Chowking food served (buchi) were mostly burnt.

I was on my way home to Dasmarinas Cavite but instead of getting off in Dasmarinas Bayan proper, I decided to get off at Anabu, Imus where there's a Chowking Branch and went to buy a platter of siomai and buchi as I've been craving for it for several days already. After 15 to 20 mins, I finally got my order and went straight home not checking the orders in the bag except I asked for extra condiments for the siomai.

Upon reaching the house, I excitedly opened the bag of siomai and buchi and to my dismay, the buchi served are mostly BURNT!

I hope they have quality control when it comes to the food they serve in this branch just like how it is in other branches. I went to the store approximately 1:30PM of 11/16/2018.

Chowking rude manager

Hi okay sana yung service ng mga staff niyo eh kaso ang may problema ata si manager excuse me lang po tao po ang mga staff mo wag ka rin sana masyadong bastos ganyan ba talaga umasta ang isang manager sa staff kung makapag mura ka akala mo nasa kalye ka. By the way di ko kase alam name nung manager na yun wala kase siyang nameplate pero lalaki po siya. Bago lang siya sa paningin ko madalas ako kumaen jan sa bagong bukas na chowking na yan . Pero di ko akalain na ganyan pala manager jan tsk. Sana bigyan ng aksyon yan ng mas mataas. Di tama yung ginagawa mo sa staff mo. Nangyare to last nov 14 naawa kase ako sa staff mo na walang ibang magawa kundi umiyak nalang. Nakakalungkot isipin na nag tatrabaho ng maayos yung staff mo tapos ganun yung gagawin mo.

Chowking attitude of crew and manager

Bumili po ang nanay ko na senior citizen ng 3 halo halo nagbigay sya ng id as senior discount nagtanong ang nanay ko sa crew kung bakit isa lang ang nadiscount na kung bakit sa sm marilao pde nmn lahat madiscount ang sabi ng crew isa lng daw tlga ok sabi ng nanay ko .hindi ko lng po nagustuhan ang attitude na pinakita ng crew sumimangot sya at nangiirap dumating ang manager na si russel sinabi nya sa manager nya na gusto daw nmin na ipadiscount lahat ang binili ng nanay ko ang nakakadissappiont lng imbis na pagsabihan nya ung crew ginatungan nya pa ang sabi ng manager sabihin mo sa costumer mo sa sm sila bumili ..dapat bang gawin nila un sa harap ng costumer gusto ko lng silang mabigyan ng disciplinary action

Chowking utensils

Last night, kumain kami ng pinsan ko sa bagong branch nyo dito sa Paliparan, Dasma, Cavite. We ordered chaofan and her drink was your milktea and mine was a sprite. Yung sprite, wala na lasa talaga as in akala ko nga water lang inorder ng pinsan ko pero nakalagay dun sa receipt is with drinks nga so binalik ng pinsan ko then kasunod ng pinsan ko may customer din na nagbalik ng sprite. Tapos ayun kumain na kami, after namin kumain iniinom na ng pinsan ko yung milktea bigla nyang sinabi na "eto oh may lipstick pa" shookt ako kasi wala syang lipstick ako lang pero hindi color pink and bakit naman iinumin yung mismong milktea dun sa baso without using a straw dba? Pinapunas ko skanya yung lipstick tinignan namin kung mabubura then nabura nga, halos ubos na yung milktea nun kaya diring-diri talaga kami. Nireklamo ko na sya kagabi dun sa isang crew, papalitan pa dapat but I refused baka kasi kung ano pa gawin dun sa drink. Sana lang, ayusin ng chowking kasi sa halos lahat ng nakainan ko eh ganyan sobrang dumi talaga. Di na pala namin nakuhaan ng picture kasi nakalimutan namin.

