Hi there I hate to do this but I'm a bit upset after loosing tokens for something I was meant to get but never really did.

I asked for a prvt show for 10mins which was 600 tokens from a user spaceoddkitty

She accepted and they show started which was great around 4 minutes in the show we agreed to pay 200 tokens for some extra content then around the 5 minutes in and after her messing around, getting up and leaving and returning or her cam is out of focus, I get banned from show for no reason, I was polite and never said or made her do anything wrong, I have a good record here I'm just angry I lost tokens that I never got what was promised. She has now started put a password on her room and doing 4 hour show with one user, which isn't right. There is something mental wrong with twisted model. She uses the circumstances in Ukraine 🇺🇦 to her advantage, tells users that she has no lights, so she gains extra tips or an excuse.

Spaceoddkitty is Ukrainian cam model, that takes fan club membership and in return ignores you in pvt messages. She takes you into pvt and starts disappeared or gets distracted by doing something, while you are paying 60tks a minute. She then has a viewer or viewers that she locks her room with a password, while she does cam2cam with them. She is a liar and stammer. She should be removed from Chaturbate but unfortunately Chaturbate take a percentage from her private so turn a blind. Regardless about complaining about her

The customer service for chaturbate support has been very terrible. It’s supposed to take 24-48 hours for a response and nothing. _mia_01 is a model on chaturbate. Her account was banned when it shouldn’t have been. She has NEVER violated the terms of service. She sent an email to chaturbate support 7 DAYS AGO. 7 DAYS. And they still haven’t replied to her. That’s not right and that’s terrible customer service. They need to reply back to her and give her a reason as to why they banned her account. They just can’t ignore her and not give her an answer. She has tokens on there that she earned and needs to convert into money and since she didn’t even violate the terms of service they need to unban her account ASAP. [protected]@gmail.com That’s her email. Please tell chaturbate support to email her ASAP and get this problem solved. This shouldn’t have happened. She never violated the terms of service. She has lots of tokens on her account that she needs to turn into money and this is her only income. She needs to start making money to buy groceries and buy gas and pay bills.

After experiencing Chaturbate without any tokens, I recently decided to start purchasing tokens. Why I used without tokens was largely due to concerns around personal identity security in financial transactions at this site. I set up a separate email and purchased gift Visa cards for purchasing tokens thinking these things would provide a level of identity protection.

Initially, things were fine. Sadly, like others have reported here, there were a couple of private shows, costing not a few tokens, where the model simply walked off camera in the first few seconds. Once is an exception, twice is a pattern. So the only recourse was to quit requesting private shows, even though that seemed unfair to the really kind, honest models. It only takes a couple to ruin it for all and seems like the site should have better options for addressing.

I’ll also share that the overall experience has declined at the site. Maybe I’m more “aware” with tokens, but the site seems to be more and more models broadcasting from some sort of studio situation. In recent visits I estimate that fully 50% of models are from a South American country with what seems to be a large studio mecca. Models in studios often seem to be on for hours at a time. It’s a far different situation from the initial idea that an amateur is broadcasting from their own personal space; the incentives are quite different.

Neither of these things have been a large concern though. These are things, while they could definitely be improved, I could address by making choices.

Yesterday, however, choices were taken away as, for no apparent reason, my account access was taken away.

I purchased additional tokens ($100 worth) a few days and was logging in yesterday with almost all of tokens unused. I got the screen saying something wasn’t correct with the log in. I tried again, more carefully with same result. Then a third time - same result. Then started to get asked if I was human (and, because I can identify bridges, mountains, and traffic lights, it was verified I am). I thought I’ll try a password reset. No email about reset from site.

I’m now in Customer Service spin. I’ve been asked for a credit card number and/or a photo of a picture ID. Since gift Visa cards have the name “A Gift for You”, is not much help, if I still had (after funds are used up on them I shred them). At this point, I’m very concern about sending any personal information. I have sent screenshots of the inbox with a long history of communications with the site. I’ve sent the email receipt with identifying information of the recent purchase. The site has failed to deliver on its core service and they have instilled a sense of distrust in their customer: so a big fail.

