There was £44.99 taken from my Barclaycard no [protected] in the name M James on 11th October 2021. I have not used AVG for 4 years since I no longer have the computer which it was attached to and cannot find the account no I had with yourselves. I now have McFee which I have had for the last 4years, which came free with my laptop.. I would be obliged if you would cancel this subscription and refund my £44.99

I am disputing the 54.43 charge to my credit card on dec 27, 2021. I did not make this purchase. Please issue me a refund asap. What is it tat I supposedly ordered? I did receive a receipt or anything.
There's nothing else left to say other than I consider this a fraudulent charge.

Ik betaalde op 16/12 maar blijf, om de twee dagen een aanmaning ontvangen om te betalen. AVG India wou helpen maar dan moet ik een copie van iets zenden en 'k versta het niet. Met 86 lentes wordt alles er niet gemakkelijker op ! KLACHT IS NU WEER TE KORT : ik zal dus nogmaals herhalen dat ik bestelde en betaalde op 16/12 en dat, om de 2 dagen, ik uitgenodigd wordt om te betalen. 't Is, alles bij mekaar een frustrerende boel. En met deze hoop ik dat er genoeg letters in de klacht zitten.

m paying for something i canceled about 2 months ago and getting overdrafts at my bank because this charge happened twice this month.i would like to see money back or i think ill report it to the authorities.prolly do that anyways.but the morrow of it is, i canceled it and still getting charged and more bank overdrafts.must a man have to spell it out, every month the same charges. im on social security guys, what is it going to take.my bank file a unauthorized payment, this month, because i said it was fraudelent, it is i didnt authorize it.

This charge showed up on my company credit card on September 9, 2021 for $69.99. This is my personal card with only my name authorized to use this card. I use my card for ordering office supplies. I did not make this charge and I have no further information regarding the charge because I didn't make the charge and know nothing about what you do. I always get emails to confirm what I have placed orders for. No email came to me from this company and I have not made this charge or any future charges that you may try to make on my card. Please credit my card for the charges as soon as possible as I just caught the error.

On 10/14/21 an unauthorized charge of $53.99 was made to my checking account by AVG TECHNOLOGIES. I never heard of this company and did not authorized the charge. Please refund this amount back to my checking account and never do this again. I don't know how this was done . Make refund as soon as possible. Do not do this again.

Recently charged £79.99 without my knowledge. Agreement made to refund me. No contact since! Request/case number [protected]. AVG is avoiding giving back monies. This is an appalling way to do business! I feel scammed. The money was taken without a request. No one seems to be able to help! Then this website tells me to keep writing for someone to take notice! What the hell!

I was charged $64.19 from DRI*AVG TECHNOLOGIES www.avg.com MN on 10-11-21 reference #244309912585400686054964 2 and on 10-12-21 I was charged $96.29 with a reference #24430991286400687007689 2. These were both unauthorized charges. Could you please have them reversed from my credit card. I have been doing business with your company for years. If this isn't resolved I will have to move my business to another company.

Unauthorized charges. Attempted a refund. They said no because of services rendered. What services?! I never ordered, used or shopped for their product. I was not even familiar with the company until seeing the random charges on my credit card. Two separate charges! Apparently this is an anti virus program. I do not own a computer. Mysteriously, when I called and requested a refund for the 3rd time, we were disconnected. If this is a honest mistake on their part, then a refund should be given immediately. My question is how did they get my credit card number? Something is shady!

I received this answer to my complaint regarding the unauthorized charge on my card. This solution is unacceptable to me.

There is an unauthorized charge on my debit card for $89.99 that was charged at 3am EST this morning September 21st. I do not have AVG as my security so how was I charged for this and better yet how did this company get my debit card information? This is fraud. I want a full refund of this amount immediately.

On 6 Aug 2021 we had an amount of R829 deducted from our bank account, but have NEVER had anyone informing or requesting authorization from us. When I accessed my account online, your system shows the last historical entry to have occurred in Aug 2018 for R699. There is no transaction for the R829 deducted from our account. We have also requested the bank to investigate but have not heard anything thus far.

I attach a copy of the bank transaction to which I refer.

Received reminder and invoice within 24hrs. Don't want product. Told have to wait 7 - 10 business days for refund.
Asked why as this is an unauthorised transaction.
Requested to make a complaint asked for operative to read back complaint as per complaint proceedure in every business. Informed the operative that this will be in the script as I have trained call centre operatives. As a result she put phone down. There is no need for me to wait for a refund they can reverse the transaction. This is blatant money grabbing. I don't want the product as there is no middle way. Either one computer cover or 10. I have been fleeced of £74.99 without the opportunity to cancel.
I attempted to do so but the site would not allow me to do so unless I provided information that it refused to recognise. I'm expected to give notice but they completed the entire transaction in 12 hrs of the reminder.
This is unfair business practice. The only recourse is to contact my bank if the money is not returned and identify it as an unauthorised transaction.

I am no loner a user of the 'Freeware' AVG for a while now... As you may check, my username is: Cinzia Mintoff. I have uninstalled the software for a while now. The thing I have bought was around 24 euro some years ago, with my other visa card.
As from last week, I noticed that I have an unauthorised purchase of 90.61 euros on the 24th May and 90.54 euros on the 29th May. Which it is clearly a hack! since I have never authorised such payments, in both days of the same week that I have not logged into my pc and I do not use your freeware or software anymore!
I Request my money back and stop stealing or I will take legal actions immediately!

On April 25, 2021, my credit card was charged $74.19, but I did not buy anything from AVG on this date. I don't know why this happened and I don't have a client number, nor an email or receipt of this charge.

I am requesting a refund of $74.19.
