We cancelled our service. AT&T waited 3 months before disconnecting. This ran up a bill of over $2, 000. We continually complained. They finally reduced the charge to $1500. They ignored our complaints and turned this over to a collection agency. It has also been turned in against my credit.

I continue to be harassed by the collection agency.

I am so disappointed in AT&T and freely share this story on Facebook and Twitter.
