Comenity NFL extra points card

bank is not Giving me credit due from a cancelled transaction in amount of $1829.65, charged when card was under Barclay. Refund given after transfer of bank from Barclay to comenity. Need my money...! Cannot get through to any agent to help you. When you finally do..they end up disconnecting you, or re route, and re route..close this bank out of business ASAP

Comenity letter request

07/14/2022, Requested letter for Refi, was supposed to be mailed/emailed, as of date I have spoken to them via telephone at least 10 times. I am a 100% Disabled veteran trying to improve my financial status with time constraints, I am being given the run around., with no consideration to my situation. I need a letter asap. I am not in default and do not consider my request difficult. I have emailed them with no response, i have called them and get a different story from every person I speak with. this is detrimental to my future for things i need to address. i am so distraught i have no clue what to do? Help!

Comenity Comenity - bjs credit card

After calling several times customer service and waiting for a long period of time to report a fraudulent charge two months ago, customer service was horrible. They cancel my card when it was my daughter's card, in addition, I never received my card in the mail. After trying to contact customer service again, there system was down. Then my wife started to experience issues with her card. I called again customer service to explain the situation and was told I had to verify my identity with them by mailing my utility bill, which in my opinion was ridiculous. I can close my account but not able to obtain a new card. I have been with bj's comenity for several years, I will no longer use them nor bj's. Shoppers be cautious comenity is not a good bank nor have good customer services they outsource to foreign countries their services. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Comenity Total rewards visa credit card

Comenity bank changed my expiration date on my credit card without notifying me or sending me a new card. This has caused embarrassment when I tried to use my card and have it declined. It's caused hardship, a pain in the [censored], to have all my automatic payments changed because my cars was declined. This has been going on for over a month down, i've called at least 8 times and send messages to try and get it fixed. I was told 3 weeks ago that a new card would be sent to me, i'm still waiting for my new card. Now the web site is down again I can't even get in to check my balance, purchases or see if my payments got credited. I just hope my credit score is not screwed up because of this!

Comenity Ulta mastercard

I paid my card off in the amount of $1,224.85 - When I checked my account online, they said my payment was not received and even though the money was taken from my account on 06/29/2022 doesn't mean it would post by then. Well, after calling and calling and CALLING, I was told that I had incurred finance charges and interest on purchases. Ridiculous. Then, I get TWO identical bills in the mail. Both had my name and address. One showed a negative balance of $1,224.85 - but the account number was not mine! The other showed an overdue balance of $,1313.83 which WAS my account number. When I explained this on the phone after waiting 45 minutes, the rep said she wasn't sure how to resolve it so she was going to put me back in the que! Oh no you're not! I've wasted HOURS on this and every time I try to call Comenity bank, I get the same recorded message that they are experiencing longer than usual call volumes. No kidding? Once this is resolved, I will never us a Comenity card again. EVER!

Desired outcome: I would like the payment I made of $1,224.85 applied to MY ACCOUNT and all finance and interest charges removed.

I'm having a similar problem, the website is saying my account is overdue and it's not and I have been charged a late fee that was supposed to be taken off yet its still there. Every time I try calling I can't get in touch with anyone , I've even tried emailing to no avail

Comenity website has been done for 3 months

I have several cards with comenity and I need to do my business online. I am more than frustrated at the fact that I can't get into any of my card accounts online. I have had to request statements and make payments online. We are in the 21st century right!?

I am really over the stupid messages but nothing is fixed and to call customer service is a 30-minute wait.

It is a website for god sake.. .get a tech to design a new one or fix the old one.

Comenity Comenity mastercard / bj's

I Have been unable to contact via phone or website because card is declined trying to use anywhere. I am up to date on all payments and have never been late.

The main reason I have the Comenity BJ's card is the discount at the gas station. I understand if issues occur and corrected in a timely manner, but this has been going on for at least 3 weeks now.

