AliExpress the vendor gave my number with other customers!!

The vendor gave out my person information!
Beware! They set you up to cyber attacks behaving so carelessly!

Alex huang from vendor "bliss wigs" broken my trust and risked my personal privacy, by giving out my person contact information without getting my permission first! This is very unprofessional and puts my information at risk! What kind of reputable business gives out customers private information to strangers on the internet? He put me at risk for cyber crime and identity theft! When I reached out to vendor to complain, he said sorry and offered me six dollars! I've been trying to complain to customer service with no avail.

AliExpress my account

I am unable to log into my account for some weeks now. They keep telling me that my account is not accessible for security reasons. Please kindly rectify the problem. My email address is- [protected]@gmail.com.

I will be very grateful if this problem is resolved as soon as possible. I reside in Nigeria and has done several transactions in the past.

This has happened to me today. After hours of trying to find a way of contacting customer services (because you have to log in to contact them, which I can't as my account is locked!) I managed to find a live chat. Apparently if your account gets locked its because you have breached buyer rules! I run a shop that is fully stocked with aliexpress goods, unfortunately quite a few orders over the years have been damaged and I have had to open disputes. Aliexpress feel I have opened up (and won by the way!) too many disputes so they have blocked my account and will not open it. What else am I supposed to do if I receive faulty goods? Just lose the money? Great for the sellers!
I have 145 orders still outstanding that Aliexpress have stopped my access to, hundreds of pounds worth of goods that I can no longer track. Aliexpress have never even contacted me about breaking supposed 'rules', they even stated a few weeks ago that my account was in good standing! If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them too.

I place and order for $278.00 after 3 weeks the tracking said my package in New York usps no change after 2 weeks package still New York I contact seller he tell to wait after one week nothing I decide to a dispute seller text me and ask me to remove my dispute, AliExpress email seller answers said my package is in New York he not going to refund after that AliExpress told me my package is on New York custom to provide license, so they can send to custom I told them I buy them for personal use I'm not going to sale where I'm going to find that license they told me if I can provide the documents they will give the money to seller, I ask them why you don't ask custom to return the package back they never said anything they take my money and I never received anything package

AliExpress order no: [protected]

The phone provided to me was a loaner dvice, the company promised me refund over email and now they are not processing the same. The product arrived damaged, the headphone are locally based - not orignal, the box is also fake, the box doesn't have any imei numbers or like that, I talked to apple about this and they told me that its a loaners iphone that means it a not a new or unlocked refurbished iphone. I tried to contact seller but he doesn't reply, if my problem is not solved I will go ahead for a chargeback as this is a fraud to me

AliExpress dispute process on my order [protected]

My name is Jim Turner. The dispute started on April 7 2017, immediately after receiving the dress.

The dispute type had to be selected from the avaible options provided by Aliexpress on your web-site. The dress does not conform at all to the ordered product and the quality of manufacture makes the product useless. The option I wanted to use would be "Full refund without return or with return pre-paid by supplier", this option is not provided by Aliexpress therefore "Full refund with return had to be chosen". The text submitted with the dispute included explanation about the requirement to chose an incorrect type. The following is the text provided:

"See previous correspondence with supplier. Dress is far too long, hallow to floor given as 150 cm, dress should hang to just below the knie, is now on the floor. Armpits are much too tight and are different sizes. Garment cannot be worn and is therefore useless. Very happy to return to supplier but as the produced product does not conform to order and is useless, the supplier should pay return costs".

Clear photo evidence of the non-conformance and shamefully bad manufacturing quality was provided and has always been available for the dispute team to examine.

Why should the buyer pay for the return shipment when the supplier has provided a totally useless product and is 100% at fault? - not at all reasonable.

After a very irritating and long negotiation where the supplier tried many many times to trick us in to accepting an unreasonable and often already rejected proposal which together with many promises, later turned out to be tricks and not true. Aliexpress stepped in to help.

The help from Aliexpress has been of no use at all - nothing. The message today from the dispute team shows that the dispute was not reviewed or studied at all, they just looked at the original Dispute type / option we had to select.

The E-Mail from Aliexpress dated April 27 2017 states that agreement has been reached and that we must return the garment for the refund. THERE IS NO AGREEMENT TO THIS SOLUTION AND THERE NEVER HAS BEEN. IF THE SUPPLIER WANTS THE GARMENT RETURNED THEY SHOULD ORGANISE AND PAY FOR THE RETURN.

This lack of real customer care really means Aliexpress's claim is not true and is a joke. No attention has been given to the facts of the dispute and rejection by us. The dispute team have not even taken the time to understand the dispute.

Please change the solution to be full refund to us. If the supplier wants the garment back they must pre-pay the return shipment and we will gladly release the garment to the shipping company at our home address.

Please confirm that you have understood this complaint and agree with the proposed solution which should be updated on the order [protected] by May 1 2017 ( we have been given a 9 day limit on providing the tracking number or our payment will be released to the supplier).