Chowking food and bad behaviour of crew

To chowking management :

Gusto ko lang sana ilapit yung naranasan ko sa store ng maysilo chowking sa mandaluyong kung san labis akong nadismaya sa sinerve nilang pagkain sa akin at lalo na yung pag uugali ng crew nila na nangangalang mark!
Kumain kami ng kaibigan ko itong hapon sa store ng chowking maysilo kung san ang inorder ko ay wonton noodles nung iserve ito sa akin ay hindi ko napuna nung una na may maliit palang insekto na parang uod yung nakita ko sa pagkain na yun kung san halos nahigop ko na yung sabaw bago ko pa napansin iyon. Sobrang nakakadiri at nakakadismaya yung sinerve nila na pagkain lalo na sa safetiness na kinakain ng customer which is napaka unhealthy at hindi maganda lalo na sa kalusugan ng customer na kakain. Hindi lang ito isang beses ko na napuna sa kanila lalo na nung unang kain ko sa store na yan tapos napansin ko pa yung mga utensil na nakalagay sa warmer nila halos may mga namumuo pang kanin na tira tira na nakadikit sa spoon at fork nila. Nahuhugasan ba ng maigi at maayos yung utensil nila lalo nat ibat ibang kustomer ang dumarating para kumain sa store nila? Sana naman magkaroon sila ng maayos na pag seserve lalo na sa pagkain nila kasi kalusugan ng kustomer ang nakataya rito.
At isa pa sa crew nila na nangangalang mark napakabastos nya at mayabang na crew mismo ng store nila gusto ko mabigyan ng action ang ginawa nya sa akin ng kumain kami ng mga oras na yun kasi habang nag uusap kmi ng kaibigan ko sa store na yan ay andun sya at nakatingin sa akin na hindi maganda na parang may ibig sabihin. Bigla syang nag react sa akin at nagsabi sa akin ng kung ano ano! Gayung ako ang may complain sa store nila dahil sa service ng pagkain nila " nagsabi sya sa akin kung ano raw problema ko sa store nila? Mataas na boses at may pagyayabang yung pagsasalita nya nun kung kaya't lalo ako nainis at nagalit dahil ang lumalabas rito na ako yung biktima ng hindi malinis na pag sserve ng pagkain nila na may insekto ako pa ang lumalabas na mali at kailngan na magpakumbaba gayung kustomer ako na kumakain lang sa store nila which is kilalang kilala sa masa
Mayabang sya na crew at nagsabi na sya raw ang pinaka magaling na crew sa store nila eh gayung wala nman akong pakialam kung sino sya! Ang akin lang yung kaligtasan ng kustomer na kumakain sa kanila. Syempre hindi ko palalagpasin yung ginawa ng crew na yun matapos nya makipagtalo sa akin na isang customer at sigaw sigawan! Ang hangad ko lamang ay yung maayos na serbisyo, malinis na pagkain at yung pag uugali nung crew nila na mark ang pangalan dahil hindi sya appropriate para sa ganyang trbaho dahil napakabastos nya at walang modo nyang crew!
Sana maaksyunan itong complain ko dahil hindi ko talaga nagustuhan yung na experience ko sa kanila bilang customer.

Chowking Wanton soup

The wanton soup in chowking robinsons palapala tastes bland unlike the wanton soups i've tasted in different branches of chowking. I've asked for them to taste it as well as replace it. Sure they did replace it but it still taste the same. Please look into this even though it is just a soup. Your wanton soup is one of my favorite dish to order in chowking. This is really upsetting for me. Especially when I came to eat because I just got off from work. Thank you.

Chowking poor quality of delivery service

Delivery service I ordered 6pcs bucket of chicken and a solo plate of pancit canton earlier this 7th 0f November yr2018 at exactly 6:00pm the call center agent got my order and stated that my order will be delivered about 45mins or 1hour as we cut our conversation.I was wondering why it took more than a minute than the said time of expected time of delivery so I decided to call again the hotline and follow up my concern it takes 3/4 calls for them to verify my order and they said that the store already received my concern and the driver was discharged already 1hr already upon waiting on the said time there's no delivery my grandma and mom was so disappointed about the delivery process Madrigal store have as I call there branch I confirmed from the store manager that I've talked to ^jessa^ that they haven't got my order t starved my grandma and mom so bad I was not expecting this kind of service they offered poor quality of delivery the personnel's are not accomodating due to the late response of their wrong action so much disappointed.

