where is my money?
Something is wrong with my disbursed of funds. I was supposed to get paid almost a month ago and still nothing. Amazon keeps pushing the disbursement date back. A seller should not wait a month for Amazon to release funds. The representatives I talk with on the telephone are completely clueless. I end up waiting on hold for a good 20 minutes and they never resolve the problem. Can someone look into my Amazon account and explain why Amazon has not released my money yet? My account is... I ordered a moto 4g plus 32gb mobile from amazon india, order number is [protected], delivery was advertised within the same day, but on booking I was shocked to see it showing as between 10th june to 13th june. When the courier came to deliver I found the seal open, anyone could have seen it. I refused the delivery.
If this is the way amazon behaves than I am not surprised that its facing tough competition from flipkart, who deliver as per the promise they make.

I purchased a stove off Amazon that was supposed to arrive on Dec 27 and it was going to come in from Mississauga and surprisingly it came in 1 or 2 days late and i wanted to know if you guys can update the tracking NO. as delivered. And if you guys can inform Amazon Canada about this issue.

I ordered an IP Camera from Chinatera's website using Paypal for payment for $74. Paypal took my money right away and emailed a very nice receipt but nothing from the seller how to contact or track my order. My card company will reverse the charges, but this is time consuming and very unprofessional. Do not buy from Chinatera or pay with Paypal you will have problems...

I received a damaged item purchased from “CHINATERA LIMITED" paid via PayPal. That company never responded to my messages until I escalated a case with PayPal. My experience with that company was terrible and I will never deal with them again.
PayPal has a ‘Return Shipping on Us” service which must be active when the order is placed. So make sure to activate this service in case you ever need to return an item. Without the PayPal Shipping on Us Service, typically return shipments to China are not practical for low cost items as the minimum shipping cost from US to China is $15 or more.

Beware of Chinatera Ltd and Paypal. I purchased a gas detector through them on Newfrog. It arrived but without a manual so I have no idea how to operate it and have no information on calibration, etc. This means that the items is useless. Chinatera have no contact information at all. I lodged a request to Paypal for either the contact details for Chinatera, to arrange for a manual to be delivered or for a refund. Paypal were useless.
Paypal are supposed to provide purchase protection; "Purchase Protection covers all eligible purchases where PayPal is used, as well as payments made through our website. To take advantage of Purchase Protection, we require, among other things, that PayPal accounts be kept in good standing and ask that a dispute be filed within 180 days of your purchase or payment". Don't trust them either; they were useless and the customer service from them was non-existent.
Avoid using either Chinatera or Paypal at all costs.
vipoutlet refuses to honor guarantee for refurbished saw they, describe as "like new grade a" only it doesn't cut wood
I would have given this saw a 4 if it had not been for the seller's fulfillment mistakes and the Amazon A to Z Guarantee Program policies. I purchase a refurbished saw for $128 ($140 w/ shipping); which is $60 less than I could a new one. VIPOUTLET was the seller. VIPOUTLET in their description said the saw had been inspected and was "Grade A, like new". The saw they sent me was missing the Quick Stand (worth $75), Rip Fence (worth $37) and anti kickback plate. Not sure if this was intentional or due to incompetence; highly unlikely these items were stolen out of the box. More likely the seller needed the parts for another customer.
I told VIPOUTLET I wanted to keep the saw and asked they offer a partial refund to cover the expense of buying replacements. Eventually after 1 hour with them on the phone they offered $64 which I could not expect. VIPOUTLET said to return the saw for refund which I refused because I needed it for a deck renovation. Long story short I've cancelled Prime--A to Z Guarantee program said I had to return the saw, else they would cancel my claim against the seller. I believe now that the A to Z Guarantee program supports the seller (first priority) and not the consumer. Why else did they say return the saw after I told them I did not want to return the $140 saw. I bought a new one from Home Depot for $199. Notice the Amazon return boxes in the background of the picture, smiling at sellers failure and after dumping on me. Saws, foreground, are from my Home Depot purchases, they do work!

I just placed an order to Amazon and I was using rewards points for part of my purchase. The amount I was trying to use was $46.54. One of the items in my list had an incentive to delay receipt and I would be credited $10 for Amazon Market or something like that and the rewards points dropped down to $28.54! So they were trying to use $18 of my rewards points (these are reward points from a credit card - I don't use airline miles rewards, etc.) to "give" me $10 to spend on their site! I didn't read all the legal mumbo jumbo, so I'm sure it's in there to be "legal" but don't be deceived! They were trying to steal from me!

Package was left near the side of the road instead of bringing it to our house. The delivery info online the driver submitted stated it was left on an outside porch. This is an ABSOLUTE LIE! My husband just happened to see our package leaning against a tree next to the road where the driveway comes in. Our driveway is long and winds back into the woods. We have never had a package dropped off at the side of the road in this manner.

