Chili's Grill & Bar review: Food not cooked thoroughly and rude manager

I had a party of three me my husband and son we were seated at 6:05 this evening..and 15 min later our waiter came to take our order. we decided to put down our drinks, appetizer, sons order and our meals..my sons meal came first then 10 min later or drinks .after 25 min our appetizer came and we re -order more drinks and another kids meal for my son
After another 37 min I asked our waiter where was our food and decided to call the manager and she was so rude about it after 5 min our food came in ..my husband order a burger And I order a chicken sandwich ..my meal was cold and under cooked so decided I wasn't going to eat it..my husband burger was so soggy I couldn't help but notice it wasn't even cooked throughly ..at this point I'm annoyed hungry and frustrated..I called in my waiter and said where is the manager ..of course she came all rude again and I explained to her what had happen and she just brushed it off by saying if I wanted desert to go ..umm now I'm even more mad for the reason that my evening was just ruined ..
