Me and my workmates just decided to dine in at Chowking Matina expecting different vibe and foods not like our usual routine with either Mcdo and Jollibee which is near at our work place, by the way we're call center agents working in downtown area. So natural na naghahanap ng 24/7 fast food chain since we're out of our office by 5am. So for the first time our group decided to go to a different place, travel far just to have different food. Edi nag groufie muna sa may entrance kase nga dba ibang place na. Kami ang pinaka unang grupo na pumasok. Divided ourselves to take orders. Was provided by different timeframes still we accepted the timeframe given to us. We know given by the timeframe di nasusunod, given na yan sa mga pinoy so what do we expect. We've waited and waited until almost 30 min passed by. Yung ibang grupo na sumunod samin meron nang pagkain yung pangatlo meron na kami nalang kung sinong nauna wala pa. What triggered to us is kung sinong nahuli sa aming 7 na umorder ay nauna pang nabigyan plus after making a folow up walang alam ang staff kung ano ang inorder namin. LIKE WHAT THE HELL. Mataas ang pasensya namin at marespeto kami pero nang dahil sa sitwasyon napareklamo kami . Two of my friend went up near the kitchen since maypag ka slight na open kitchen and asking for follow up for our orders. Di sa nagmamayabang but I graduated with flying colors in the Hospitality Management and I know how food industry works kaya I really hate giving a hard time sa mga wait staff cause I can relate because I was from the same industry before . Pero ang nakakainis is that kami pang tatlong babae with the same order as the next group of people ang natagalan. San naba ang first come first serve basis . I went up near the cashier as for explanation, no staff or employee provided explanation and even apologize for the delay of the food kaya si ateng waitstaff na nagdedeliver sa amin ang napagbuntungan ko. I know its not professional to do so pero THE HELL kakalabas namin from the 9 hours hell of shift, edi malamang gutom, travelled far tapos halos abutin ng 40 min or more bago makakain . Ang masaklap nauna pang nabigyan yung mga sumunod sa amin.
Kelangan pa bang mapagsabihan bago bigyan kami ng pagkain. As far as we know restaurants printed 2 copies of receipt, one for kitchen and one for the client. Ang masaklap di kami nabigyan kaagad ng receipt kung saan halos andun lahat ang order good for 5 people kaya ayun edi nung nagtanong kung anong order namin kelangan pang sabihin by word of mouth kesa nga ewan kung nasaan ang receipt.
Pero sa tagal ng pag iintay nabigyan din kami ng pagkain edi nag positive thinking nalang kami na baka karma namin sa mga ka echosan namin sa mga phone calls at work .
To end the long story short KUDOS kay ate girl na nagiisang nag dedeliver ng mga pagkain namin . Kahit na sinungitan at pinagalitan namin mabait parin samin . Di ko na nakuha ang pangalan kasi nanginginig ako sa inis. Pero in the end alam namin na nasa loob ang manager or any higher staff di man lang tinulungan si ate girl na wait staff. Sana man lang may isang higher staff na lumabas at kahit na nag apologize dahil sa abala sana naging maganda naman kahit papano ang umaga namin pero wala eh . Walang manager at walang supervisor na nagpakita at humingi ng pasensya pero si ate girl na sinigawan na namin go parin at tinutulungan kami.
I guess you need to train more of your staff to be like your wait staff she has showcase the etiquette of what is your so called good service and you need to train more of your cashiers to do multi tasking

Good morning! Nakakadisappoint yung product niyo. Nag order yung husband ko ng pork chaofan with steamed siomai at 1pc chicken ngayong gabi (October 6, 2018 Around 11:30-11:45pm) WALA PANG BINIGAY NA RESIBO. ANO BA NAMAN YAN! Yung siomai niyo parang nababad na kakalublob sa noodles station tsaka nilagay sa steamer. Nagmemelt na siya sa bibig. Yung order namen na chicken walang kasamang chicharap! Yun pa naman yung hinahanap ko. Tapos yung gravy wala pa sa kalahati. Ano ba naman yan? Lagi pa naman akong nakain jan tas ganyan service niyo. Paki improve naman please!