Please take this compaint very seriously, this is the last chance for Aliexpress to save this customer.

AliExpress fraudulent charges

This is fraudulent company.in the past few days i've received two charges on my credit card from this company. Never had I heard of the company before nor ordered anything from it. The first charge was blocked by my bank and was for $150. The second charge was for almost $75. Neither charge stated what, exactly, the purchase was for. The bank has had to issue me a new credit card and is following up by filing formal complaints to this company. The bank also told me that the company is listed as being located in china. When I tried to call the customer service number listed on the company's site, I got a number-no-longer-in-service recording. A second number was listed from dover, de. When I tried that number, the recording of a woman's voice claimed that no one was available to take my call.

Have had NINE fraudulent charges post to my account over the weekend! This company needs to do much more to identify the people they are accepting these orders from. IT'S THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY ID! Not ours to beg for our money back.

Credit card theft from AliExpress.com

This is an e-mail I wrote to Google:

I'm not sure who I need to contact. I purchased items from AliExpress.com back in January, the order arrived any everything was fine. Two days ago, I received credit card charges amounting to $500. I tried to contact AliExpress at their merchant phone number in California and wasn't able to talk to anyone, the call kept getting disconnected. Then I went to their website and chatted, they said there was nothing that could be done.

I do not want AliExpress.com suggestions to purchase items on my Google account and when I do searches for merchandise. Is there a way to stop Google from making purchasing suggestions from AliExpress.com? These purchase suggestions from Google are usually first, even before Amazon suggestions. I live in Pennsylvania, USA.

AliExpress order was not placed and money was not refunded to my account

On 6 april 2017 I have ordered the 2w flexible clamp led light (Quantity 02) and paid online money 4065 indian rs. To you but at the time of the order confirmation, successfully placed the order. When I check my aliexpress account to track my order, it shows nothing in my order and also in my deleted order and also my money was not refunded yet. Please check your account details and refund my money back to me.

AliExpress verification of credit card

Good evening,

I would like to make a claim for ignorance of my request for verification of my credit card. I sent you my request on Sunday evening as recommended by one of yours customer support operators. (James) Till now I have not got the answer whether I can use my credit card again.

Two from my orders were allready cancelled and I can not use your shopping portal.

Yesterday I contacted your support again and tried to urge my request. One of your operators (Ambar) said that I will be informed in 24 hours - I have not got the answer till now.

I am really upset and disappointed with your approach to a customer.

I ask you to proccess my request whithout any more delay.
I sent my complaint also by email.

AliExpress complaint on my order for samsung a5 2017 case

My colleague helped me to order the samsung a7 case on the 5th apr and it has been reached to me on 20th apr.

The hp cover edge is not smooth and easy to cut my hands while holding on it.
Also, the top right hand side has a rugged surface which make it not presentable to be used.

This product was ordered in Dec 16.
Since Jan 17, i have been asking for reasons for delay.I received no response.
I have escalated within the Aliex press horrible system and they keep closing the escalation on one pretext or the other.
They are refusing to give a refund either.
There is no email or or process to escalated to any responsible officer.
Please stop them from cheating people in India.

AliExpress rudeness

I was a long time user of AliExpress and sold a lot of things on their site. I was always honest and never cheated on anyone, my customers were always satisfied with both quality and service.
Recently my account got cancelled and when I contacted AliExpress support they said that buyers complaint about me and that I was reported as a scammer by many users. I asked who these users were and why didn't they contact me first if they had questions. I was never contacted by anyone who was angry or something.
I think that there was a big mistake and they banned the wrong guy. It's sad that AliExpress has no interest in helping me, they simply don't want to do anything.

AliExpress purchase protection is running out, but package is still in transit invalid

I got a product I had purchase in : time & date: 09:54 Mar. 01 2017, make a complain (with the seller agreement) on Apr. 07 2017, since product its still in "No tracking information"... seller didn't say nothing yet, but AliExpress' Judgement intervention make me wait more 10 Days, after I already waited 10 days before, since the beginning of this complain...making this way, more time for me to wait, without asking me an extended time. I am not against the seller, but I am against the AliExpress Judgement intervention procedures, they can do what ever they want...with out taking any concern about Costumers protection policies... Today they along time for more 10 days of waiting for the product arrive or making agreement with seller...and worst...they extend the arrive time product until May, 01 2017!
NO respect for the Buyer...
My question is: were can I make a formal complain in Justice department of Internet Consumer Protection ?

AliExpress aliexpress is cheating with people

Aliexpress is clearing with people. They are saying, they are protecting both buyer and sellers rights.

But unfortunately, when a buyer received a bad quality product and claim dispute, Aliexpress is closing buyers account without any specific reason.

I received a mail when they blocked my account.

