(ONE) Faye E Nash ... Mon, Feb 1, 10:53 AM (20 hours ago) ... to [protected]@cheapoair.com... Faye E Nash ... Thu, Jan 28, 10:01 AM (5 days ago)... RE CONTACT WITH CHEAPOAIR AND AFFIRM ... Booking# [protected]... I canceled the reservations. Affirm will charge even though my husband and I did not fly. CheapOair canceled the reservation but will not cancel the ticket order. CheapOair via Affirm Credit will charge a total of $665.21 in three installments, the first on 02/04/2021 for $221.73. Harvey is 89 and I am 83 years old; surging Covid-19 means and we will not be traveling this year nor any year. We want CheapOair to cancel the order. We want Affirm to refrain from charging my credit card 3 separate installments of $221.73
(TWO) From Affirm to Faye Nash ... "If CheapOair can cancel your order for loan ID: O9CD-05L8 and completes processing a refund, Affirm will credit your loan balance for the amount of the refund, which can take 3-5 business days for it to reflect in your Affirm account. You'll still be responsible for paying any remaining balance on your loan after the refund, including if the merchant subtracts shipping or restocking charges from your refund or issues the refund through future credit or cash...If the merchant completes processing a full refund before you've made any loan payments, you will no longer need to repay your Affirm loan. Any payments already made will be refunded to your original form of payment, less any accrued interest, within 3-10 business days."
(THREE) [protected]@dot.gov ... Fri, Jan 29, 6:37 PM (4 days ago) to me... Thank you for contacting us concerning your air travel service issue. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) seeks to ensure that airline passengers are treated fairly. Complaints and comments from consumers are helpful for determining whether airlines or ticket agents are complying with Federal aviation consumer protection and civil rights statutes and DOT regulations, and to track trends or spot areas of concern that warrant further action. Your complaint or inquiry will be assigned to an analyst for review and you will receive a more detailed acknowledgment... The Department is receiving a high volume of complaints given the unprecedented impact of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) public health emergency on air travel. As a result, the time to process complaints is taking longer than normal. We are working hard to provide the best support we can, but it may take several weeks to process your complaint. We apologize for the delay... Thank you again for taking the time to contact us... Office of Aviation Consumer Protection

(FOUR) CheapOair website includes an imbedded popup from Affirm Credit. Clicking to confirm the reservation means I inadvertently signed an agreement with Affirm Credit company to pay for airline ticket charges plus 29% interest, regardless of cancelations or other changes...CheapOair has an unholy alliance with Affirm related to charging unsuspecting applicants whether a service is provided or not. Can someone please stop CheapOair?