Chowking very poor communication and very poor services

Just this evening i went to this particular store. @ the counter, i asked the cashier if available yung sweet & sour fish? Cashier: umiling sya and said wala na. Me: Yung pork? Cashier: Wala na din..meron po chicken. Me: sweet and sour? Cashier: nodded. Me: ok 1 order for take out. Yung tofu? Cashier: Available po.. Me: 1 din and pa-add nlng 1 wanton soup.. nung dinala ko ung tray & place it on a table, napansin ko ung gravy..im wondering kung para saan un. Untl aftr 10minutes, sinerve sa akin ung leg part ng chicken. So un, i told the cashier, "yung order ko sweet and sour.. and tumango ka.." tpos bumalik nlng ako s upaun thinking akala ko meron new menu ang chowking..un pla, ang hindi ata nila nabentang manok. Hindi ko nlng binalik kc inis na ako.. And eto pa..nagtimpi nlng ulit ako nung narinig ko na hindi pa pala ginagawa ung tofu & wanton soup kc hindi naman dw nagsabi ung cashier or ung manager dun sa crew sa kitchen.. and when i got home, we found outpati ung tofu..wala na din palang ground ginger? nagtimpi nlng ako kc knowing "Chowking Masbate"..very poor services & etc. If hindi sobrang alat ng food..masyadong oily naman..or sold out or not available ang product. If hindi naman ang food preparation ang prob..ung services naman..or nagsusungit ang crew..even ang manager.. haist!... sana dalasan nlng po ng auditor ang pag visit. Tnx

Chowking porkchowfan

When it comes to service okay naman siya.. Yung porkchowfan lang talaga, amoy sunog.. Pinapalitan na namin yung una naming order pero ganun pa din yung ipinalit.. Nakakainis lang din kasi wala man lang akong narinig na sorry sakanila about dun sa product.. And also, tatlo ung inorder namin, yung ibinigay na dalawa amoy sunog din! Parang balewala lang din ung ipinalit namin.. Pakiayos ng product.

Chowking regular bola bola siopao

11/03/2018 I ordered at chowking p.tuazon around 8am. When I came there's no long lines in the counter so I assumed that my order is correct and no missing item but then I get the wrong food I ordered. I take out a 1 regular asado siopao but what I get is regular bola - bola. It's so annoying because I don't eat bola bola. I wanted to change the wrong item but it's so hussle for me because I already got home when I knew it's not what I ordered. Just wanted to tell them that they have to make sure that the product they'll serving is right. Thank you!

Chowking poor management service

It was November the 2nd and it was a peak season for the biggest shopping mall in the city have organized a "Trick or Treat" event for the kids. There were also many tourists during that time and the kids we took with us during that time were very hungry. We decided to eat in Chowking at 12:00 since it was not that crowded during that time unlike in the other fast food eateries and restaurants. We ordered for a family sized meals and the counter personnel asked us to wait for 18 minutes. We waited for 25 minutes and updated our orders and they told us that our orders were already ready to be served. However, 30 minutes has passed but we haven't received our orders yet. We went to the receiving orders counter for the fourth time but they only gave us 1/4 of our orders. They also served us plates that were untidy so we asked for a new set of clean plates and they served rice which are no longer hot. They also gave us gravy but it was watery and the pasta was bland. A lot of people were already complaining there, too but no one to talked to about making their service quick. A customer already talking in a loud voice to stop taking new orders since they can't supervise the ordered food of the customers who have been waiting for a long time just to have their food ready. The manager also doesn't know what to do and the crews were also inattentive with the complaining costumers. One of the service crew told us that they were sorry and that they were only a borrowed staff from the other Chowking branches in Baguio. We told them that they can't let the empty and hungry stomach of the customers to wait most especially the children who went there hungry after trick or treating at the mall. We waited for almost two hours but our orders were not completed yet so we decided to leave the fast food eatery and we were all unsatisfied with the poor service. I must say that it was the WORST SERVICE we experienced.

Chowking insensitivity and non-delivery of service

Ordered drive thru at Chowking Balanga Highway at around 7:45pm this evening, Oct 28. Exasperated after waiting for 40 minutes and yet nothing was served on my order (except for the chicharap), I opted to have my order cancelled and asked for a refund. Worst, the manager on duty wasn't at all apologetic, even bordering on arrogance in fact.
I wasn't able to take note of the manager's name but you could check his name on your records. If you would like to verify, I ordered three show fans, one porkchop, and a chicharap. Only the latter was delivered.

