I was just hung up on by a "manager" after we have been calling for 5 days straight letting them know we don't have dial tone and that they have a destroyed pedestal that has been destroyed for 8 years now. Every time it rains the line gets wet. We call and the tech comes and dries it out and it works, but he never fixes it for good, so guess what next rain same thing over and over and over and over again! Probably 10 times at least in 3 years. I asked the tech to put a bag over the pedestal or replace the pedestal. Nothing. Finally got through to a "manager" today after calling for 5 days straight letting them no still no dial tone. We are a golf course and everyone calls us first to make a tee time before just coming out to the course so this has literally cost us Thousands of dollars in sales since our customers can not call us to make a tee time. And now today the manager said to me "ARE YOU DONE?" when I explained our problem. Then said to me "IF YOU SAY ONE MORE WORD OR INTERRUPT ME YOUR DONE" I said, excuse me am I not the customer whos out thousands of dollars in sales due to your companies screw ups. Absolutely the worst customer service experience we have ever had. We are currently trying to get clear rate to Port our number to Verizon as we already have a cell phone to switch to and here we sit and wait for them to port it at what ever time and date they find ok for them. We find this highly unacceptable and negligent and will be filing a formal complaint for loss of business. Horrible experience. Buyer BEWARE.