The advice above on writing this says avoid the word “scam”. But all that has happened at this site since I started to purchase tokens has had the feel of a scam. I think I’m out my money either because of the site’s poor customer service protocols or I’m actually being scammed. Either way, I find it impossible to recommend anyone doing any sort of purchase there.

Spaceoddkitty is a Ukraine cam model that uses the current circumstances to her advantage. She is devious, cumming and manipulative.

Spaceoddkitty can obviously do as she pleases and chaturbate turn a blind eye.  The fact that she takes money upfront and is doing a password show for one user, who pays via revoult as she wanted the same from me. Also that anya is based in the Ukraine and uses the circumstances to get extra money from supporters is all acceptable. Guessing that's not important as you said its down the broadcastor discretion.  That if she doesn't get her own way bans you from her room, even though you haven't broken or violated any chaturbate  rules. Why will chaturbate not step in act. Maybe its because a percentage is taken by chaturbate from her honest prvts, so she is allowed to continue with off line payments. As chaturbate take a good percentage you from her fees. Spaceoddkitty has a boyfriend that lurks on the background watching her streaming. Spaceoddkitty is taking money under false pretence

Around two weeks ago I filed a complaint about an experience on the Chaterbate website, I was tipping a model and the screen would go blank in both free and private, so you had to refresh the page, when I was reconnected 17 token transactions over a period of time were made out of my account which I did not do or authorize, the highest was 132, the lowest 25. With the total tokens that were unauthorized being 865

I complained to Chaterbate customer support and all the said was that they could not do anything as they have no control of what the model does.
Not sure if they knew what I was saying but surely a customer would be protected if it was the model of hacking or mistakenly taking tokens.
My experience with this model was usually good and the site also
So very disappointed that I’m still 825 tokens out of pocket

I got two charges on my bank account after my card was stolen. I tried calling the number on my bank and was told they cant help i have to contact chaterbate. I went to the address i was given and was told i have to make an account and they couldnt help since i dont know the account its for. Now im out 120 bucks. I got the notice on fri the 13th of jan. I called the morning of and was told someone would contact me that day and nothing. I had to stop my card which i planned to do when i noticed it was missing but now i cant seem to get my money back

i had a long distance relationship with a russian model and we broke up on a few months ago. chaturbate shows her profiel to me when she is online in the reccomended page and it is so horrrible for me, its like being punched in the stomach every time i see her and chaturbate is meant to be the place i go to to relax and it just causes anxiety now. i have told her to block me twice and she gets angry and shouts insults at me on social media when i comment in her room to ask this and chaturbate keeps unblocking my account for no reason.

Every model starts immediately trying to kick me just not out the room but off the system,they somehow know it’s me and start kicking me off shutting my internet down on iOS iPhone,is there something I did wrong or what they won’t even talk to me,I did nothing wrong and they won’t tell me or explain what I did wrong that they want to kick,seems as someone blacklisted my identity.

When paying customers with tokens get attacked by troll grey (free) accounts and the few paid accounts of doxydolla, who has had numerous complaints and screenshots of each and every one of his troll alternative names, zero action is ever taken. We will no longer be buying tokens as a direct result of this when support fails miserably to address the problem. Several other users who also invest their time and support with tokens will also be following suit.

I agreed with the broadcaster to do something for 200 tokens and then as soon as i tipped they went offline. When they came back on i asked them to do what i tipped for and then they banned me. I was extremely clear with describing what i wanted them to do and they replied with "yes" and "200 tks". But i didnt get what i tipped for i just got a banning.

