Found’s customer service department, following a series of deeply troubling experiences has resulted in both financial and emotional distress.
Over multiple interactions, I have encountered a consistent pattern of dismissiveness and obstructionism from Found’s representatives. My inquiries regarding missing funds have been repeatedly stonewalled, by simply ignoring my 1 and ONLY question at least 10x's on 1 call deflecting accountability, or providing vague, unhelpful responses. This behavior not only undermines trust but also compromises the integrity which I still haven't seen.
Most disturbingly, during one interaction 3 calls each I was talked down to, in addition to a supervisor resorted to abusive language and cursed at me over the phone. This unacceptable and unprofessional conduct has left me feeling humiliated, disrespected, and victimized. Since that encounter, my efforts to resolve ongoing issues — including locating missing funds — have been met with being told I'm blocked from phone support for 48 hours, evasiveness, and a clear lack of willingness to assist.
As a loyal customer, I expected a basic standard of respect, transparency, and problem resolution. Instead, I have endured stonewalling tactics, condescension, and outright hostility.
I WILL forward all complaints to proper Government channels for a full investigation into the conduct of Founds customer service representatives, including the supervisor who verbally abused me.
Recommendation: DONT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY - THEY AREN'T A BANK, THEY'RE A SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE THAT TAKES YOUR MONEY & TRIES TO HIDE IT

so I had some sketchy stuff go down with my Piermont Bank card. Like, I saw some charges on there that I didn't make, all for Uber Eats. I only used the card to put money on it with Cash App, so I know it wasn't me. I tried to get help from the customer service peeps at Purpose Banking, but they didn't do squat. I just want my money back, man.

I got sick with a virus and someone used my debit card to make unauthorized debits. I filed a dispute with *** which is owned by this bank. They told me they couldn't or won't move forward with my dispute unless I show proof of contacting the companies where my card was used. The company told me to file a dispute with my bank. This is ridiculous that a person that has been victimized has to go through this.

My friends and I invest in real estate and we learned about Piermont Bank from a finance expert. We wanted to refinance a loan on a property we own and met with the bank for underwriting. We mentioned our funds are mostly abroad and they were fine with it, even providing a pre-approval letter. However, the underwriting was delayed as they requested various documents, like bank statements in English and details on the main owners. They also asked for $15K for underwriting fees. Eventually, they declined our loan, doubting our financial claims and blaming us for the delays. We argued their demands were excessive and they referred us to the CEO. They were vague about the financial proof needed and, despite not formally rejecting us, they kept the $15K without a refund.