March 2017 order ![protected] $389 Kenmore Elite Canister Vacuum was delivered by 3/16 and used until 5/3 when I left the state for our summer home. We returned 10/7. I used the vacuum until Friday last week when it broke. The electric connection between the hose and the part that goes into the canister came apart. It was gooey inside and the gasket was old and loose. Having used this about once a week for four months in a new home and now finding it completely useless leads me to believe it was defective or rebuilt or not new certainly from the start, so the advertising I believe is false from this seller.
Amazon is not standing up for me. Holiday Deals offered me $50 which does not cover the cost of a new hose never MIND the electric connection piece that is broken.
I think Amazon should not use third party sellers unless they KNOW that the seller is reputable and will honor the product for defects.
I am receiving no satisfaction from this third party seller which makes me very unlikely to ever buy from Amazon third party sellers in the future. I am out $389 for a machine that is useless and feel like a VICTIM of Amazon.
Amazon was unable to provide me with a location for Holiday Deals. I received only email from them with a refusal to refund my money or replace the item or provide a return ticket - no returns allowed.

Amazon Logistics is terrible. 3 attempted deliveries and your order is returned back to Amazon and you're refunded. They attempted delivery to a business address 3x in 3 days after business hours including on a Sunday when many businesses are closed despite my efforts at speaking with 3 Amazon Logistics Customer Service Representatives and a Manager to tell them to only attempt delivery within proper business hours; my requests fell on deaf ears because for some strange reason the only way you can communicate with your 3rd party delivery vendor partners is through email and not phone call? Consequently, my newborn niece and 4 year old nephew were not able to receive their gifts in time and made me look rather terrible and humiliated. The order fell off my credit card account / was never charged and the items were not delivered. I will never shop at Amazon again and will be sure to share this experience with all of social media and family and friends.

An amazon driver in Marietta Georgia has decided it is too difficult to deliver at my apartment complex . Two days in a row I have been following their "GPS". At about 3 blocks away it stops and later I get the message there has been a delivery problem. I have been a customer since 2002 and an Amazon Prime member. I live in an apartment complex and had been missing my Sunday deliveries. Our complex has no security and is huge with up to 10 buildings (and at least 4 mailboxes per building). AMZL considers our mailbox area as a mailroom and randomly leaves packages (without sorting) by any of these mailboxes.
Amazon logistics drivers are the worst! None of my packages arrive on time, if at all. I'm sick and tired of contacting Amazon just to be transferred to the logistics rep only to have the rep cancel my order, because the drivers do not want to deliver them! This prime member will shop elsewhere!
Since the switch I have had two items "delivered" and never recieved them. I have asked them to call etc. Nothing. Canceled my prime membership today.
The SF AMZL drivers decides if they want to deliver a package or not, doesn't matter if I paid for same day service or if the package promises 2 day delivery. If the package arrives at the SF facility at around 4pm, then the driver won't deliver the package. I can't imagine how many other deliveries the person has and how much refund or complaints Amazon gets about packages not getting delivered. Plus, it's worse if there is basketball in the evening. It's happened three times so far. All three times when there was the basketball game...first time they claimed they didn't get the package at the facility even though I paid for the same day delivery. Amazon had to refund back my money. The second time they claimed that the package was lost, ironically the package was found in the morning and delivered the following day. Today, again the package arrived at the facility at 4 pm, AND there is a basketball game. Guess who's not getting there packages delivered. I wish I could file a complaint with Amazon directly, and about their drivers.
Same thing has happened to 3 of my orders. I called and they said my house address had an incorrect location marked in their system. She said she fixed it and guess what? It happened again. Amazon should focus on filling orders and leave logistics to the pros. Screw Amazon.

I placed an order and was given a delivery date when the items were to arrive. Called customer service because I never received tracking information on the package because the expected delivery date was three days out.. They explained to me my order was pending fulfillment? I was confused because I had not been notified of any changes or problems to my order by amazon. So, I was expecting my order to arrive normally. I called customer service and got different answers from several different reps and still wasn't resolved. Had my debit and credit cards reprocessed and still did not get a confirmation about orders being fulfilled. So, I was then told one of the orders I placed was actually not in stock with the third party vendor and I had to wait until it became available? I'm like it was in stock when I purchased it and why was I not notified and why is it still saying the item will be delivered in three days if it is not available? This site is horrible and I usually order from here but they will no longer be getting any of my business anymore.

Customer support did not seem to understand what I was asking . They could not put me in contact with someone technical who understood the questions. 1. why is the firestick transmitting its own SSID ( Direct-4U-FireTVxxx) ?
I presume it is for the remote although customer support told me that the remote uses bluetooth.
2. How can I change the channel the Firestick transmits its SSID on as it is interfering with my wifi router?
The Firestick always seems to transmit on the same channel as my router. so changing the router channel doesnt help.
Wireless best practice is to separate WIFI transmitters onto separate channels usually 1, 6 and 11 on the 2.4Ghz band.
