Ordered two Chick-fil-A sandwiches. The chicken breasts was almost the same size as the morning chicken biscuit. No breading, The bread was cold and over buttered. The worse I ever had. This Chick-Fil-A did a poor job representing the quality standard of Chick-fil-A. Very disappointed, I would have taken both sandwiches back but I have to catch a flight . Chk 9468

For $9.83 you would expect some good quality? The spicy chicken I'm used to at other stores wasn't happening on this meal. StoreID:MSPCFA1A, CHK 1349. The chicken, if you call it that was so thin it must have been starved to death at the farm. It was also too done and dry. The fries were about the same quality. I'm usually a Big Fan of Chic but today I was truly disappointed.

Thursday October 19th 2017, a manager sprayed RAID in front of many employees including myself trying to rid the store of Fly's.
I passed out at work in the middle of the wet slippery floor. (That is a hazard during business hours) I had a dizzy spell from inhaling the poison right before I passed out. I was disoriented when I came to 5 minutes later. Several employee' s filled out witness statement forms but NOT the employee's that witnessed the Manager spraying the raid. It was ALL ON VIDEO!
My supervisor took me to the ER. I have a concussion and dehydration from not drinking at work. Chick-Fil-A is SUPPOSED to issue a Employee cup for $5 but conveniently didn't have 1 for me. They expected me to buy a cup everyday like a customer & at the customer's price which is $2 for a small cup! I goto work to make money, not spend my money.
I've had seizures ever since from hitting my head. Chick-fil-a won't give me compensation for my on the job injury!
I was denied for workman's comp because my manager lied stating that I had a pre-existing condition, which I did not!
I didn't get to talk to the people investigating this! Now, I've got $16, 550 in medical bills! I am currently under a Neurologists care due to the head injury causing seizures!

For one they never salt the fries, like not just under salted there's no salt to be found anywhere. Also they let their cashiers eat at the register. I don't want my food to be touched by someone who just licked their fingers. I have seen associates get their hair in the lemonade and then put it in the dispenser. They regularly roll their eyes when you ask for salt (cause they couldn't be bothered to ask if you needed any in the first place). I can get over the sweatshirts (on and around ththe waist) that don't match the uniforms. The final straw for me though was when they hired a chola and let her wear her super gaudy makeup and display her eye tattoo.

I've been their loyal customer and noticed that the food quality became much worse. Maybe, they hired another chef or what...
But today I've had a terrible experience. I found a long hair in my plate and it was disgusting. My money was refunded, but it still doesn't mean we don't have to pay attention to situations like that. It should be improved.

I visited my local Chick-fil-A (dwarf house Riverdale GA) which I normally visit about 5 times a week either for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There was a promotion that I saw there at location and on Facebook. I arrived there at 735a I left at 751a I called at 753a I ordered a regular meal expecting my promotional item to be in bag when I left location, I noticed no promotional item I called back to inquire I was advised I have to ask. However when visiting other locations in Cobb County GA you don't have to ask that put item in the bag. When I called back to speak to leadership I was advised that I should have asked and they can not offer tomorrow because I was unable to return. I am disappointed I spend roughly $ 30 a week at this location. Now I will no longer be a patron at this location due to the lack of empathy their lack of effort

On May 1st 2017 I got a 3piece chick strips meal. Got it home and was shocked first of all at the almost non existence of the 3 strips in the box. Small wasn't the word. But that being said they were hard, dry, and hard to find the chicken inside the coating! I called the store (#01146) talked with Jeffery a manager, I think, he was very nice and apologized for the problem. Offered me a free meal next time I'm in but that won't solve the problem of the size of the strips being made smaller by corporate! Obviously they will be overcooked all the time due to the much smaller cuts of chicken used. Bad decision. Don't know if I'll even go back, even for the free one!? And where's the coleslaw? I guess the chicken is going by the way of the coleslaw!? Thanks for listening, Carole

Store MCOFA01, order# 4459- Flew into MCO (Orlando airport) March 9, 2017 and instead of getting in my car and driving to the Chick down the street I stopped at the food court at 8:44PM. Ordered a #1 with waffle fries and a bottle of water. The kid taking my order asked me if I wanted any condiments and I answered no. When he gave me my bag and water, he again asked if I wanted any ketchup or other sauces like I didn't know what condiments were. I again said no to which he answered "wow" like I was a freak for not wanting ketchup. When I got to my car, I found my waffle fries to be brown, like they were over-cooked or just plain old. They tasted horrible (old), which is a first for me at the Chick because their food is always great. I drove home and just ate the sandwich, which was great. Bad experience with the kid, which is a first too.

