A V G Security / failure to carry our paid work for repair of windows updates

Over that past two weeks I have been in contact with a v g concerning loss of windows updates on my computer. I was told an a v g driver updater would fix this problem. I paid £24 for the programme to be added to my computer. It it did not solve the problem. So I contacted a v g support and was told after access was given to my computer that more time would need to be spent on putting it right. I was convinced that this could be done and was offered, what is on my receipt a complex fix for £99 99p. I paid. My computer was taken over for some three hours. After which I was told that it was fixed. It was not. I contacted support the next day and once more it was taken over for several hours, again after which I was told that it was fixed. It was not. I am very unhappy with the service of a v g as the work I trusted them with was not put right in spite of the technician's telling me that it was. I have wasted considerable time over this and money and to a certain amount I have lost trust in a v g. I therefore ask that the £99 99p that I paid out for work to be done, which was not to be returned to me with the same speed in which it was taken out of my bank account
