I received poor customer solution and service at this location. I visited this store and had my sister, trudy to purchase us 2 fountain drink. When my sister returned she has not been given a receipt for the purchase and she had a vitamin water which I could not drink because of an allergy to artifical sweetners. I asked to go back in and change the drink because it should not be a problem. I frequent you stores in other locations areound wilmington and in leland, north carolina. My sister, trudy returned to the store and explained the situation to the female cashier and was told after she poured out the drink that would have to purchase another drink. The male cashier standing there laughed and said, "who do you think we are?". He then left out the door for a cigarette break in front of the store. My sister went back in to purchase another drink. I told her to come on because that made no sense for me to purchase another drink and I had not even drank any of the 1st cup and I would not be returning to that store again. My sister returned to to car without the cup of just ice or anything so I went back into the store retreive what I purchased and to speak with a manager. The female cashier who previously told her to pay again and allowed the young man to be unprofessional and rude during the incident stated that she was the manager. I explained the reasoning for wanting to change the drink and she told me that each drink that comes out of the machine is inventory and she could not let me get another drink. I gave her the scenerio of a customer tasting a drink and pouring it out a getting another or one who would drink a cup there and then pay, so how can you inventory those drinks. She would only say we inventory all of the drinks that come out of the machine. What this manager did not know is that I was once a food service manager. I had worked in the restaurant and customer and client relations industry for over 30 years. I had purchased and done inventory on fountain drink syrup, supplies and food. I know that you cannot inventory each drink that comes out of the machine; you can
However inventory the cups, lids, straws and the whole box of syrup. I am a bit disappointed in how the young lady that told me she was the manager handled the situation, came up with a false statement and how she allowed an employee to be so unprofessional and rude to a customer while she was standing there.

Please have someone to look into giving the individuals at this location customer relations and customer service training.