Chowking poor service

hi.. just want to share my experience in chowking uptown mall bgc.. yesterday oct 26, 2018 at 4:49pm i ate at chowking uptown taguig30mins serving time for just 1 piece chicken with rice.. sobrang tagal ng service parang kumain kn sa restaurant na puno ng tao..
when i look around only 5 table were occupied..
when i follow up my order the manager took the receipt and never give it back..
while eating i ask the crew to get my receipt to the manage.. but instead of getting it ghino the crew just give back my table number.. when i ask my copy they told me they lost it then let me wait for another 15mins..

i think the crew staff and manager need to have better training.. im so disappointing. . because chowking is one of the number 1 brand in the philippines but the quality of service in that branch is so disappointing..the staffs are not friendly too..

Chowking service in españa, p. noval

The cashier didn't inform us about the additional payment when we ordered different drinks, there were only 2 choices of drinks given so assuming that there wouldn't be any additional payment. When we saw it, it was already punched.
At the table, there were still some mess, so we called a waiter. The waiter quickly cleaned up the mess but did it poorly as the mess was cleaned on the table but was placed on the floor. So the output was real poor.
The cashier looked intimidated at us for still thinking what we should order.
Hope that this doesn't happen again and do something about it. Thank you!

Chowking service

The ambiance in Bayani Rd is worst and gloomy and the cashier is mean, [censored] and she keep making a side glance and roll her eyes at me. She said that we will get our order within 15 minutes so we expect to get our meal within the time frame given so I follow up and wait for additional 30 minutes even though I follow up. Why give a time frame when you can't fulfill it?

Chowking disllowed use of senior citizen and rudeness of staff

We were buying buchi for dessert and our second transaction. Is this really the protocol or what? I believe a senior citizen card for the buchi that my lola wanted is still available for discount. Plus the staff was always so rude in speaking she would cut me off, I asked her how many pieces are there in an order but she proceeded with ilan pong order and all and I asked again about the number of pieces but she said "dalawa nga po, " if in fact she has yet to answer the question. This happened in chowking binondo at 9:50 staff name is Aiza

Chowking I am complaining the server "rommel" - dining area (in front of farmers plaza branch)

.at 1:30-2:30am today (october 18, 2018-midnight) we ordered 2pcs salt n'pepper (new one) and 1 wanton soup..i ask for chili so the counter gave me 2..Rommel served the wanton and i ask for chili again..then he gave me..we waited more than 20mins to for the salt n pepper even if the counter told us it will take 10-12mins, but its fine..then it finally arrive wherein we almost finish the wanton soup (bc it was first served)..when Rommel served the salt n pepper i ask again for another chili but this is what he said as he qouted "sobra sobra na nga yung chili nyo jan eh"..then i replied -kaylangan ko kase sawsawan ko while pin pointing in my salt n pepper, then he replied again "para lang sa soimai un"..i just said fine just give me the soy..then he gave me the soy..fast forward i ordered an xtra rice and ask the counter if the chili is applicable for the siomai..the said yes..so its fine bc i was able to confirm it..what im trying to say is that..when i ask for another chili (for the 2nd time around) he can use a different word to explain it to me, in a very nice manner..i feel so offended that time bc for God sake it just a chili..he can just tell me that "im sorry but chilis are only for siomai"..
.i do understand that everything has limitations, but i know how to provide a "good customer service"..
.fyi- they gave us a small amount of that chili (mas marami pa ung pea size ng toothpaste) at ung chili ay lumalangoy pa sa mantika..so i dont think na humihingi ako ng sobra..
-fyi- i didnt bother to ask for supervisor or even manager why? bc im an educated person and i dont think they cant resolve the issue, wherein the issue is "attitude"
-fyi- i am working in a customer service myself and i know how to be nice and more educated, and i do know also how to be rude (but in a right way)
-fyi- i am not aware that your chili are only applicable in your siomai..i think hndi lng ako/kame ng kasama ko ang hndi nakaka-alam about dun..bc i was able to ask for chili (kht ilang beses pa) kht chicken ang order ko sa ibang branch..
->napaisip tuloy ako..affected ba ang chowking sa price hike ng SILI?.
->til here..how i wish i can have an update with this complaint esp if what kind of disciplinary action will you give to that diner "Rommel"..

Chowking large wanton noodles

Nag take-out ako ng Wanton Noodles nanghingi ako sili pati toyo/calamansi tapos may charge pala ng additional 5 pesos each.
Samantalang sa ibang branch libre lang pag nanghihingi ako mga ganun na bagay.
Tapos tinanong ko kung kapag nag dine-in ako may charge padin ba, ang sabi saken kapag may Siomai lang daw nagbibigay ng chili sauce and toyo/calamansi.
Masarap ba ang Wanton Noodles ng walang ingredients?

