items not received

Hello.
On 3rd March, 2019, I made a number of clothing purchases from AliExpress( 5 orders in total), and to date have not recieved one order. However I have recieved tracking numbers and emails stating that two of my items were signed for. One was signed for in Inala, QLD, (LM 676024224CN) the other in Sorrento, WA, (LM 678853440CN). As I live in Lithgow NSW, and I have re-checked a number of times that my shipping address is correct and it is. So I cannot understand how my items ended up being signed for by others in another state? I sincerely hope there has been a misunderstanding somewhere and that this can be rectified with either my purchased items being sent to me or my money refunded. Order # [protected]. Ordered in October 2018. Requested refund Dec. 2018. Ali Express said no response from seller and they would refund, they never did.
No items received and no refund received.
No way to contact AliExpress. Their 24/7 customer service is just a web bot, there is no real person on the other end of the chat session. No other resolution options once you click dispute. They have set it to closed, but I still never received a refund.

with regards to the phone I was purchased some time ago.
I've been informing to the supplier about the phone issue but he did not reply or do nothing. I was extremely disappointing about ali express there after I didn't even influence myself or another buyer to buy from ali express.
1. Phone is badly heating
2. Google maps are not working
3. Map keep disconnecting saying gps signal lost (i've checked with my other low end phone same location but it works)
After this I didnt sped single cent over ali.
This is the worst mistake i've ever done over period. Simply I want my refund.

I decided to open a dispute with the Seller and I was waiting for his decision today but someone from your team closed the dispute without my agremment while I was wiating for the answer form Seller. As a result I have damged products that I do not want, you are going to send me the refund I do not want. judgement team not protecting customer interest
Product received was totally different from what was ordered. It cannot be used at all with my laptop. Seller proposed to return the item at my own cost (why should I pay for the return cost when it is not my fault) or pay additional cost usd 15 (without return item) to resend the item (why should I pay additional cost for item that I am suppose to received?)

aliexpress made incorrect judgement : I require a full refund
I had contacted Ali Express within the time frame and attached all relevant supportive documents including tracking reference images and tracking numbers for Royal mail.
I had priovided detailed desriptive evidence of what had happened and maintained contacte with the seller to let them know I had not received my Parcel.
Royal mail had held my Parcel for 21 days but a courier not had not been left in my letter box. so I did not know that my parcel was being held at the Royal mail delivery office in Barnes, London with a customs charge to pay.
The Ali express team have incorrectly updated the dispute and wrote invalid reason: Probelms with the order : Customs is holding tha package.
This is clearly not what I had explained to the Ali Express team!
I had said very clearly there was a custome fee to pay for my parcel at my local post
office and I could not have know because I did not get a courier note.
I have spent alot iof money calling Sweden and Royal mail as well as Parcel force and my parcel has been returned to the supplier which has been confirmed by Royal mail Reference number LB176892844SE.
The value of my refund should be £103.44 which and the Ali Express Team have made the incorrect judgement to and close the dispute although I have provided a substantial amount of visual and email evidence as to the issue with not receiving my Parcel.
I am very upset with the poor service I receive and had demanded the return of my funds considering I do not have the items which I have paid for. So I should not be expected to pay for items which I do not have.
Please can you return my payment to my account and liasie with the Ali Express team to ensure that they do not make this sort of incorrect judgement again. Especially when I have gone to great lengths to make enquiries about my items not being delivered.
I am a loyal customer and have been treated very unfairly in this instance.
Order number : LP002123611359069 - is not held by customs, it had a customs charge.
The Ali Express team have not read and undertood what has happened.
I need a refund please it is my entitlement as I do not have the products I paid for and the dispute should not have been closed.
All supportive documented images have been attached which I had forwarded to the Ali Express team and they had failed to acknowledge or read the attached information.

I have a problem with the smart watch.
It can not turn on. I charged the watch about 2 hours while the battery indicator show that the battery was full. After that I remove charging cable from a smart watch and tried to turn it on. I hold the turn off/on button for 10-20 seconds but the display didn't show anything.
When I connected again the watch to charging cable display didn't show anything.
I think that the smart watch is defective.
They don't want to return my money back. Aliexpress wants to pay myself for returning the item. The item costs 22 $, shipping taxes are 15$. How can they want from me to pay for returning. I think that this is against my rights as a buyer.

I placed 4 orders on 20 Feb, 2019. Three have been sipped they say. The 4th one am being told that it was not paid for, which is a surprise to me. I paid for all the 4 orders and was told to pay an extra amount as shipping cost to Malawi has gone up. This i did on 21 Feb, 2019. I ordered a webcamera (cctv ip webcamera) from aliexpress. The camera supported the video recording of an event to an sd card ot in cloud storage, which you have to pay subscription.
Once the camera arrived, I noticed that the camera recorded only a random photo of an event and not the video in the sd card!
I opened a dispute and their resolution is useless. I submitted everything asked for. The seller provided some info on storing a video, but in the exchanged emails he confirmed what I said. Despite comfirming my findings and so the product is not as described in teh advert, aliexpress found the dispute against me since the seller provided instructions for storing a random photo (and not a video) af an event!
Most surprising is that the seller was a racist, something which aliexpress supports. I explained to the seller he did not understand english and that the statements within his advert are stating different from what he wrote during our exchanged emails and he told me that english is a useless language and he doesn't need to learn english, despite his advert is in english!
I will never again buy from these racists! Aliexpress is a good supporter from them.
Needless to say that there is no way to communicate with a human! Only a chatbot!

None of these mentioned orders had been received by me. After contacting the sellers, I was urged to wait more. I waited about two months. In the meantime I received other orders from Aliexpress which I actualy placed later then those above mentioned.
After going through "disputes" I contacted your agents on line but nothing has been resolved by now.
I would like to get a full refund for above mentioned five orders.

I have placed an order on 2nd jan 2019, but it exceeded 2 months (65 days), on aliexpress application the order has been tracked as completed since 3 days, yet I have not received it. On the 17track application it says arrive at the yiwu exchange bureau. The carrier is china post ordinary small packet to pakistan (hyderabad, sindh). The order cost is $2.75. Now if I open dispute it would refund me only $0.65. I don't want to open dispute at this stage.

Order [protected] by Aliexpress never received and not shipped by seller. But Seller ask to be patient and informed that products were at custom's destination which was not true and to open a dispute afterwards was not possible as time expired.
