CiCi's Pizza - Misconduct of an manager

I went to CICIs to p/u an order. It was meat lovers with jalapeños.

I got it home and realized it didn't have sausage on it. I called and talked to Reece the mgr and he was so rude. I asked him what comes on a meat lovers and he stated sausage, ham and pepperoni. I stated you guys forgot the sausage. He said, we make mistakes (didn't apologize). I said, on 3 toppings. He said, look you can bring it back and we will exchange it. I said, since this was not my fault how about you deliver it to me. He said no! Still no apology. I said, this was unacceptable. He said, look what is your problem (in a loud voice / still no apology) then hung up on me.

I called back and asked his name and he said Reece. I asked why he hung up on me. He didn't say anything. Then I said, this is not right. I deserve better treatment as a human and a customer. He said, whatever. I then said I will call your District Mgr Justin. He said, ok the. Hung up on me again.

I feel this is not the image that CiCi wants to promotes. I feel this was totally rude and unacceptable. He doesn't deserve to work for CICIs due to his lack of customer service and concern. There are to many good people in the world to have this guy in charge during a terrible time with a pandemic going on and jobs being so scares.

I would like someone to reach out to me and apologize for this incident and I feel I paid for something I didn't receive. Thanks

I talk to the Store Mgr Ondi Maravich. She offered a free pizza. I'm not here fir a free pizza. I'm here to make sure that Reece doesn't treat anyone like he did me. He truly needs to be fired. I found out he was the same person that disrespected and was rude to me in Sep 2019. Also, he also, has been named on numerous complaints on a local restaurant review. He is cause your restaurant to have bad reviews and he is disrespectful and needs termination. I was a regular in your restaurant you can ask Ondi. I will not step foot in there again while he is employed in your restaurant. I will reach out to all my friends, neighbors, and relatives to do the same.

Just curious, you say you've had a problem with him over a year ago, so he's been there a while. You also say you're a regular who eats there all the time, but in all that time you've never known Reece's name? Yet you seem to know the owner's name, and even the district manager's name? Sounds strange.

CiCi's Pizza - customer service

My fiancé and I took our 5 children to eat there Thursday July 24, 2014. We were using a credit card and asked that they split it and put half on his card and the other half on mine. The guy swiped my fiancées card 3 times and kept saying it was not working, he called someone else over and they punched a few more things on the computer system and started over. I then gave them my card to put the other half on it and they swiped mine twice. My fiancé asked if we were getting charged each time and he said no. The final swipe of the card "worked" but it charged the entire amount on mine. Whatever, I bought dinner. The next day we checked our bank accounts and we were charged every single time that guy was swiping our card! We drove back up there and talked with the manager and it took her almost 2 hours to try to figure out how to refund us. She finally just gave us cash but only after I called the police. She kept the amount for half of the meal on each of our cards and gave us cash only for the over charges! How about a little compensation for being overcharged and then having to spend 2 hours of our vacation time trying to get money back that was ours in the first place and that was their screw up! I have talked with corporate and they are not being very helpful. They allowed us to eat free during that 2 hour process and they feel like that was compensation enough. Let me just say, we would not have eaten there again...the only reason we were back was to get our money back that they overcharged. We did not go there to eat. We only ate because it was taking the manager soooo long to try to figure out how to fix their mistake and our 5 kids were getting restless. We were on vacation and trying to get to Magic Springs. This ordeal took 2 hours out of our park time. Also, every license and inspection for this establishment was expired. A terrible place to eat. Also the night we were there, the assistant manager was obviously in a bad mood and he throwing things around, tossing the pizzas onto the counter and slamming spatulas down. It was bad enough that one of our children felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave. This place needs help.
