Manager refused to make the pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. When I asked why he reported it was because a pepperoni and cheese pizza was already on the buffet. I told him I did see it was there, but it was a single cheese and barely had any cheese. He continued to refuse to make one with double cheese. I've never had this issue in the 25 years I've been going to cicis pizza restaurants.
Claimed loss: Just annoyed because I would not have come here if I knew they would refuse my request I've had made the past 25 years. The manager is obviously lazy. I could understand if it was unusually busy..
Desired outcome: If I ever come back, which I doubt I will to this location, I woul like a pizza made the way I request it be made. 2x cheese isn't asking that much.

That is just weird since pepperoni and plain cheese are probably the most popular pizza's. Probably the most ordered.