Nag order siya ng pork chaofan with steamed siomai and 1pc chicken. Jusko yung siomai niyo di ko mawari kung siomai ba siya o leche flan sa oversteam. Wala na palang chicharap ngayon yung 1pc chicken? Yun pa naman yung gusto ko tas nakalimutan niyo pa. Yung gravy niyo ewan ko. Pinagkakait niyo ata yung mga customer niyo sa kakarampot na gravy. This is what I do not like with fastfoods. I was eating with a friend while ago at Chowking SM Baguio suddenly I heard a man yelling at his subordinates becuse it seemed he was a boss. I pity the persons working there because a boss should not act like that he has no right to treat his employees like animals that even one will kick them or shoo them the thing that they can only do is to bark, meow, or any sound produced by them. I just wonder how could the people there work efficiently when they should be loaded with praises instead of yellings. I really pity them and for that boss change should be the right gift for you.

I am writing to inform you the unethical behaviour I endured from one of you branches here in Gaisano Liloan, Cebu at September 27, 2018. Eating in your chain is a total disaster. There has been no minute where your employees bombard us with exact repetitious queries. I came here to eat and unwind. One of your employees ask for additional payment to save their derrieres from reimbursement. It is their mistake. Why should we pay for that? In addition, it is never been a customer's fault if they lack proper communication to their co-workers. Their demeanor exhausted me and my ill grandma.
I fervently request for justice! This is not a unique dilemma in your store here. Please fix this immediately and I hope you would fire those employees as soon as possible. I believe sooner there would be a movement to close your operations here. Also, it would not be nice if media is lurching around.

Di kasi matmrunong mag apologize staff nyo, mataray, nakasimangot at alam mong ramdam mo na naiinis sya? Bakit ganun? Di ko naman sinabi na upgrade yung drinnks, tapos yung chineck ko yung receipt naka upgrade?! Ano yun? Nakakairita lang. Di ako maka move on sa na experience ko.. tapos late pa na serve yung drinks, nag ask ako sa manager "asan po yung drinks?", ang sagot lang "ay mam, ito po inaasikaso na.." kahit naka tengga lang don? Gaano man lang iaabot nalang nya sakin para di mabulunan yung mga kasama ko na kumakain na.. sana naman, wag kayo magtrabaho kung ganyan din ugali nyo..

My mom and I decided to dine in your branch in kabihasnan since it's the only branch open for 24hrs near us.
We headed upstairs to have a sit first as usual. After having my mom's order I headed at the cashier to order for 2 Lauriat (1 chicken and 1 sweet & sour pork), wanton noodles and also 1 box of Asado siopao for take- out.
I have this tray with 2 glasses of pineapple juice, 2 glasses of water and 1 box of Siopao. 2 dining staff saw me yet they didn't even bother to hand my tray to help me go upstairs. Seems that they don't have initiatives and concern or it's already their habit to ignore their guests at all.
Then our order served to our table only to find out that they serve us 1 shanghai instead of Chicken.
So I have to go down just to have my mom's food replaced with the correct one which is Chicken.
I told the cashier that I ordered for chicken. She then instructed the one in kitchen to replace it. While waiting which is I don't know why for a couple of minutes, the cashier and the one in the kitchen was yelling despite the fact that they have customers in front of counter area. I felt so irritated that time while waiting. Also I am asking for my receipt, yet the manager on duty is nowhere to be found that time to relay my concerns and also for me to have my receipt though the cashier called her attention thru mic for how many times. And the cashier also seems irritated when in fact it was her mistake with her wrong punch. She didn't even bother to say sorry for her mistake that leads to her guest to wait for how many minutes just to eat what I really ordered. Take note your store that time is not peak.
While eating, I find your pork rubbery. Please be noted that this is my favourite to eat in your Sucat branch so I know very well that this is not good and seems that they serve me lapsed product.
I called the attention of your dining staff to ask him about the pork, unfortunately he just answered me "Ay Hindi ko po alam Eh", and then he left without even relaying my concern in the kitchen or even in the manager on duty. I lost my appetite then and I wanted to refund all, but my mom told me na Hayaan na lang since I will have to go downstairs again if I asked for a replacement or a refund. They really pissed me off.
Lastly, I ask the cashier to hand my receipt before we start to eat but still I got it when we were finished and about to leave the establishment. I insisted to have since I really want to send you this letter.
Hope to have these concerns relayed to your management and be corrected. Your food in Kabihasnan branch is very poor. Also please do something with the attitudes of your staff. Very poor service.
Honestly there's no good eating in your Kabihasnan branch at all.
manager rejects gc
I was at the Chowking Balanga today 9/24/2018 around 4pm.I ordered a box of siopao and a halohalo.I used my gc to pay.The cashier validate it to the manager and they rejected it saying its a little bit bent and theres a small cut along the perforation line about 2cm long and 2mm wide.Emerson de Guzman and Grace Yumol-the managers said it should be perfectly cut and crisp for the documentation they were saying.I was so embarassed because Im in front of the line and a lot of people behind me hearing all this.
I'm so disappointed with them for being so inconsiderate thinking that this small flaw of my coupon which is given to me as a gift would cause this drama.I feel embarassed, hurt and very disappointed.