Comenity IKEA Projekt Card

Ready to purchase our new kitchen, we applied for and were approved for our necessary limit Monday, July 11th. In the store, we were told they were having issues getting payments to go through within the first 48 hours of opening the card and told us to come back in 2-3 days. We returned Thursday, July 14th to make our purchase and even though the IKEA log in to our account showed we had sufficient credit, our transaction was declined. The IKEA associates told us the only thing we can do is come back when the physical card arrives. Tuesday, July 19th we received the card, immediately activated it and headed to the store to make our purchase. Slide the card at the store for the purchase, and DECLINED again. Log into my Comenity online account, and see we have plenty of credit, so we run it again, and still declined. I call the 800 number on the back of the card and an auto transferred from the customer service team to the payment protection team and then get a message that office is temporarily closed. I called back again this morning and had the same outcome. I have now submitted a customer service request through the Comenity credit card online portal, and have had no response yet.

Desired outcome: We're looking to have our card "turned on" or whatever it takes to make it work so we can make this purchase.

Comenity Ulta Beauty Credit Card - phone representative

have been on the phone for about 20 minutes with Commenity Bank associate Rafael. They refused to provide me with an extension or associate ID number and hung up on me when I asked for this information. I called because a long-lost friend of mine received a voice mail from number [protected] ext 1510223 - (the name was difficult to catch) - about a personal matter for me - Ulta credit card. Of course, my friend let me know and was concerned that this was something very urgent or that I was in big trouble. I reached out to Comenity and spoke with Rafael; he was insulting and unprofessional and worsened this situation.

He never apologized, talked over me, and told me my payment was seven days late and so much more that did not make sense and when I questioned he told me if I argue he will end the call. I have never experienced such treatment in my entire life. Instead of contacting me directly via phone, email, text, or m, or mailing a letter, they chose to google names, find someone I had an association with, and reach out to them instead about my personal matter. This is humiliating. Payment was not even 30 days past due. My Ulta Credit Card is in good standing otherwise, and there was no reason to contact someone else about my bill that is seven days late before trying to reach out to me directly. I understand the payment was late. However, that does not justify and give anyone a right to invade someone's privacy. This action by Ulta Credit Card has caused personal damage by ruining my reputation, and forced my friend and me an unnecessary scare for 7 days past due bill. This is humiliating and I feel like my rights have been taken away. This whole situation will result in me never using this Ulta Credit Card again and never go to do business with ULTA in general. This is the worst experience I have had in my entire life while doing business. This is definitely harrasment.

Comenity Website to make payments

This is the absolute worst credit card company I have ever seen. Barclay never should have sold to you. It's been months and I can still not log into your sight to make payments. I recently (just before you idiot's bought out Barclays) did a balance transfer or I would definitely close this account. And you can be sure that in the very near future I will NOT have an NFL credit card with you. Common over 2 months and you still can't get it right. Hire a damn support team that can fix your issues.

Comenity No online access to closed accounts to make payments

I have several comenity accounts that closed earlier this year. I continue to make payments on time online. Since late June I have not been able to access the accounts. I have called every phone number for the various accounts but they either do not answer, answer and put me on hold then they drop the call. How is one supposed to make payments. I always did it online so I do not have the account numbers.

Desired outcome: I would like to be contacted, given all the account numbers and have paper statements for all the accounts sent to me on a monthly basis until they are paid for in full.

Comenity Payment not received

I made a payment on July 2, 2022 in the store. When I got my bill it did not reflect. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service for this matter for 2 weeks! I have my receipt to prove a payment was made. This is totally unacceptable... I've spent countless hrs on hold them just get disconnected... I need someone to get in touch with me ASAP bc my next step is the BBB!

Comenity Failure to process payments and and addition of late fees.

I have never missed a payment or incurred a late fee on my BJ's Credit Card. I pay through my bank's electronic payment option. Comenity's system has been down for nearly a month, showing only purchases but no payments that have been made. In the meantime, late charges are being incurred for statements that have been paid in full. Representatives are clueless and unable to provide help. Comenity's explanation is that the website is being updated.

