Citi Bank was not ready for the Barclay Credit Card Transfer process! We were are ready holders of Citi Bank Credit cards which your transfer process seem to ignore. Credit Cards Not linked properly. Auto pays not transfers. Rude notices and calls stating account balances over due. Calls to supervisors saying everything is now ok when it's not. AND THEN BEING HANG-UP N BECAUSE YOOUR SUPPORT PEOPLE GET FRUSTRATED. Today went to grocery store and tried to purchase les than $200 and the credit card was declined. Why? Account over balance credit card place on hold. Why? Because Citi Bank DID NOT KNOW THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS PAID BY AUTO PAY 10 DAYS EARLIER. I had to call the bank with Citibank supervisors n the call to prove the auto payment went through 10 days ago. And when I complained to the citibank support supervisors to ask what happen se said " your issues has been resolved nothing else to talk abut and hangs up. once my AA miles are used up we will transfer the CC autp pays and change CC companies
Claimed loss: Sanity. High blood pressure. Don't need to be treated like dog crap because of Citi Bank failure to complete the Barclay CC transfer process.
