Hi,

I bought Xiaomi Huami Amazfit 2 Amazfit Stratos Pace 2, I got the watch, when i tried to charge the watch by power or by USB the watch not charged.

I connect the seller and asked for help, i check with different dock the watch not charged, i upload video and sent it to the seller and asked to send the watch back and got full refund, but didn't got any solution.

I opened dispute and the answer was invalid, not clear what invalid, if my evidence not clear enough i can provide more information, aliexpress decline mydispute and now i pay for watch that didn't changed and I have nothing to do, the service very bad for diamond customer like me, I hope that you can help me to send back the watch to the seller, the seller can check the and see that there is defect and bring my money back or replace to new watch or fix the current one