This evening (July 14, 2022), I first spoke with someone in the Philippines, who had no idea of what I was talking about. I then got switched to someone in Ohio, who acknowledged that the system was down for "upgrades" but provided no help in crediting the payment made on July 1, since the due date fell on the July 4 holiday and I did not want to incur a late fee. I am now on hold waiting to speak to a supervisor. I've been on the phone for nearly an hour waiting for an answer to a problem for which Comenity is fully responsible and I would like to know how this bank is able to operate, given its

incompetence and failure to take responsibility for putting Bj's customers through this aggravation. And what is BJ's doing about this? Why is it still using this bank and why hasn't a complaint been filed witth the appropriate regulating agencies?

Comenity Fraud on account - impossible to contact them

On 7/1 I received a text from them that a purchase of $98.66 had been made. Texted back NO and called the number given. Impossible to get through to them. Called several times. Statement comes in with $688.88 due. Called number on the back, offshore rep, impossible to understand. Wanted another card number to put a Financial Help magazine for $4.90 for 4 months. I said no. He said he couldn't help me them. Insane. Hung up. After looking around the internet, your best chance of help is through Auto Protection Fraud, call them at

[protected]. I had to hold for about 15 minutes but it was so worth it. They found out that the company credited my account and would issue me a new card. Told the guy, no, I want to cancel my card which he could do. I don't know what problems they are having but this has gone on way too long for me to feel comfortable dealing with Comenity.

Comenity Comenity Bank Master Card

Fraudulent use of my card during February & March, I believe, but I can't get into contact with Comenity Bank to report it and get to the bottom of it. They don't send me statements, and I need to see the charges made on my account. The balance should be no more than a few hundred dollars, and it is well over $6,000. All I get is a balance and minimum due.

Desired outcome: I need statements for Jan., Feb., March, April, and May of 2022 to determine fraudulent charges.

Comenity BJ Comenity Bank master card

I have used this card for years. Never late and paid in full most months. Now for the past week all my orders have been declined. I called the bank to no avail, I left messages via text, emails but no response. I left a message on their message account, email and message through the app. I wont make any payments until I hear from them because I need to know if fraud is involved. In the past there was always an avenue to get ahold of a person or email but I am being completely ignored. I called the [protected] on the card and I only get recording and then says hold for operator then recording comes on and says call back when were open. I called every 2 hours and same recording is played

I've had the same trouble. On June 19th. I called to advise them that there were charges on my card that didn't belong to me. It took over an hour before I could talk with a customer service representative. After I explained the problem I asked them to send me an email acknowledging that they received my complaint. They never did and I called back on the 22nd.and after waiting another hour spoke with Eric in Columbus, Ohio.He said Comenity never sends out emails but the fraud charge had been noted and they were working on it and would notify me when they had a resolution. A day or so later I went to use my card and it had been cancelled with no notification. I probably spent another four hours trying to reach someone but kept getting a recording that their system was down and to try later. This went on for another 4 or 5 days and then I received a new card in the mail but again there was no way to activate it.Finally sometime after July 4th. I was able to get it activated and used it 2 or 3 times. I continued to try to call them to find out what was going on; each time it took at least an hour to talk with someone and when I found out that person was offshore I asked to speak to someone inthe U>S., again the wait was at least 40 minutes. Spoke with someone named Lorraine who said she needed to put me on hold saying she would be right back. An hour and a half later the phone went dead.On July 13th. went to use my card at B.J.'s and it was declined; they had cancelled this card also.

I've been a customer of B'J.'s for almost 20 years and paid my bill in full each month. I put a stop on my July payment and will not pay them another penny until and unless they correct my problem and pay me compensation for all the time I've wasted.

Comenity Payments not posted to Account June 2022

My payments were never posted in June 2022. When I email them through portal and add attachments proving they cashed my check payment AND USPS tracking proof they picked up check, I come back later to portal and find my emails are deleted over 4 times now. When I call to resolve, I get automated system saying how sorry for their system crash and please hold for CSR, they then HANG UP ON YOU! For two weeks I’ve been trying now to resolve and talk to a love person, Charging me late fees for payments received. Yeah someone has their hands in a BIG cookie jar and fraudulently us card holders are the victims. This is classic violation of the Fair Debt act!

