My paid-in-full J Jill/Comenity account was reported as "delinquent" to the credit reporting companies. My final payment was late but was made prior to the due date on the last statement I received. The account was paid in full. Comenitiy did not lose any money on my account. However, I lost over 100 points on my credit score because of this. I have written letters requesting review but have not been successful. My last letter went unanswered.

Claimed loss: Loss of 100 points on my credit score

Desired outcome: I want the "delinquent" designation removed from my credit report.
