My account was suddenly banned after using the platform for more than 2 years and making over $20,000 dollars, building up thousands of followes and a constant satisfaction score above 90%.

For months kept sending emails asking for clarity on why my account is banned because i did nothing different than before and I keep my shows and interaction clean and positive.

For month's the feedback I received was automated, just stating that the account is banned and because of the ban status they won't reply to future emails.

Eventually they got back because was constantly asking, and according to them my account is banned because i used someone else's identity or used fake identification.

Finally I could backtrack and see where things possibly could have gone wrong.

The only logic possibility where this could have happened is when i tried to add a friend to my room.

Please keep in mind that when the incident happened, my account was already verified on the old and new system.

When you keep this in mind the explanation that follows will make sense, because I did not have any reason to try and upload and verify myself again with someone else’s documents to allow my face to appear on my broadcast if n am already successfully verified.

My account was verified on the old system and then the new verification system with valid proof of identification, I can do so with an ID card, driver’s license or Password.

Explanation:

I tried to add another model to my profile that is new to the Chaturbate profile.

While going through the verification process, after taking the photo of his Identity card, I told him to hold the phone to scan his face.

While he was holding the phone to try and do the scan, he could not see anything because the camera zoomed in too much and he could not understand what was happening.

He then turned the phone towards me to show me that it was not working, but because I was standing further away than he was, the camera was able to pick up my face and accidentally scanned my face.

I tried to immediately stop the process, but it was already processed.

Like I said, there would be no reason for me to try and validate myself again if I was already verified, so this was a stupid accident on our side not being very familiar with the new process.

My documents are 100% real and had no problem with verification on the new verification system when I did it before, if my documents were fake, it would not have passed me with the new system a couple weeks prior.

Can I please request that I get another chance to verify myself and get the ban lifted from my ID number.

Of course, the system will pick up if my documents are not real and not verify my, but I know my documents are real so I’m not worried that will happened, I’m just asking for the opportunity to proof it is real

I have been a Broadcaster for more than 2 years and I have cashed out over $20,000.

While I broadcast, I even like to use tokens I make to give to other broadcasters currently broadcasting.

I’m a very friendly broadcaster, and I believe Chaturbate is a great application to help us make money.

It’s a good way for redistribution of wealth, it allows people to spend access money on us who can do good with the money in a safe way.

I would really appreciate getting another opportunity to be part of your community.

I paid 200 tokens and she she within a minute. Said something in Spanish that I don't understand and said that she was going to get breakfast bye. I don't care who you are, that's stealing . That's $20 out of my pocket I want back please thanks It happened on june the thirtieth Around 9 or 10 Am i don't know what else to make it any longer.

Plain And simple I paid for a service that she kept hounding me. To do And stole my money. I don't have photos or anything. Because I had to exit the system to make a complaint and then lost all the data. Sorry I was a little bit shocked. I, i didn't think that would happen. So far. My experience has been pretty good.

I have been a longtime broadcaster on CB and have had several accounts. Recently I was banned from the platform and wasn’t able to get an answer from Chaturbate until today. They claim I provided falsified identification documents.

My old accounts used my valid State ID and never had a single issue. Then it expired and I got a new valid State ID. This new, 100% valid ID has all the same detail and info as my old one and is literally from the local Department of Motor Vehicles.

I want to complain about this false accusation, which can so easily be proven to be false. CB has provided no way for me to re-submit or to address this ridiculous issue. Jumio clearly is having an issue with newer IDs or something. Why in the hell would I provide a fake ID if I’m over 30 years old and have had many CB accounts?

I’d also note that other cam sites have successfully verified me using the exact same ID referenced above. Makes no sense.

