I am trying to use my credit card and they will not use my daughter’s cell phone to send a code.. I have proven my landline numbers, my account number for auto pay was verified, my code word was verified, addresses were verified but they still would not send a code number to my daughters cell number. All the identity questions were correct with your information.

They are sending a letter with a reference number which will take another 7-10 days, which could get in the wrong hands. And they will not give me the address of where they are sending the letter, which I’ve given both addresses for summer and winter….All they have to do is send a code number to my daughter’s cell phone to avoid freezing my card. I have had this card for MANY years and should not have to go thru this harassament when I’ve given them all my identity questions.
