable she asked could they mix something else. I asked for an old fashion [very simple drink] she came back to the table as said we don't have the right ingredients to make the drink. That I feel is a lie as you only need bourbon simple syrup bitters and ice, all these things are used in so many other drinks it's hard to believe they did not have them. I think she just did not know how to mix them. I had to settle for a root beer. As she did know how to pour that/ we won't be back to the newly remolded Sonny's in Zephyrhills again

I had my partner go pick up dinner last night. We spent over $60 for 2 to eat. Which wouldn't be a problem. When he came home with the food. It looked like the corn muffins were molded or dropped on the floor & served to us. The tops of these muffins had a blackish green hue to them. I threw them away. Then I decided to grab one & take photos of this muffin. We also were given poor quality ribs & what was supposed to be beef brisket. The entire sixty something dollars was a complete waste. The food looked like someone intentionally gave us old food. I will say that I sent him late. So the restaurant was very close to being closed. However it is not okay to sell someone bad food. Food that could clearly cause someone to become sick if consumed. I thought about contacting my local news channel & taking to social media because this was that bad. I hope that someone reaches out to me on this matter

After years of enjoying Sonny's ribs, we get a full rack that looked like discards.

We purchased the special Baby Back Rib Meal on special this weekend after we received an email alert.

Getting the meal home, we were shocked. The slab of ribs were so small, it didn't look like baby back ribs that we've ever eaten. Very disappointed and very surprised they let this meal go out like this.

I was missing half my order when I picked it up thankfully I check my order before I left so I went back to the window and was told that they were out of a couple of my items, so I said, you were just going to let me leave without them. You have been refunded, that's not the point, the point is I would have gotten home and not able to feed everyone

Iv been a loyal cook for Sonny’s for almost 2 years now and the a/c has been off in the restaurant for 3 weeks now. Not a single staff member or even the owner has put any effort into fixing this problem leaving the cooks to cook in 100 degrees for 3 weeks straight. I would hope this company changes its priorities from just making money too having there employees in a safe environment

I haven’t been to this Sonny’s BBQ in years the food has changed its horrible😔

I don’t no if I dine in it would be better but I went in a rush trying to have some barbecue on

Big mistake I ordered the family fest it tasted like it came out of the dumpster….. food was dry hard and old and smelled old. I expect that from employees but the manager from Long Beach California gave me $68 dollars worth of old [censored] food ….

Went to Sonny’s bbq in Brandon ms on July 2,2022. Server was not friendly. My son said she was rolling her eyes.after I recieved my food it took 10 mins for her to bring silverware. My ffood was cold by this time. Then when she came and got my card for payment she snatched it from the table. Of course I didn’t leave a tip because of her actions. When I get my credit card statement today July 4 it was a 5 dollar tip left on the card that was not authorized.

Hugo was unprofessional when trying to pick up my order for Uber eats. When I asked if an order was ready he continued to raise his voice saying the order would be ready when it comes out. He is very unprofessional and won’t be going to this restaurant any longer unless somethings done
