hi, on 7/6 I ordered a pair of sandals woman poison moon code silver ASH for usd 81.71 = euro 73.72. Instead of sandals I received a pair of gucci glasses (date of shipment 13/06/2019 and traking number CHINA POST LL417032207CN). now want to return the amount of € 73.72 or sending the sandal ordered.

items never arrived
I ordered lego items from you cost of £68.26items never arrived, keep getting emails saying arrived although said royal mail. They never received item, I've never received items. I have asked numerous times for proof of postage and delivery, this has never been sent, requested full refund but told no, have now contacted solicitor to reviver my and subsequently their costs from you, have also involved ombedsman. Will review daily to stop people using this company

Hi I bought 3 pairs of shoes on 18June 2019 from the above company to which I made a payment of $136.85 NZDI have not yet received the items.
I have emailed them a few times and then inquired through the New Zealand Post. According to them the shoes came to the country however it has been lost. I emailed the shoe company again and asked them to check with China post.
They just responded saying they will reimburse 30% of the amount. According to them this is fair compensation. However have have not received the shoes through no fault of my own.
The company has to claim for their loss. I should be refunded the total amount.

Ordered 2 pairs of sketches 13 June 2019 from this site received a fake Gucci scarf 2 weeks later was told it was a packing error & shoes no longer in stock l paid £41.00 I am disgusted at this firm my order number was [protected] they have asked me to keep the scarf as would be to expensive to send back not sure who else to complain to they are obviously a fraudulent company
We ordered from this page. Less than 10 minutes later Halifax were contacting us because another transaction had gone through as a fraudulent transaction so my credit card was cancelled. I was sent tracking number and emails from many different pages and so when a fake Gucci scarf arrived, I was able to identify that the Gucci scarf they sent was in fact my shoes. Contacted my bank who investigated and have refunded pending investigation of the company and now this page has been removed. The sellers did contact us but said to send them a picture of what we sent because a scarf and shoes look the same obviously! They then said they would refund 30% of my order because we need to keep scarf as too expensive to post back...cheeky sods! DEFINITELY A SCAMMER! I googled the return address and seller and he keeps setting up pages for different shoe brands and then when found out removes the page down! Must have a warehouse of scarves because everyone gets sent these.
I ordered 4 pairs of shoes in June 2019 which cost me £72. I received confirmation of payment but no sign of the shoes. Emails are replied to with a email that says your order is on its way should be with Royal Mail Contact them? No tracking number or anything. My last email asked for the tracking number or a refund. No response definitely a SCAM. I wonder if Skechers are aware of this
