Clover Super M Milkshake
I bought a 6 pack of Clover Super M Milkshake last week, one is green and the other one is off after just being opened.

This is not the first time this has happened. Also the prices have increased to nearly a R 90.00 for a 6 pack.
I have also had various problems even trying to find the product at any shops. Costing petrol and timing driving from shop to shop.

I have also bought only clover milk but on the same day i have bought it, it smells a bit off.
It becomes sour when you make a cappuccino and try to froth the milk.
Can you please let us know what is going on with the milk processes?
also the 800g cheese (tussers, gouda) was definitely frozen before. I had a lot of guests and had to make excuses for the taste and appearance of the cheese. Very disgusting and throwing my money in the water.

Bliss yoghurt

I recently bought tropica icy product at a shoprite store in paarl, date was in last week and i saw today that it expired 30/10/2021. I think its brand damaging for you as company and need to address this with all stores.
I think its unacceptable for a store to shell a product that is expired and my kids at these icy's.

Clover truck driver
Reg. CY 73905 nearly made an accident at 4.34 this morning (10.11.21)because he wasnt paying attention to the road, this driver must have been asleep behind the wheel, that or he does not understand the rules of the road.
I am not sure if he bullied me into the dirt on the side of the road on purpose for some or other reason or if he was just asleep but with such obvious branding on the truck its usually a good thing for the drivers to behave on the road, considering the fact that they represent clover.
Desired outcome: To attend in an Advanced drivers course
Long life full cream milk
Good day.
I am having trouble with the full cream long life milk. It is suddenly grainy I haven't experienced this before but it is happening for the last 4 or 5 bottles. I assumed it was a bad patch but I don't even know if you can drink it like this. As such I have thrown them out. I am not a picky eater but the texture is completely off-putting. Please advise if this is safe.
Desired outcome: Response as to health of grainy milk or removal of grainy texture from milk.
The bliss double cream yoghurt
My yoghurt was so runny i bought the lemon meringue and i was so disappointed ... It's so annoying to purchase something cos you really craving not even minding the price cos you really want it and then come across the water that i bought .

It both as a sour taste that stings on your tongue. It was a real disappointment as it doesn't ever skip my shopping list

Fresh cream
I bought 2 tubs on sunday at our local tearoom in eastwood ho, gullsway, gonubie east london. Both were sour. Cream is not cheap and I ruined a meal for 8 people! Do you have any idea how expensive meat is, let alone the vegetables that went in. Then its electricity etc. I am highly diusappointed.
Desired outcome: Hamper or a decent clover voucher.
2 L Full cream fresh milk
I have been buying Clover full cream milk for as long as I remember (i am 60 years old), and refused to drink any other milk.
For the last 5 months (aprox) the milk has tasted off. It doesn't smell off, but tastes disgusting. I have bought from different SPAR, Checkers and Pick n Pay shops. Always the same problem.
From once a loyal consumer to a now disgusted one.
I've had the exact same experience. Would only buy clover milk in the past, but the last few months it is absolutely undrinkable. Also bought from various stores in various towns and had the same thing everywhere. Definitely won't be buying their products again.

Whipped Cream - New Nozzel
I bought whipped cream from Checkers. The packaging is new and said there is a new nozzle. The nozzle never worked and the product went bad days after it was bought. I could tell by the foul smell when I put my nose close to the opening of the newly improved and not working nozzle.
There was nothing wrong with the old nozzle. This new nozzle did not worked and messed up me and my sons plans for a fun mommy and me bake day.
I can use my Checkers purchase history/ invoice as proof of purchase, which the store can provide on request.
Very dissapointing Clover.

Full cream milf sour again
Every time we purchase your milk from Spar it tastes like chemicals or is sour, we spend a fortune trying to trust your product but we can not anymore

I have purchased a 2 litre 2%low fat milk from Check STar in Phoenix on the 10th of September 2021. The contents of the box has expire before the best before date of the 21st of September on the 18th of September.
I use the kind of mik whom is diabetic and in need for her nutrition and health care.
I am disgust that i have wasted my time and money in trusting that this milk will the full duration of its lifespan.
Please see it to It that i am reimbursed or replaced and the retailers be aware of faulty products such as this

Clover classic margarine 1kg.
Margarine got moldy while in use, although stored in fridge when not in use.
Tried to e-mail, but no e-mail address.
While I like your products, it seem that qualicontrol is taking a holiday.
This product was bought in good faith from PnP, Wolmaranstad, North West. It was always in the fridge to preserve.

Sour Full cream milk
I regularly check the BB date on the milk before purchasing. Clover seams to constantly have the latest BB dates. However my purchases of Clover milk during last few months has resulted in a sour carton every time. Absolutely disgusting. Thank goodness there are alternatives. Attached pic of milk I bought on the 13th with the BB date of 22nd.

I have just bought the Clover bliss double cream tastes like vinegar 500g from Spar in Newcastle.

I have yoghurt and muesli every morning at work, today the yoghurt tastes like pure vinegar. I cannot return the product, as I work out of town. Please explain to me why it tastes like this? I cant even taste any strawberry at all, its very disgusting.

Milk
Milk is constantly off, no matter what shop or what size container. It's disgusting and making me sick to the point of vomiting.
All the milk tastes fine when you open and smell it. The second you add coffee, heat it up or add nesquik to it you taste that sour off taste that leaves you feeling ill.
Every time now for the last 4 months it's a waste of money.

Gouda 800g cheese
Good morning.
I bought Cheese at Checkers and I doubt I still have the receipt. This morning I wanted to put in lunch for my kids and noticed that the sealed cheese has mould around it. This is the 800g gouda cheese that I always buy. Manufacturing date is 12/07/2021
Expiry date is 13/10/2021
I haven't even opened it yet but now I won't be able to use it and this cheese costs alot of money which I can hardly afford because I am a single parent but I purchase it because my kids must have a nutritious lunch to school but now I have to find mould on the cheese?
Desired outcome: I need my money back in order to buy other cheese my children needs to eat at school. Or I need fresh cheese please but I can't be a loser of a sealed pack of cheese that is rotten.