last night i ordered meal in chowking taft ave near metro point taft ave pasay city mnl., then they give me a order number and i waited to half hour but my order did not come the staff said 7mins cooking time. then i follow up my order then i asked the manager, the manager said "the item that i ordered is out of stock". then they refund my order and give my money back, , my point is they should not take the order they know the item is out of stock. (taft ave pasay city beside jollibee)

Food is cold and evident that it was prepared too early. It was served very cold. Manager is aware but is not willing to do anything about it. Please do something about this. It will be bad for this company if this goes on. I hope this reaches them in time. I love Chowking but will be saddened if this wont be resolve. Thanks you and have a nice day.

Counter suggested tofu and I say Yes. (very good counter for suggesting)
Then nag add ako ng butchi.. Tapos binigay na yung drink..
Then after 5 mins dumating yung 1 pork chow with siomai / asado / butchi.. (at that moment yung mga order nung kasunod kong umorder naibigay na) crew name Bi Boy "mam (mention yung dala nyang food) kunin ko na po (yung serving number which is 93) i said no kasi kulang pa.. (dapat nung sinabi ko plng na kulng pa inasikaso na sana ung kulang)
20 mins later another crew came with wanton/ tofu (and again kukunin ulit ung number! Jusko ano ba yan yung serving number lng ba yung habol nyo?!) and again sinabi ko nanaman na kulang pa ng pork chow without toppings..
25 mins wla na kong nakikitang iseserve pa nila and take note ah yung mga crew panay harutan so i ask someone to call the manager and guest what? Ndi dumating yung manager instead pinapunta yung crew na nag served sakin na si Bi Boy (with matching iritable face pa sya)

Manage your employees better CHOWKING ROBINSONS PLACE LAS PIÑAS. Please provide proper service especially dealing with slow transactions creating long line. The supervisor doesn't provide helpful delegtion to his crew for example since the line is already long someone could've taken advance orders etc. or open another POS. Only having one available POS is not acceptable just because they are running low on change. Be more customer oriented PUT YOURSELF ON YOUR CUSTOMER SHOES. It doesn't mean you work in a fast food chain your services is as crappy as hell.

Hi! Just wanted to share my frustrating experience lastweek when we were eating at Chowking Citymall Imus, Cavite. First, crew who assisted us wasn't polite. She doesn't smile either lol. We nicely requested for chili sauce, then she hesistate to provide us some because she said, it was already mixed together with the dimsum sauce. We requested again saying that we wanted to ask for separate one. Eh attitude lola mo. Lol. She could informed us nalang if we need to pay extra charge for it eh. We asked nicely, pero it turns out na kasalanan pa ata namin manghinge. Second, I'm a happy plus card new holder. Definitely I asked many questions as I wanted to use our coupons. Seriously, the coupons this card offers was the main reason why I purchased it. Who wouldn't want to save money, right? So eto na nga. Yes we can read on the coupon that it has to be 250 minumum puchase and what we did was ordered meals close enough to 300php. She said, we couldn't used our coupons because it doesn't have any load on it. She added that we should purchase a load first in order for us to use our coupons. So dedma na. I went to another Chowking branch just now to use and bought some load for my Happy plus card so I can use my coupon and to gain points. What frustrates me was that I even clarified and asked this twice to this crew who assisted us on City Mall and the manager on that specific branch I went to right now clarified that it doesn't need to have a load to use the coupon as long as I have the card, we can get a discount. I believed I was misinformed and so confused! So ano ba talaga? Same company, different branch with different policy? Honestly I don't know kung crew or TL tong nasa City mall kasi naka lagay sa name plate nya "TL ANN", pero the Hell! You're a team leader yet you weren't aware on your policy? You have attitude problem?
I honestly love Chowking but Swear, I won't ever transact on this specific branch again. Magulo! Yung kasama nya sa shift, contradicting sa sinasabi nyang info samin. Hindi ko alam sino papaniwalaan! I didn't confronted them because all I wanted at that moment was to eat. But turns out, na bad vibes pa ako. TL pa more! 😂
If I may suggest, I recommend to provide refreshers on your people. Start from basic. Pag smile nga hindi magawa eh. So disappointed.

