Broadcaster fraud? A broadcaster may lie to me
Hi maybe I am not in the correct website but I want to tell you guys today I felt that I was involved in a fraud case. I tips a broadcaster girl (exactly amount on her tips menu) for a show, but she accept d my tips refused to show, so that I asked her whether she lied to me. She just kept making excuses, and did not show anything. At the end I said that I may want report this case as I may in a fraud situation, and she simply permanently banned me from her room. I wonder should I, as a customer who paid but got nothing, or that broadcaster been permanently banned :(

I opened a Chaturbate account, bought about $75 worth of tokens, and logged out. I then found that I could not log back in.
I wrote Chaturbate 20 emails asking them to correct the problem. Chaturbate ignored every one. I got no response at all and Chaturbate has kept my money.
That is theft, plain and simple. And it's also non-existent customer support.
A little Googling shows that Chaturbate, in Lake Forest, CA, has only one employee handling hundreds of thousands of accounts.
I'm not the only one, either. I've spoken to a Chaturbate model who said: "I can't tell you how many of my users Chaturbate has done that to. They do it to models, too. Just close the account, for no reason, without paying the model, and keep the money.
Some get the money they have earned eventually. Most don't."

They do business in the State of California. There are strict laws in CA about fraud. If the cost gets to be high enough to create a felony charge, contact the local sheriff's office or police department. They will handle it. Problem is, CB can just move overseas. But then they would have to deal with Interpol. Would not want that bunch on my back.
From what I have read, there are international customers defrauded here. That means the FBI would be the right place to go.

I think this sites continues to act like this it should be banned from USA.

i already got lawyers working on suing chaturbate for theft and allowing illegal policy activities while models broadcast. Chaturbate does not answer emails, only a bot does

I was just on the phone with a customer service representative from the named website apparently they never charged the 3 purchases of $10.99 on July 11th 2017 . Yet i was told by epoch to contact them in order for a refund.
Thanks for lying . And charging my debit card. After saying u blocked it I'm filing a complaint to the bank .

Multiple purchases declined and terrible customer service
This has happened multiple times: I try to purchase tokens on Chaturbate.com and my card get's declined. Obviously, I contacted the bank, but everything was fine there, as well as with VISA, which means the site had a problem (again, obviously, I had limits and no restrictions to apply). I contacted the support and first got a set of answers stating things I did not need and possibly previously written: whoever answered DID NOT READ my case and just sent a generic email. I kept contacting and had to go through things like me saying "Purchase page says I have all 4 transactions left and I will NOT use Epoch as they are known for scams" and reading the answer "You can try a different transaction method, like Epoch, or wait until tomorrow if you reach your transaction limit" - AND THIS IS REAL! Is all on the emails!
I had this problem multiple times and ONLY Chaturbate.com created this issue with the card. It really seems to me this is forcing this Epoch on customers, or they're just plain bad. Last email I sent I requested (for the 10th time) a real answer towards a solution and got NOTHING - NO ANSWER! As if it wasn't enough no solution, they also ignore customers.
I advise anyone who likes this kind of service to stay AWAY from Chaturbate.com and look for other sites.

This is the second time these criminals have stolen my money so if you want someone to steal you money then go ahead.