We ordered two chicken biscuit sandwiches without cheese and the woman at the register (Franceso) entered the order as chicken biscuit sandwiches with cheese and charged for the sandwiches with cheese but then put a note for no cheese.
She should have entered the order without cheese and charged us the lower price for no cheese.
Although I do not expect a refund for the 60 cents difference, Chick Fil A has a reputation of taking care of their customers. I feel as though gift card for one or two chicken sandwiches would be fair.
bbq sauce
WHY did they change their BBQ sauce. It was more honey flavored before and the BEST I have ever had... Suddenly, though the packaging has not changed, it is more smoke flavored - very unoriginal. I want the old BBQ back or at least offer BOTH (honey or smoked). The new flavor just doesn't do it for me. : (

I don't really know if Corporate actually reads these things but I hope they do! This is from former employees and current. We want to rename nameless. Please corporate we need your help! Chick-Fil-A on North Parham Road in Richmond Va. The General Manager who is Shawn Gribble is the worst General Manager we have ever EVER! Worked with. Since 2010 we have had problems with this place when we worked there. All the people who started off there were gone by almost the end of 2013 all because Shawn Gribble has an attitude towards others. He cusses some out, puts them down and just acts like a total jerk. Our boss/owner Bryan Fletcher is a great guy but he has no idea what in the world is going on with his store! Shawn makes people mow the lawn and pull the weeds out of the sheer randomness. He needs to be stopped! He acts like he owns us or something. He has even yelled at his own kids in the store while we were working there when our guests were there. He has a really short fuse. He gets into some of the guys faces when he talks to them and just chews them out. He is very unprofessional and needs some work or to be fired. We love Bryan Fletcher but he is very clueless with his store. We had fun there while it lasted but little by little we saw the GOOD people we worked with just dropped away like flies! Shawn needs someone to watch him. Sometimes he just leaves the store and goes on a car ride whenever the day is hectic or if he thinks something is going wrong. We are doing our best to serve others and be polite. But when he is in the back or in the front yelling at us while we are working it just makes all uneasy. He creeps a lot of us out. There are days where he can just be normal and then with a snap of a finger he gets all red in the race and lashes out on the employees. We think if Shawn went to another store some of us would come back and work for Bryan Fletcher! I heard Shawn recently got married to one of the kitchen ladies. Her name is Rosa and from time to time when he was STILL married he would go in the back and just make out with her. Sometimes he would pull her aside in the office and just kiss her for hours. Someday's when we do need help from him he says "Why should I help you? you work for me! I don't need to do [protected]@t!. I find his behavior very unprofessional and not a PLEASURE to be around. We want justice! Bryan needs to really see what is happening with his store. Please help us... some of us don't have jobs and need to work. We can't find anything at all. We aren't"allowed"to have unemployment" According to him. Help please!
I went into the restaurant and placed my order, the cashier took my money. Then the cashier next to him asked a question, he just placed my money aside, and started helping her, and just left me standing, with out change, or food. I don't plan to go back there again. And on top of that, he got my order wrong.

