It is the Circle K in Kingman, AZ on Stockton Hill and Gordon. I have the SIP AND SAVE for a drink each day. Their deliveries for supplies come from Bullhead, AZ, not that far away, but they seem not to receive them until they our out. They call, then have to wait 2 or 3 day to receive them. This month they have been down several days, Can they please receive their supply deliveries on a regular schedule before they are completely out. Please keep your stores stocked properly.

On Sept 23, 2023 at 11;19 am I was pumping gasoline at the Circle K station located at 10011 Hudson Ave. When I removed the handle from my vehicle I felt gasoline dripping down my hand and arm. I also noticed gasoline dripping on the ground. When I went in the store I notified the sales clerk and she told another employee about the problem. The other employee said " oh yes, she called that in the other day" I left as soon as I could!

Why wasn't the pump shut down?

I sent a driver to the store in norton ohio at 21 & 585 for truck fuel, gave driver my EZ pay card and 100.00 cash since there is 150.00 day limit, pumps would not read card, driver tried to prepay with the card, said cant prepay with card or cash on truck lanes to use car lane, how the hell do you get a semi in car lanes at prime hours, signs on pumps they cant print receipt inside and ALL pumps are out of paper, we have to file reports with receipt VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,

on anothe rnote I was at 2 different stores in different states last month and no windshield washer fluid in ANY dispenser and no papertowels in dispenser , how do you check oil,

On 9/5/23 in the morning I went into a Circle K in Tucson, Az at 36th and Mission. I don't normally go to this store in the mornings, but I just wanted a drink. I witnessed 3 employees behind the counter saying some awful things, making fun of customers and I believe other employees that they apparently they don't like. Now I'm not easily offended, but whoa, what they were saying was, well, not appropriate for a business, especially when there are customers in the store. Someone should really train these people, or better yet just fire them. If they do not even know what customer service is they shouldn't be helping customers. I won't be going back there, at least in the mornings.

This store is absolutely disgusting. The employees are lazy and rude. Everyday I go to the drive thru but , they always have it blocked off for no reason other than being lazy. This evening I went there literally nobody was there but , the drive thru was blocked offf but , the front door was open like it was opened. If that wasn’t bad enough the employees were outside smoking cigarettes and talking to their friends. I hope you can find better people to work for you if not you will continue to lose business.

I was treated disrespect1fully as a black u.s. army veteran in your store in front on at least 10 people. I was humiliated and cursed at by 2 of your employees including the manager.

The incident occurred on Friday August 4th between the hours of 1:00pm and 2:30pm.

This is getting out of hand and the blatant disrespect needs to stop and headquarters needs to know this is happening in its stores. It's a slap in the face of military veterans that visits your stores daily.

I also plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General. My Veteran representative as well as write to my congressmen.

On south lumpkin Rd Columbus GA this store continues to lock it up with no notice posted on the door with no employees insight inside the store. This is advertised as a 24 hr store. Now if this wasn't a frequent issue I would not take the Time to even file a complaint. Especially the time I have to waste to file this complaint on top of the time I have lost thinking that the 24 hr advertised store is open. I'm just saying. Tighten up. Communicate with a posted note. I know if I chose to never shop with you again that would not matter or even hurt anyone feelings who work at this establishment. But I will say this, y'all know y'all some bs

I went in the Circle K on 32nd street and Union Hills in Phoenix Arizona, At 3 a.m. on Sunday 8/13/2023, the light up sign said gas was $4.09 and $4.19 credit card, I went inside and paid $60.00 for gas on pump 2, there was a African American male working, and I had to wait like 5 minutes to pay, because he was taking to some young woman that was buying a soda, and he was trying to get her phone number, she finally said you should help this guy, and he gave me a look that was not very nice, and I went outside as I was just about done pumping my gas I noticed that I was paying $4.19 not the Cash price of $4.09, about that time the man working stepped outside to talk to the woman, and I got his attention and yelled hey, why am I paying $4.19 and not the cash price of $4.09 a gallon, he replied because that price is for easy pay, I asked him what is easy pay, I should be paying $4.09 the cash price, he said no you should not, I said so how much is gas if you pay cash, he said $4.09, I said yes but come look I'm paying $4.19 a gallon, he said no that price is for easy pay and you should have caught that when you started pumping the gas, I could have refunded you the money and put it back in as a cash sale, I said well someone owes me some money back, he said like I said you should have noticed the price before you started pumping, and no I am not giving you any money back, I replied so its my fault, he said yes, I replied, if you would of put it in right instead of trying to pick up that woman, we would not be having this problem, he flipped me off and went back inside, I started heading back to go inside the store and he locked the door, is this how customers are treated at this store?

Instead, I found myself in an embarrassing situation due to the defective gift card. This incident has not only tarnished my perception of Circle K's integrity but has also cast a shadow over the entire contest experience.

To provide further clarity and substantiate my complaint, I have attached images of the gift card I received, as well as the courier packet that contained it. These visual representations serve as irrefutable evidence of the condition in which the gift card was delivered to me.

In light of this regrettable turn of events, I kindly request that Circle K takes immediate and appropriate action to rectify the situation. I earnestly implore you to provide me with the valid $50 gift card that I rightfully won through the "Oh Henry Feeding Frenzy Contest." Furthermore, I urge Circle K to address the issue promptly to prevent similar instances from occurring in the future and to uphold the integrity of your brand.