We visited Chowking SAMPALOC branch near St. Jude hospital. We ordered halo-halo as a dessert. The cashier told us that it will be served later. After we finished our meals. We asked for our order (which is the halo-halo) to 3 staffs. But either of them didn't serve our Hao Halo. They asked for our receipt and serve our Halo Halo. And we requested for extra milk the same thing happened. Where in fact, only few customers are dining in. And they can't even serve us properly. This is the first time we experience this type of error.

This is record an incident today. I called at Chowking callcenter at 5:21pm. I ordered chicken & porkchop lauriat, pansit canton & shanghai. Chowking Malolos called me at 5:49pm to tell me that my orders are not available. I am about to replace my order but the line was terible. I called the call center again at 5:55pm to place my order. Thr only available foods are 2 beef chaopan w/ dumplins, pansit canton & chicharap. Chowking Malolos called me at 6:31pm to tell me that the callcenter have not yet send my orders to them. And chicken lauriat is now available but I have to wait for 1 1/2hrs. Now its 7:01pm. I will expect my food at 7:31pm. That is 2 hours from my first call. I hope you improve your services.

sweet and sour pork
I am Abs, a Collection Officer at Iloilo Provincial Capitol. I am a chowking a regular chowking customer but today August 31, 2018 at 12:02 PM I was at Chowking Iloilo 2nd Floor Atrium Mall to order for Sweet and sour pork laureat for dine in . No one was on the counter so it take me around 40 seconds for the cashier to take my order. The cashier haven't told me on what maximum time my order will be delivered. I sit down to the table near the counter. 25 minutes has passed but the order was not delivered. Other 4 customers who I was ahead of had already their orders less than 12 minutes. At 12:27pm my order is not yet served. I ask the waiter to follow up the order because I was already hungry. After 3 minutes my order is not still served so the cashier tried to follow up my order. After I threatened to cancel my order they try to rush the food so instead I ask the cashier to just take it out. I went out of Chowking Iloilo 2nd Floor Atrium Mall and I check my clock its 12:36PM.
nakakain din ako jan sa branch na yan sa atrium iloilo sa malapit sa food court last first ng August yon. Ang tagal dumating ng order ko nung lunchtime cguro umabot ng 30-35 minutes wla pa ung chicken lauriat ko.Naunahan pako ng katabi ko na huling dumating.saklap
I think the management of chowking needs to check this branch at 2nd floor of Atrium mall.Service is slow.

Hi. I am Joshua Vidal, a faculty member of CIT University. I and my colleagues ordered chicken laureat. The customer service told me that the order will be delivered within 60 mins ( maximum). One hour has passed but the order was not delivered. We were already famished. I called customer service again and found out that the number recorded was not the same with the number I provided. (Please check recording). That is why my order was not delivered on time. Still, we decided to continue with the order because we are so hungry. I hope this will not happen again. Please orient your customer service representatives.

Nagtake out ako ng pork chao pan sa may Chowking Edsa Zamora last night. Then paguwi ko gutom na gutom na ko, inopen ko yung box na pinaglalagyan, then umalingasaw amoy panis.Sabi ng sister ko bakit ganyan amoy tapos basa na yung rice. Ipopost ko sana sa facebook ito, pero si Lord na lang bahala kung paano service na ginagawa niyo. Plan ko kausapin manager ng store niyo dun once na nakadaan ulit ako. Kasi Mandaluyong present address ko, galing lang ako batangas kaya ako nakaorder dun. Sana naman icheck niyo binebenta niyo and for sure amoy naman ng staff niyo yan dahil amoy panis na talaga. Nakakaloka. Sana naman magkaroon kayo ng action sa ganitong scenario. Lesson learned, di lang sukli icheck, pati food check kung tama order at amuyin kung di panis.
