Every night I come on here only to realize I'm being trolled by the same two moderators constantly. Chaturbate must be threatened by my good looks or something because they've hid me from actual people. I can't make money under these conditions. This is terrible. God, Before the site went full fascist it used to be fun to come on here and entertain a room full of people. I miss the life energy, the excitement and customers talking to me as well as each other. Now they just platform their favorite models and outright humiliate models they don't like — why can't Chaturbate be transparent and just tell us they don't want us here or that they only will show us to people during off hours? Guess they don't mind wasting our time, crippling our wallets and deceiving us. How miserable and dull Chaturbate have made this site, when they clearly shadowban models for entire days. Yet this is not surprising, considering all the lies, cheating and deception coming from one half of the two party system which has become known for their less than transparent tactics. Like we're not even people. Just things you could shut off and on.

For the last three (3) years I have been disallowed the same rights as others. Let be specific, the models on two sites are not allowed to be nude or are asked to cloth upon me entering there room. Hi during the early hours of this March 24th I attempted to purchase tokens to my usual some of ten pounds Sterling approximately. This is the consistent sum I always purchase as data history will show . On this occasion I made a simple error and accidentally clicked on the first option of token amount available where my intention was to scroll down the options list to choose my usual sum as stated above , the minimum sum available.

Not realising at first that I had made the error I commenced using the new tokens I had purchased. Following using but a small amount of the purchased tokens to the sum of less than ten English pounds I realised two errors.

1 - that I had purchased the incorrect and maximum tokens available which came to the sum of approximately three hundred pounds .

2 I also noticed whilst checking this mistake that another token request which I had not made or confirmed was being processed and confirmed to the sum of approximately ten pounds .

With regards to issue 1 ;

although I honestly acknowledge the error was my mistake I sincerely ask you with respect to confided the views that I will express.

Firstly I honestly believe the format of how tokens are purchased on the site leaves a considerable risk of mistakes occurring.

I do not consider it fair on the customer that the first option payment amount is the highest value available.

In my honest opinion the sum displayed in the option box should be the the minimum value of tokens available so if a mistake was to occur the customer would be charged only the minimum amount and not be penalised to a high monetary value.

Also safe guards should be in place to actually minimise a mistake occurring to facilitate the customer; such as not having an actual monetary value present in the token value box but actually a list of priced tokens available which the customer could then add to the box thus minimising the chances for an error occurring.

Additional there could be a process in place where once the token value is positioned into the box for requesting there could be a final action in place to allow the customer to confirm that the token amount chosen is the amount intended.

In conclusion I believe there is a high probability for error occurring which is what occurred on this occasion for myself.

To repeat what I have already stated previously my purchase records will show that I consistently only purchase the very minimum value tokens and that should give clear credence to a specific error occurring in my account and I would respectfully request that this is acknowledged and acted upon by management in the form of an appropriate refund.

In addition my Bank where monies are taken from for this process have contacted me to query the actual highly irregular monies retracted by your service as they themselves have recognised the innapropriate and questionable money transfer hence again I respectfully ask you to take this additional factor into account in amending the error.

With regards to my second point where money was taken from my account for tokens which I actually did not request nor purchase I find this particulary concerning as this indicates a breach of security on the site into my account.

Therefore I expect this to be investigated and an explanation forwarded to myself on how this occurred.

I trust that a satisfactory conclusion can be reached from yourselves taking into account that an honest and genuine error occurred by myself and also that there appears to be some security issues regarding the safety of using the Chaturbate Site , something that management should be aware of and amend and not have the customer financials penalised which is what had occurred to me in this occasion.

Dear Shirley Lara, Moderators are not allowing certain models to work on your site. Are you going to do anything about this or do you condone such behavior. You think it's fair that people who prepare for their shows are trashed by your moderators so that they can't make money? I was banned from my Chaturbate account(Megadave66) on Friday March 3rd while talking to a model. A notice popped up and said I may have violated the terms of service. The games Chaturbate plays with models are obvious and highly disrespectful. Th newest trend in social media which involves live streaming of any sort is to put the blame on 'networks' when a company like this decides to hide models from customers, shut off their sound and screw them out of work. It is not a conspiracy theory that 'liberal' platforms have become as corrupt as their politics: manipulating outcomes to suit their selfish, unethical, sadistic and disrespectful agendas -- agendas driven by Greed.
