My Togo order ticket time was 30 minutes when I was told 15 minutes. The tacos were cold. The soft tortilla was so hard And I couldn't even bite into it or chew it. I didn't get the large BBQ or Large Caesar dressing I asked for. The Floor manager didn't seam to care about the long ticket times at the Togo station. I Didn't enjoy the food or my experience at all
