Clover

Milk is more like water and has a funny taste. It is the first time that I had an outcome like this. Please can this be solved and re imberse me for my milk. Email address [protected]@gmail.com

I went to Spar to buy fresh cream for a desert I was making. Much to my surprise the carton of fresh cream was only 200ml. Most recipies require 250ml and not 200ml! Now you have to buy 2 cartons (400ml) use only 50ml of the second carton, and throw the rest away...

Over the pass few months on a few occasions milk has been going off.I usually use a cartoon a week with no hassles, but has been disappointing to prepare for breakfast meals to find milk is off.They are times even milk was off the very next day of opening.There seem to be something definitely wrong.

I have purchase 2 500ml of milk the last two days and both of them were off whith expiry date not correct I feel that this is a waste of money and I'm a loyal clover supporter and would like to be contacted back asap as this costs me my time and money and feel that does reflect negative on your side this is realy bad from a big company like yours to not let your customers sell correct goods and it reflects bad to you.

Good evening lastweek I have purchased a 6pk of clover nutri kids, on the pack says that it comes with sticks to turn into frozen sticks, but it did not come with the sticks this was at checkers store.yesterday I have bought another pack from pick and pay and the same had happened as they were not delivered with the sticks and the stores are not aware about this as they say that clover had not delivered them with sticks .This is a really bad impact as our kids see you'll advertising and ask for those n when we buy them we cant freeze them.This is really upsetting.

I love the Clover range of dairy products.
I never had a problem in the past with Clover products.
This is the 3rd time this year, that I bought a 2 Litre carton Sour Milk, (long before the BEST BEFORE Expiration date [+- 1 week]). That is a total of 6 Liter spoiled milk, and money in the dustbin.
I bought the milk from Checkers in Flamwood walk Mall in Klerksdorp.

I purchased a 2 liter low fat Clover milk on Tuesday 26th January from the Pick & Pay store in the Victory Park shopping center, Johannesburg. Always very convenient for me since I teach across the road from the center at King David Victory Park High School.

The expiry date on this bottle of milk is the 5th February 2021 and when I opened the bottle this morning to make my cappuccino, the milk was off. i.e. it had expired more than a week before the expiry date on the bottle. This is not the first time that this has happened and I find this unacceptable and so inconvenient.

I bought 3 x 2Liters since Sunday24/01/2021 and all the bottles had spoilt milk in with a expiry date of 5 February 2021. I bought 1x bottle at Checkers Boardwalk Richardsbay (Sour). I Bought 1 x Bottle at Shell Garage Meer en See 25/01/2020 (Sour) and I bought one at Meer en See Spar and it was also spoilt! All with the same date 5 Feb 2021? I am put of Milk because of this. I do not drink any other milk than Clover but after this I cannot even imagine buying one more bottle.

I bought a Numel 1l x 6 milk at Shoprite on the 30 of December 2020 and I opened it on the 9th of January 2021 and the milk is off but it's expiration date is 10 March 2021. I'm very disappointed because this is not the first i. Experience this.

I have 5 kids so I can not afford this, please fix it

Throwing 6L of milk is not ok but I had to because I could not let my kids get sick from drinking bad milk

I bought milk at Checkers last week. When opened a box today it was sour and the BB date is only 07 September 2021. Big disappointment.

I have purchased 2L fullcream fresh milk from Checkers Cornubia on
30 December 2020 with 08 January 2021 as the expiry date.
The milk had turned sour on 05 January 2021.

I have attached photos. You can see the date the photos were taken.

This is not the first time that this has happened.

Every week I am throwing away at least a litre of milk.

I have the same problem when I purchase from Checkstar.

Purchased 500g tub at Angelo Superspar in Nigel. The spread wasn't creamy, but very watery. In fact water gathered on top of the spread. Also not tasty as previously purchased. I have been using the spread since it came first onto the market. It is a super quality product. Price at Spar is R3 more expensive than at Shoprite. Purchased again today, all seems to as per standard.

2 bottles of 2 liters full cream clover milk had found to have curdled upon opening.

Both item were well within the printed best before date claim.

I am extremely saddened and disappointed by the poor experience especially because Clover has been a trusted household brand in the family for decades.
The situation forced my 65+ dad to revisit the grocery store during this pandemic.

Good day, bought the milk from Checkers Hyper a few days ago. The expiry date is the 1 Jan 2021. I opened it yesterday, the 27th Dec 2020 and it had gone bad. Second time in 3 years that I have had this experience with Clover milk during the festive season. Very disappointed as I love Clover products. I do not have the purchase slip for the milk. I would like at least a refund of my purchase. The quality needs to be checked especially during the festive season.

Hi,
I have logged a complaint on your website on the 05/11/2020. I have not received a response. Also there was no option for me to send pictures via your website.
I have had numerous issues with your medium cream fresh milk. I did not complain. It goes thick & sour after a day of opening & being in the refrigerator.
On tuesday I opened a 500ml bottle - today it thick & sour. Today I bought a 250ml - upon opening the bottle - I found that it is spoilt.
I have enclosed pictures - I also have the 500ml bottle with the spoiled milk if you would like to have it collected. I returned the 250ml to the canteen.
The expiry dates on these is 12 & 13 nov 2020.
Why is clover not supplying full cream fresh milk in 500ml & 250ml?

I'm a shop that has been making use of your service for 27 years. I did not receive any delivery for weeks. Best part: shop across the road received delivery. Now they tell me i'm suppose to receive from another truck. Two trucks to the same little town? I have reference nr's everything. Then they don't know where my shop is. Too many excuseses. Personaly I think, incompetenant staff. Not proud of their work. Just there to receive a salary.
I know clover is a big company and runs the menopoly. That's why they don't care. I will make sure to get rid of all clover products in my deli, and never buy anything of their produckts in the future. I can garentee no one will come back to me to reply to this complaint.

I have baught yogurt from my pnp store and before I have throug away my 6 pack yogurt and again this morning when I woke up to give the kids yogurt all was sour I through it away but I took pic I only prefer strawbery flafour for my kids but so discussed that 12 packs all are off. The yogurt should be pinkish it has yellow white in.
This is not what I want to give to my kids.

ANTI COMPETITIVE BEHAVIOUR IN LADYSMITH

As a small supermarket in Ladysmith, I and others in the business are shocked by the anti-competitive behaviour adopted by Clover. It is difficult for us to survive when Clover products are sold from a private home at a low low price.

We observed this practice for some time with Clover trucks with NN number plates either park at Shoprite Checkers in the Oval Shopping Centre or opposite Home Affairs in Keate Street in Ladysmith. Your products are loaded onto a trolley by Clover staff and loaded into a private vehicle which belongs to a lady who works in the Mosia Buildings.

You can observe this practice and even find several large freezers at her home where Clover products are sold for at least half the price that we sell in our shops.

This will be communicated to the Competition Commission of South Africa and the SAPS because this is fraud.

This must stop as we are losing our customers who are getting Clover products cheaply from a private person.

I bought this yogurt recently at Piec and Pay Northmead mall.

When I opened it, last night I saw something is wrong with it. It tastes sour. Not like it usually tastes and it is sciffing like sour milk. I've included the picture. Will you please look into it?
We buy it often and it's the first time this happened.