Another user posted something in comments in the room earlier on saying a similar experience in which they didnt fulfil his tip. Which i didnt see until later on when i scrolled through the chat

She accepted and they show started which was great around 4 minutes in the show we agreed id pay 100 tokens for some extra content then around the 5 minutes in I get banned from show for no reason, I was polite and never said or made her do anything wrong, I have a good record here I'm just upset I lost 300 tokens that i never got what was promised

19/12/2022 my account got banned I have tried since then to make a new account, but all my accounts are getting banned I don't understand why this is happening. I am age verified am 26 yrs. old and yet all the accounts I create are getting banned. My first account was anaconda2350 and that one I understood since it was created by another person, but the other accounts am creating why are they getting banned. Also, the agreement form is not accessible when I tried to fill in my date of birth, I got banned I have tried using both my Identity card and passport, but nothing seems to work help me because from here I don't know what to do anymore Sophia Dickson was banned too Silviah and many more others that I have tried to create and see if it works

Within the last few months I started noticing strange behavior among the colombian models. They were receiving instructions from someone close by. Eye contact would go from me to something in front or to the side of the models and to the hidden person speaking, back and forth. Adjust cam, and finally somewhat undivided attention. Occasional new instructions, obvious as eyes are looking back to earlier spot, sometimes audio turned off, sometimes left on and very uncomfortable for model when I suggest they turn mic off next time. The same pattern happens to whichever models room I log into, almost identically. Im getting the being recorded feeling so I would ask questions like,

Is the cam on already? Did you press record? You just pressed record didnt you? Turn it off, ill tell you when to start. The reactions were guilty, instructions also were put on models computer display.. I enter room, they stop what their doing, read, look at my cam, reach over turn on, adjust cam/phone, look at me, little adjustments, ok, we are rolling. This is not an isolated incident. 4 out of 5, same thing.

I would ask some models that I was comfortable with and I got comfirmation. I also took pics of conversations that are incriminating. Got a couple, cant talk about it responses also.. So then today using a different browser up pops my videos I new nothing about nor gave permission of any kind to go public with. I have contacted cb about this matter but im being ignored for over a month now. I know colombia cb is for sure involved. Anywhere else I dont know

I was at a low point and have mental health issues ... chaturbate i found some escapism but found it to be pushy and found myself spending over £1000 in the month of November as they kept my payment details on file and I really dont know if it was me that spent it or someone scammed me. I have written to chaturbate and had no reply at all.

I cant afford this and wonder if i should take it further but dont know who to turn to

Hello, so I got banned, I am a New model, banned on my 6th day of broadcast since I was în my broadcast and I sent emails for 4 days ago and they just ghosted me, and I had a payment sent on 14 this month, before 1 days to get banned, will I receive that payment at least? And still 500 tokens are left în there, when I enter my account I see that are still there, will I receive?

I was banned over ten days ago after making a comment in a chat room about the inordinate amount of 70s-80s pop tunes that seem to have an undertone about underage women. I listed a bunch of well-known hits by The Police, Rolling Stones, ACDC, etc...as part of a discussion...and wham...banned.

I, in no way, advocated such activity or violated the meaning of the terms of service. I cannot seem to get a response to my appeal from Chaturbate.

I logged into my alternate account to attempt refollowing all my favorites, and have since been banned there as well--assumed to be due to the same email address being used for both accounts.

"caribbean_gal" is a cam model that scams users. She took me to private for 12 tokens per minute, flashed me and tpyed "brb baby" and ran off the camera. I typed "what was going on?" after 5 minutes of hearing her typing and clicking on another computer in the background. So, I gave her a thumbs down during the session after waiting with no reply for 7 minutes, hoping to get her attention- to deter her from ill intent. It didn't work. So, I had wait for the mandated 10 minutes and to forfeit 120 tokens for nothing in private. After I ended the session, I saw that I was immediately banned by her. This is how I knew she was running some type of scam. Instead of asking me what happened or trying to correct/explain her discourteousness, she tries to be rid of me, possibly to repeat her scam on another user.

Me bloquearon de la página sin ninguna razón sin decirme ninguna razón, me pidieron que volviera a ingresar mi identificación ya que había una nueva forma de verificación al ingresar los dos días que bloquean mi cuenta sin respuesta, me dicen que fue prohibida de su plataforma y que no puedo emitir más.