CHICK fila is SUCH a racist and discriminatory place. The losers that work there, try to falsely paint a picture of being Godly or customer service oriented - this is a total lie. As a female, minority, I have been mistreated by the employees at EVERY chick fila in the orlando area near ucf for the past 15 years. I go to CFA frequently, and like it of course, however, the service is the WORST. I have been talked badly about by employees right in front of my face, trash talked, mistreated, not given food when they messed my food up, even a female employee once was constantly rude to me and even insulted me right to my face and was so arrogant. all of these abusive employees were WHITE - there was one rude hispanic and one bad black female, and the rude bad ones were ALL female. I've been humiliated by a manager after they messed up my food THREE times and didn't even care to comp me. However, if there is any kind of a WHITE person there - they will comp the white person for anything, apologize, give them free coupon cards. Now normally... chick fila if youre waiting too long in line, they will give you a free sandwich card - however if youre a minority, they will refuse to give that to you. The psychos that work there are normally WHITE ARROGANT RACIST YOUNG PEOPLE. ALWAYS... it is ALWAYS run by white racist arrogant people. now the difference between CFA is that... if you're a minority and THEY mess up your food... you dont get apologies, you dont get a free coupon... you get ACCUSED OF TRYING TO SCAM THEM — HORRIBLE COMPANY. Especially if you try to get comped for their error, they accuse you of trying to scam them. However, if you are WHITE and they mess up your food, they will apologize to YOU and offer you free food. I was at the Chick-Fil-A located at the Beckley Mall in Beckley, WV. I was ordering at the counter and one of the cashiers was interrupting me while I was ordering saying things like "No you can't have that" and then she would laugh. I found the same case was happening with the cashier serving me as she got my order incorrect when it was clearly stated. I ordered a 6 piece nugget not in the meal, then I ordered a 12 piece in a meal and I did not receive my fries or drink. I had to reorder the two and the same server spilled my drink as she was filling it due to her messing around with the other servers. I love the chick-fil-a chain, but this is absolutely ridiculous and action needs to take place with this restaurant.

hair in food
I went to Chick-fil-A and ordered a grilled chicken combo and found hair in my fries. I had eaten a little over half of my sandwich and had not dranked the drink. The manager didn't want to give my money back. She than gave me money for fries. She took the tray and gave me a coupon for a free sandwich instead of returning my money. That was the second time I have had problems the first was I ordered a milk shake and the person filled it up with whip cream instead of shake. I am not interested in returning to that one.

plastic pieces in salad
On more than one occasion, I found pieces of plastic (like the ends of a bag) in my Chick-fil-A salad. Yuck! This was at a restaurant in The Woodlands TX. After the second time this happened, I never went there again and have subsequently moved.
I work at a Chick-fil-A and this is a VERY common problem...not on OUR side, but on the customers. When you open your fork, watch where the plastic wrapper goes. :)

Horrible service
I've been a loyal Chik-fil-a customer for several years now and I eat there almost daily. I recently went to one of your restaurants on Virginia Beach Blvd. I waited for at least 15 minutes for my order to be taken and then to get to the window. Once I was at the window I waited for at least another 5 minutes just for them to tell me that I needed to pull up and park and they would bring me my food. At this point I was very upset, I pulled up and waited for at least another 5 minutes. I then went to the window and requested my money back. The manager offered to give me my food for free, but to be honest I was to upset and I just got my money and left. I would just like to let you know of this so that hopefully correct this in the future.

There is a Chick-Fil-A here at the large Mall in Toledo Ohio. I honestly believe that they go out of their way to hire the rudest, most obnoxious people that they can find! One of the managers, a skinny older redhead responds to most customer complaints with : "Well, no one is forcing you to eat here!" "There's plenty of other restaurants in town!", etc.
I wouldn't eat at this place veer again even if I was starving!

My first time at the local store in Lakeland Florida and although the food was good and the people were pleasant, first my order of a CFA deluxe sandwich and large milkshake and grilled salad was delivered as a special with fries (not ordered).
The salad came with no utensils. Didn't know you had to pick up your own.
Before leaving, ordered a small vanilla cone. Marked $1.19 on menu board. Was charged $1.25 plus tax of 9cents. When I brought this to the waitress' attention she consulted with the manager who said "give him back 6 cents" I suggested they change the sign to read correctly and was given a shrug.
Did not check for discrepancy on other items. No big deal on the 6 cents but as the saying goes "It's the principle of the thing" .