Desired outcome: My payments made posted immediately, all late fees charged credited back to my account and a letter to all three credit bureau’s of your major screw up holding all credit card holders harmless.

Comenity Comenity bank

Comenity Bank is the worst bank I've delt with I will be closing all my cards with them as soon as my payments are due! I have had no access to my credit cards or online account in over 3 weeks! My credit card was compromised and someone made a purchase of $800 Thanks to comenity! I also paid my childrens place credit card in full weeks ago and comenity keeps adding money to my balance! I spoke to an agent who told agreed with me that it is a mistake and that I have paid my card in full! I also have her on recording!

Desired outcome: Fix my account and remove that balance that it is not mine!

Comenity Comenity Bank American Express 2% cash back card

After a mass so-called system update (Late June, 2022) for which I can still only communicate with this company by "secure message" they have managed to have lost my two payments ( made late 6-2022 but not due until 7-8-22) for which I have emails from them acknowledging those same scheduled payments, as well as proof those payments were taken from my checking account. I have sent numerous messages with screen print attachments asking them to apply my credits and sent these messages from late June 2022 to today, 7-5-22, as I still show an owing balance and have paid off the card. I only know this recently as up to last week, I could not even access my account online due to their scheduled update that lasted nearly a week. Since then the site is up and down and the phone is useless. iI kicks you off after a pre-recorded message referring you online to make certain actions. They continue to put me off by referring to an earlier charge dispute that is pending (has nothing to do with the issue at hand) and that dispute was actually settled by the merchant and the charge was credited back to me. it was a Comenity employee who verified/gave me that information and that credit DOES show on my online account. Still, I am getting a generic answer to all my email messages and attachments, referring only to the old dispute that they are still reviewing, refusing to address the unposted payments I sent them proof of. No one answers the phone as their site is a mess and the phone service is currently useless. They say to call later. Over and over and over. I am furious as I have an 820 credit rating. If I had the funds, I'd sue. looking at a possible class action if it can be done. in the meantime, I am desperate to get this resolved. i have since applied and been approved for a 3% rewards card and plan to close and chop this one as soon as it is resolved. Anyone else? please chime in. I need support to know I am not alone in this nightmare.

Desired outcome: Credit my account for the payments I sent them in June to pay off the account. Payments I have proof were deducted from my current checking account. I have proof of all of this.

Appears they are lying about the updates, this been going on for over 2 weeks now 7/8/22. Finally was able to pay bill on the website but credit card not working and the 24/7 help line says they are temp closed call back later. Have tried many times, same thing. Think they are hacked or hit by ransom ware but will not admit it !

I can vouch for everything you're saying. I have only had the card for a few months, but it has been a nightmare trying to find a way to pay my bill. Even before the so-called "system update" I had a very hard time paying my bill, and now, I can't pay it at all. None of their online payment services recognize my account number and I have also been repeatedly hung up on by the automated message on their phone helpline. I have never experienced anything quite like this, and I've been around for a long time. Most upsetting is that I don't get the sense that there is any urgency around getting this problem fixed. This has gone on for months now ... how do they stay in business?

I can vouch for it too. I am having the same problems. I pay online but I get paper statements so I have the days and amount I paid on each one. I notice the bill for this month (July 2022) does not have Pier 1 written anywhere on it just Comenity Bank. I had similar problems back in 2009 with Paula Deans catalogs and their instant credit.

All these posts make me question the FORCED switch of AAA Rewards from a Bank of America credit card to this outfit.

Right now, because the switch has not occurred, I can not contact them to ask one simple question.

Question: "As I keep my Credit frozen with the 3 major credit companies, do I need to unfreeze it for a period of time to allow this account transfer to occur and if so, what time frame?"
