I bought two bottles of full cream milk at The Rose shop at the Engen garage. Expiry date is the 27th of Aug 2021. It has not been the first time buying sour milk. I am not sure if the packaging has an effect. Go back to white bottles and the recipe that works. I can smell a shortcut a mile away. Clover has always been my brand. Please look into it

Refer to my complaint of two days ago. Low and behold, the same problem again this morning. Unpack my milk from the cloth bag and milk leaked all over from the seam of your container at the bottom. It is now unacceptable! Kindly respond urgently.

I have been buying Clover milk for many years, the only milk I will buy due to Durban's hot weather, other milk goes off too quickly, This morning and last week I ended up with the seam splitting and leaking milk in the boot of my car without it being any fault of my own. May I say more. Kindly sort this matter out with your supplier of bottles pls

The Clover Bliss double cream of hazelnut flavour has excessive sweetness. And it got brown colour today. Not the normal creamy/yellowish one.

Cheese is chalky dry and utterly horrid...
I am a regular cheese eater and have been let down on numerous occasions due to the complete lack of any form of standard in the cheese range. I find this utterly unacceptable as my wife is in the food industry and i am well aware of processing and tasting and general production ethics and standards.

We purchased low-fat two little milk on 29/07/2021 from a petrol station here close to where we live. Tokai western Cape. The bottle was new and Unopened bottle.
The milk that was in the bottle was Strangely enough full cream milk?
I distinctly know the difference between full cream and low-fat.
We do not like the flavor of full cream this is why we purchase daily low-fat milk.

I bought yoghurt from Spar in Alberton and it must have strawberry in but it is plain yoghurt with no taste. I bought 12 tubs and they are all plain. It Fruits of the forest yoghurt with a PD 29 June 21 and BB 28 Aug 21. I have photos that I can send you. I am very dissapointed. Thank you

Hi.

I buy clover fresh full cream milk for my cafe. Since the unrest in KZN, the quality of the milk has changed drastically. The milk has very little fat content - I know this because my cappuccino texture has become flat. The taste of the milk has also changed, it tastes like long-life milk.

I have always held clover in high regard because of the quality and would sadly have to use a different product if things stay the same.

I refer to your mail below dated 16 July and your visit to my store Friday. I attached a copy of a Clover invoice as well as a copy of a transaction of your product on Friday.

Please explain your claim of us making 40% margin and the reasons why my store do not get the costs prices as you claim you give to Sasol Stores. Our margin is 20% in a very highly competitive market, Clover refusing to take returns, Covid business times where all the sales are less than half normal. It is merely impossible to survive.

Ensure we do get the prices you claim you agreed to give Sasol outlets as well as all the credits for the past 5 years due of overcharging. Please do not believe everything you read.

It has come to my attention that Sasol Roodekruin is selling Clover Fresh Milk 2ltr at R45.60 which is extremely high as the site is making a 40% margin on each unit sold. All sites have been given a discount by Clover of R27.50 incl. Vat which means the site is meant to be selling the milk at R35.90 which will give the site a margin of 23% which is still above the recommended margin for fresh milk.

May you kindly liaise with the retailer with regards to this as Clover is stating that they will remove the site from the discount list should the site not reduce the price.

As discussed may you please advise how you can assist to prevent stores to take a 40% margin on our lines in this example Fresh milk 2L.

I am helping you with an EDLP and loaded a cost of R 27-50. And then the stores take 40% margin and sell that same milk for R 45.60. This is R 18.10 on top of the cost.

May you please take it up with the store?

And let me know the outcome, surely this is not good for the Clover brand as well as the Sasol brand

Hi, since I drank this Aquartz clover water, I had stomach cramps and running tummy. The reason is due to poisonous chemicals in the Aquarts water. Water has been sent for testing and confirmed.
And suddenly Aquartz was on special at retail stores.I am to sue Clover for this, seems intentional and some sinister Agenda after doing some research.

We purchased a 6 pack of Super M Milkshakes from either Checkers or Makro and upon opening them we noticed that the entire 6 pack was spoilt - the liquid was green - had a really bad smell - the milkshakes are only due to expire in Oct2021. We generally purchase a lot of these milkshakes as my kids drink them all the time. I'm just glad I was the one to open the pack and noticed that something was wrong with the content. I have recently bough 3 bottles of 2 litre full cream milk. Two from my closest shell garage, and 1 from my closest Spar. All have been off when first opened. The caps/lids were not tampered with. All had expiry dates withing a 5 day margin. My most recent purchase being the 9th of July, with the milk having an expiry of the 14th of July, which we have not even reached yet. It tastes like it's in that cusp of when you know milk is going off and will be very sour the next day. I have had to throw away 3 bottles and have been forced to buy other brands of milk due to this. I am very unhappy about this, as it's money wasted.

I Just fed my daughter expired yoghurt, the BB date is 2 Aug 2021 but they are expired i think the colour was different from the outside packaging. I bought blackberry and raspberry flavour and they were cream and lime cream sort of like an apple sorbet.
Is this what we get for buying 2 packs for R25 ? Expired products. I am so disappointed I just hope I didn't kill my daughter with the yoghurt

On 3rd July I bought clover whipped cream with new nozzle, I have no issue with product itself however the nozzle breaks and cream pushes out from under new nozzle not up and out so one has to break off the nozzle completely while cream just keeps bubbling out.
I have kept tin in my fridge and will be happy to forward photo which would best describe the issue I mentioned above.

On Monday 28 of June I purchased 2 X 2l of Clover Low Fat Fresh Milk with Sell by date of 01 July 2021. Was incidentally purchased on a 2 for R50 Special

The milk has a almost sourish after taste when used with serial and coffee etc.

I noticed that when using it with my Nespresso milk frother it does not froth at all.

The other Reference Number on the 2 bottles are ZA 5/88 23:10:26 and 27 respectfully.

I opened the Milk this morning 24/05/2021 the milk is dated the 01/05/2021 this is not the first time this has happened where the milk is Sour I am not happy with the product at all

Hi there, I bought 2 blocks of Gouda cheese from Checkers. Unfortunately when I opened the first one it was not right. Extremely dry and hard with no taste. I then opened the second block thinking maybe it was only that block. But, the same with the second block. I have been buying Clover cheese for many years now and never did I have this problem. Hope your response is favourable.
