I have been a long time customer and I always pay my monthly bill in full with the exception of the Flex Pay charges which are interest free b/c of the deal you made with Amazon. For the past 2 months, you have charged me interest. Your mgmt team says, oh yea, you owed us money. I said how, look at my balance, it’s 0.00. They gave me the run around and now I am taking my business to Wells Fargo.

Claimed loss: Approximately $400 in interest the past 2 months.

Desired outcome: Total amount of interest charged.
