I spend at least $300 a month in this store 1108 Sprite Lake Road winter haven fl 33880. and have signed up for the rewards/ I have not gotten any and asked the employees who ask the manager who told them for me to call the complaint line. They do not care and should not be telling people that they can get rewards. I called the corp. office and they said I would hear back from someone within 48 hours, that was 3 weeks ago. Why do they have to misadvertize?
Desired outcome: some kind of compansation for all the times I have been there and all the money I have spent in the last 3 months that I was signed up for ---$50.00 rewards are owed to me.