Chowking poor service even thought not peak hours and food not in standard

Today, Oct 14, 2018 at 20:21, I ordered wanton noodles and siopao ni Chowking UN Times, Ermita Manila. The soup of wanton noodles has Less than half of the bowl served, not hot and the noodles are very dry and half cooked! I even requested an extra soup to compensate the half-full service soup. It took 28minutes for the crew to attend my request. And when they give the soup, the color was brown and taste very salty. When I asked the lobby crew if the that is the standard serving the crew said yes. I am a regular customer of Chowking and never did I experiences such lowsy service and below standard wanton noodles. Moreover, it seems that the crew was not sensitive enough for the customer's request despite that not peak hour. I am very disappointed in this store and for the crew.

Chowking services

Me and my workmates just decided to dine in at Chowking Matina expecting different vibe and foods not like our usual routine with either Mcdo and Jollibee which is near at our work place, by the way we're call center agents working in downtown area. So natural na naghahanap ng 24/7 fast food chain since we're out of our office by 5am. So for the first time our group decided to go to a different place, travel far just to have different food. Edi nag groufie muna sa may entrance kase nga dba ibang place na. Kami ang pinaka unang grupo na pumasok. Divided ourselves to take orders. Was provided by different timeframes still we accepted the timeframe given to us. We know given by the timeframe di nasusunod, given na yan sa mga pinoy so what do we expect. We've waited and waited until almost 30 min passed by. Yung ibang grupo na sumunod samin meron nang pagkain yung pangatlo meron na kami nalang kung sinong nauna wala pa. What triggered to us is kung sinong nahuli sa aming 7 na umorder ay nauna pang nabigyan plus after making a folow up walang alam ang staff kung ano ang inorder namin. LIKE WHAT THE HELL. Mataas ang pasensya namin at marespeto kami pero nang dahil sa sitwasyon napareklamo kami . Two of my friend went up near the kitchen since maypag ka slight na open kitchen and asking for follow up for our orders. Di sa nagmamayabang but I graduated with flying colors in the Hospitality Management and I know how food industry works kaya I really hate giving a hard time sa mga wait staff cause I can relate because I was from the same industry before . Pero ang nakakainis is that kami pang tatlong babae with the same order as the next group of people ang natagalan. San naba ang first come first serve basis . I went up near the cashier as for explanation, no staff or employee provided explanation and even apologize for the delay of the food kaya si ateng waitstaff na nagdedeliver sa amin ang napagbuntungan ko. I know its not professional to do so pero THE HELL kakalabas namin from the 9 hours hell of shift, edi malamang gutom, travelled far tapos halos abutin ng 40 min or more bago makakain . Ang masaklap nauna pang nabigyan yung mga sumunod sa amin.

Kelangan pa bang mapagsabihan bago bigyan kami ng pagkain. As far as we know restaurants printed 2 copies of receipt, one for kitchen and one for the client. Ang masaklap di kami nabigyan kaagad ng receipt kung saan halos andun lahat ang order good for 5 people kaya ayun edi nung nagtanong kung anong order namin kelangan pang sabihin by word of mouth kesa nga ewan kung nasaan ang receipt.

Pero sa tagal ng pag iintay nabigyan din kami ng pagkain edi nag positive thinking nalang kami na baka karma namin sa mga ka echosan namin sa mga phone calls at work .

To end the long story short KUDOS kay ate girl na nagiisang nag dedeliver ng mga pagkain namin . Kahit na sinungitan at pinagalitan namin mabait parin samin . Di ko na nakuha ang pangalan kasi nanginginig ako sa inis. Pero in the end alam namin na nasa loob ang manager or any higher staff di man lang tinulungan si ate girl na wait staff. Sana man lang may isang higher staff na lumabas at kahit na nag apologize dahil sa abala sana naging maganda naman kahit papano ang umaga namin pero wala eh . Walang manager at walang supervisor na nagpakita at humingi ng pasensya pero si ate girl na sinigawan na namin go parin at tinutulungan kami.

I guess you need to train more of your staff to be like your wait staff she has showcase the etiquette of what is your so called good service and you need to train more of your cashiers to do multi tasking