There was no warning before blocking or no options to re-open the account. I have 22 pending orders. If sellers are selling faulty products, now I have nothing to do, except requesting the seller.

Unfortunately, sellers are also Chinese.

Lost my faith and I will not buy anymore from them.

AliExpress 22mm stainless steel mesh band

I am client il109165825, order #[protected]. I received a watch band of low quality: it just opens by itself and the watch slides off my hand. I want full refund for it.
I bought the watch band 22mm stainless steel mesh from time-corridors and paid $13 for it. After wearing the watch band for a few days I found that the band opens by itself. I contacted the seller who said (I quote): "We must improve it soon", thus confirming he knows the product is defective.
He suggested to offer me a discount for further purchases which I declined because I have no intention to make any further purchases from this seller.
Since then he did not answer any of my further mails.
The Customer Support of AliExpress is a joke or even worse, a scam, as they delayed and delayed and promised for almost a month and four chats, and in the end said that AliExpress denied my request for compensation. So it's OK for Ali Express to have a customer receiving a bad quality product and paid full price for it.

AliExpress deceptive shoe size chart

They use a size chart where they can send you the wrong size and get away with not correcting the screwy sized item they sent

they basically send you a size 4 times greater then you ask for then they point to their wierd chart

and they say in europe its this big, , which of course its not

only in their stupid fraud of a game|

the sad thing is aliexpress lets them get away with it

its typical chinhese internet scam

Their should be a minus on the stars, I order items from AliExpress and I got some, but did not get other items after I placing a complaint and waiting over two 2 month
there resolution is a scam, now I know how the owner is a billionaire he is scamming us from our money.
Below is their resolution blocking my account and basically saying I am lying.

Please don't buy from AliExpress! This site is terrible and unsafe!
I bought a phone from AliExpress for my son and that was a present for his birthday. Delivery took longer than I expected but when my order finally arrived I was very happy.
I opened the package and was shocked to see that phone was damaged! Screen was broken and looked terrible. I contacted them right away and they asked me to send picture which I did but after that they never replied.
There is no way to get a refund or a replacement.
It is better to buy from your local store because you can actually see and touch the item before you buy it. Do not fell for AliExpress only because their prices are a bit cheaper! Stay away!

It was delivered on 11th of February. As I got serious problems with the box I wrote a mail to Sinostar. I was promised to get the money back when I contact the michael.[protected]@sinostariptv.com I waited for more than a month. Then I got the very short answer “Refund is not option”. I contacted as well the shop. We had a discussion they deny all the problems and they reject refund. It seems that both are just gaining time in order to refuse.
I was promised already four days after the receiving the package to return it. The dispute can be followed on my site of Aliexpress.
According to the product description the warranty is 3 moths.
They can't or doesn't want to solve the technical problem so I have to return the product.

Please help me to resolve the dispute.

AliExpress this company is horrible!

I bought a wig from a seller on AliExpress. In the past I ordered my wigs on eBay but after my negative experience with them I decided to try AliExpress. It seemed much safer, but unfortunately it was not. AliExpress is very unsafe place and no one is protected. Both sellers and buyers can be cheated, there is no way to check who are you dealing with and it seems like AliExpress moderators don't care about anything.
I bought my wig and the one I received was horrible. It was not the one I paid for, half of hair was missing, in other words - total garbage!
I tried to get a refund, but seller refused and called me a liar and the most terrible part was when I contacted AliExpress support and they did not even reply. That tells a lot about them. That was my first and my last experience with AliExpress, I'm not coming back. Avoid!

AliExpress seller qingdao baokun hair product co. ltd store

I haven been a Aliexpress customer for over 3 years, I never expect to get good products from them. I bought several cheap wigs before but I decided to pay a more and hopefully get a better quality wig from Windao Baokun Hair store. When I got the wig I was mad with the poor hair quality, it looked like a doll hair, worse than the hair from the cheap wigs I've purchased. I opened a dispute and the seller wanted to give me $40 opposed to the $58.77 Ive paid for. So we didn't agreed with each other until I was supposed to return the wig, but I didn't have the return address. So the seller was supposed to agree to it and send me the return address . Days later I received sn email telling e that the dispute was fineshed because I haven't showed a tracking number for the return item. I contacted aliexpress customer service. And I was told that in a couple days I was going to be able to ake an appeal. I would see on my order the word appeal click on it and ho from there. It never happened. After several long conversations with customer services I was assured that the problem would be taken care of. I was expecting an email from customer services. It never came. I contacted them again and I was told that my appeal was rejected I asked why, and the reason was that I havent showed a tracking number. I explained again what had happend and again I was told that they would review my appealling . I haven't heard from them. I contact the seller and told him that wasn't fair that I've lost my money. I asked for hod address yo return the wig. He said he would send it nut it never happened. I will never use that wig and I will never buy from this seller again. Stay away his products only look good on pictures .
