I went into the drive thru at around nine o'clock and I received subpar service from your night crew. I myself work fast food and I know that it is hard but you should always have a smile on your face when saying hello to customers even if you are having a bad day. I also didn't receive a receipt for my meal either on the bag or my customer copy for paying for my meal tonight.
