Ackermans Storesstaff attitude

Staff really do not have a customer care service, I have been a customer at Arcon Park ever since the shop was opened. Sunday I was five minutes late, I wanted to enquire about my lay-bye which was due on the 24 Nov 17 but no one attended me at the door, I opened the door but they were so rude to tell me they can't help me because they are closed. There was no security at the door and when I enter into the shop they just ignored me and gave me an attitude. So is this how it is suppose to be if the shop is closed we must get bad attitude from the staff or their mouth is closed as well.
