The store manager Matt double charged me and yelled at me stating that I wasn't double charged when I tried to show him that he did. Said it didn't print off a receipt so I didn't pay and that I needed to pay again even though it was approved on my side. Claimed that it was just preauthorized sale procedure and wouldn't give me a refund when brought back to him a few days later and showed that it pulled out twice. Said he's always right and that we are wrong. I work hard for my money and just to be treated like I'm dumb and don't know what I'm talking about was so wrong. He needs to be fired and replaced. He's not giving that store a very good name. He barks and yells at them. Tells them they can't use the bathroom and all he does is fuss without helping. He is very rude and disrespectful. Lost my service completely along with my families. No veteran deserves to be treated like this. That Matt guy should be gone or demoted all the way down and be treated the way I was treated.
