clover custard
Hi,
I purchased a box of Clover Custard from Food Lovers Market, La Lucia on Saturday, 02 December 2017.
This is the 1 litre box of custard in the tetra pak with a screw on lid. I attempted to unscrew the lid that same evening only to have the entire top come off. It seems like there is a problem with the glue which caused the entire cap to come loose.

to whom it may concern? I've bought a small bottle of milk for my breakfast today, after a boiled the water and poured it from kettle into the cup I put milk into the cup. It a couple seconds later when the milk turned thick and discoloured the milk started to smell in the cup I was frustrated and furious coz I was really feeling to have a cup of milk tea. I was pissed off, I've check the expirery date and it looked fine so I had to go back to the shop and explain the shop keeper about the off milk that I had, he did refund me the money back however my wife and couldn't believe the poor product that clover had sold to us as the consumer band i had to take my daughter for extra tuitions coz she's in matric and this got her late for her classes We always buy clover and we know that's its the best im a very very unsatisfied and disheartened consumer which clover had to put me through all the inconveniences because of a spoilt milk
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Good Day. Today I bought a 250g clover blackcurrant sip up and when I opened it, it was only half full, even though it was sealed. Can you please confirm how you will rectify this to allow me to continue buying your product or brand. I am attaching a photo of product and till slip as proof of purchase. Clover Gouda and Cheddar wrapped slices 900g (54), I regularly buy these products and to my disappointment, the last 2 that i purchased have a piece of black substance in them (rust ), the edges are not sealed and hardened the cheese that has seeped out, and this is in most of the pack of 54.
Best before date is :18/07/2019 purchased at Checkers Shelly Beach on 23 February 2019, 2 x R75.00 = R150.00
Unfortunately i threw the wrappers away when my kids opened them.
I hope this can be rectified as my children love this for lunch by its self or on a toasted sandwich.

I bought a 2 x 2Ltr milks last week 7th September 2017 with an expiry date of 12 September 2017 at Checkers hyper Kenilworth - get home to make a cup of tea and the milk is sour - i smell the other 2 Ltr bottle and it was sour too, i had to toss 4 Ltrs of milk away and run back to shop to get more milk. i find this totally unacceptable as clover is a well known brand milk is not the cheapest !
expired - clover sip up drinks on the shelves
On the 25th of July 2017 I bought 2 clovers drinks and on my way home I opened one and it was sour. I checked the date and both had expired.one on the 7th of July and the other one on the 21st of July.
Why the biggest in South Africa has expired products on the shelves endangering the health of the community?
We have luctose intolerance people whom if they drink this expired drinks they would end up in hospital.

Hi i bought a six pack clover long life milk. Upon opening the first bottle wich expiry date is in june 2023 i find it thick and sour. So i opened another and another. All of them thick and sour. This is not wat i expected from clover. The six pack is not kept in a warm place or any direct sunlight. Its kept in a cool and dry place. Please advise
I have been buying Butro for years but recently it is just like Marg. It melts the minute it is out of the fridge and it is oily when melting. It is definitely not worth the nearly R100 that it costs now. I hate Marg because it is oily so will definitely stop buying Butro, you have changed it into Marg.

I purchased a 2l milk today (12.01.2020)- the expiry date on the packaging reflects 19.01.2020.
The milk upon pouring had lumps and it gave off a sour smell. Milk is completely curdled. Entire pot of tea became clumpy and milk coagulated on the top.
Quite disgusting.
For the first time I purchased Clover Cheddar and Gouda sliced cheese from Pick and pay.
Once I got home, we opened the pack but the cheese is stuck to the paper. We cant get the paper off the cheese all wasted on bad packaging.