I absolutely can not believe you no longer carry Cole slaw anymore! That was a really ignorant decision and you need to definitely rethink it! That's the only reason I ate there instead of other chicken places and I know a lot of people will feel the same way when they find out.
at different locations the ice cream looks and tastes different-for example the new chick filet on Chastain road in kennesaw taste like ice cream tou would get at Dairy Queeen and that is not what yopur ice dream is supposed to be --the one on Barrett Pkwy is wonderful--it reminds me og homemade ice cream--I have mentioned this to the manager but it doesn't seem to sink in that they are obviously not doing it right! there are also other chick filets in the area and some arew good and some are not--I was told that it depends on how they store the mixture--either on the shelf or in the refrigerator--

Recent bad experience at Chick fil A in San Antonio. Location Blanco Road across from the Vineyard Shopping Center.
Went through the drive thru for a 12 piece nuggett meal for my son on the way home from work. Driving home, I grabbed a nuggett to nibble on. Smells like cigarettes. Something is not right. Called the manager on duty. Spoke with Matt. Explain that something is wrong with the nuggetts. He asks " do they smell burnt" I say they smell like someone threw cigarrette ashes in them or cooked them in ashes.
He responds with "yeh we've been getting that complaint all week" If that was the complaint all week, shouldn't the restaurant stop selling them until the problem is resolved? Matt states he doesn't know when the equipment will be looked at. I'm writing a letter to the franchise owner and CEO. Sheesh. I'll never trust this restaurant location again!
I recently visited Chick-fil-A, It was a very unpleaseant experience. In all the years i have been going to Chik-fil-A restaurants I never had such bad customer service, not only did i have bad customer service, my order was not taken correctly. When I spoke to the manger about the order and how it was wrong he gave me an attitude. This Marcus Herrod "Manager" had the worst customer service not only did he not greet us, but had a snobby attitude. He refused to make eye contact with us when we spoke to him as if he were superior to us, me and my family. I will never visit this location (Marietta Trade C enter) again, you have horrible management! Let it be noted that they were not even busy so therefor there was no excuse for his behavior. Its sickening to see how people act snobby and rude to their customers, Its your responsibility to treat your customers with respect, SO that the employees below you will learn from you.
I am very upset I called corporate because my 2 yr. son got injured, and one of the the manager in lufkin tx did not take proper actions and disregarded the fact that my son cut his forehead, gushing blood came out and that young manager cared more about business than my son. Did chick fil a pay for urgent doc? The answer is no they offer nothing. If I would have been from another race would something have been done? I cannot believe that. All I can do is pray that people change. We count our blessings that my son is doing better and he is healing.

Our operator is so self centered and he is all about the money...at lunch time he makes sures we move as many cars in the drive thru because we need to make this money... I have worked for Chick-fil-A for 3 years at two seperate FSUs. Both places I started as a team member, and worked my way rapidly up the totem pole to hold a management position. I have an excellent work ethic, am always on time, loved by guests and my team... and have been screwed over by both operators.
The operators that Chick-fil-A hires are fickle, and mislead their leadership. Both operators turned on me overnight. One day I was their best manager, with a bright future, and the next, I was not even worthy to be a team member, according to them. My fall from grace at both stores involved getting a new GM. I tried to support these GMs and their rule changes, and even defended them, at the loss of some personal friends. Only to be stabbed in the back by these two, who I can only assume were threatened by me. At the second store, i had contributed soo much more to the team then the new GM, that I am sickened by their unethical behavior towards me. I had just written their entire training program, formulated a new customer complaint system, reformatted the cleaning processes at night, created an employee recognition and reward system, as well as giving them a plan for reformatting their management team. All to have my hours cut significantly, with no reason given, and then after being specifically told the day before by the operator that I was an invaluable part of her management team, and she looke forward to working with me for a long time, that my services were no longer required as a manager, but I was still welcome to be part of the team. I was then "allowed" to go home to think about it, wo that I could have the night to decide. Bull. If I had taken that position as a Team Member, I would have had that same game played with me, cutting more and more hours, until I quit, because they had no grounds for firing me. The best part of all this... that GM is the operator's son... who wants his own store... Corporate thinks he is too immature. They are correct.
