09/22/2025: I have a hardship program set up with Comenity Bank. I had a conversation with a supervisor by the name of Sara (she refused to give me her last name or initial). Before I could explain to her what my problem was, she began to bully me stating that she was speaking first and do not interrupt her. So, I stopped and listened to her. The conversation escalated because I felt she was exerting her power over me. I would like to know if I could speak to another supervisor so I can resolve my issue. She discontinued our call.
