Circle K - Bad customer service and very disrespectful

Well I went to try to get scratcher and I didnt have my ID so I took my dad in I understand that couldn't sell it to him but the the morning shift manager was being very disrespectful and had attitude and there was pregnant cashier was being very disrespectful arguing back with me. They could of talk us with respect. Some one need teach your employee learn how to talk customer. Learn how to solve a problem with out making the customer upset.

Desired outcome: To talk to there customer with respect