On- or Off-Platform Interactions/Meetings

Upon discovering that I had been manipulated and enticed without my consent, Broadcaster Stella_Atkins knowingly and with malintent deceived me to be a reliable and steady revenue stream for her gain. Broadcaster Stella_Atkins gave access to third-party social media outlets not listed on her profile page. Along with false promises of wanting to be exclusive, It is of utmost importance that all my dealings and proposals are above board and transparent. I have been treated unjustly and contradicted by the law; I will not hesitate to consult a legal expert or seek assistance from the appropriate authorities. My safety and welfare are always my top priority, whether on or off the platform. Kindly let me know if you can lend assistance with any other concerns I may have.

Chaturbate is quite obviously shadowbanning me. I feel that shadowbnning is both dishonest and unethical. Chaturbate and likeminded companies need to be honest with people and let them know that they wish to curate their sites. And, in curating their sites, wish to only hire models they feel best represent their Brand.

It's incredibly selfish for companies like Chaturbate to trash the esteems, incomes, time and income of people because they simply want to have as many people on their site as possible, even if it mean having them there under false pretenses.

I'm an extremely attractive model with extensive experience as a photo / art model and I've accumulated several thousands of followers -- many of whom became regulars. And what do I get for four years of perseverance? A permanent shadowban.

My room remains permanently empty for the entirety of my five hour sessions.

It should be noted that Chaturbate uses an AI-driven 'psy op' tool: the 'Feedback' option, where models can voice their grievances. This tool allows Chaturbate to curtail the ferocity of their shadowbans to the degree of anger elicited in unwanted performers. A complaint signals Chaturbates AI that the unwanted model has been successfully agitated by their Authoritarian Algorithm, but simply refuse to leave -- this is dealt with by imposing a more severe shhadowban, whereby the bots which Chaturbate sends to the models room (to maintain a false sense of inclusion) are omitted from the models sessions, creating an immense void. The intended outcome? To de-incentivize the model.

It is now common for Corporate Fascists who run Authoritarian Woke Companies to use agitation to de-incentivize models / performers / content creators they don't regard as best suited to represent their brand. Sadly this method of algorithmic tyranny is carried out at the expense of people's well being.

This has become commonplace among 'liberals' -- this love of Corporatism, Conformity, Violence, Coercion, Cheating and War.

I have 3 usernames that Chaturbate have banned and when i try to email I get NO response. so i tried to contact them under an email they did not have of mine. I got a response with in an hour or so. told them my issue and they told me I had to send a request through the email I had logged in with on these accounts.

Ive sent many emails and get nothing from Chaturbate. all the money I have spent on this s ight and no some of the tokens i earnt on chaturbate i feel like i am ready to sue this website for fraud and for stealing.

Hi — I believe a broadcaster is scamming people. He's got a Goal posted of "Cum" for 40 credits, which seemed unusually low to me. Earlier today, I was viewing his brodcast, and several times enough credits were posted to cover the 40. Then he didn't "cum" or do anything performative, but the goal somehow went back to being not ok fulfilled. Not usually back at a full 40 credits needed, but always at least 5. This happened at least twice, maybe 3 times. One of the times, a message actually came up indicating the Goal amount had been met. But no action and then back to not fulfilled. I was just on again in the last 10 minutes or so and there were posts in a row totalling 41 tokens, followed by a Goal update saying 5 more tokens (out of 40) were still needed. I PMd the guy and asked him to come clean but he denied it.

Hello guys please help me what to do with this? I have a model friend who sent and been sending tokens to me to help them out withdraw their money fast.

Recently they sent me 14032 tokens which I withdraw and sent them the money afterwards I recieved it. Now when I logged in I just saw I have a negative balance in Chaturbate and I contacted them about it I figured that a friend of mine who ask for a favor agreed to the customer support to receive the money directly to her but then I DONT KNOW ANY OF THAT AGREEMENT AND I WASNT INFORMED I'M NOT ALLOWED TO RECIEVE ANY MONEY FROM MY FRIEND but they hold me accountable for the balance I've already withdrawn and given to my friend.

They are not answering that and so I tried streaming and earned some tokens and now I've seen they less it to my negative balance but then I ask my friend if it went back to her account they said NO.

Please don't do this and hold me accountable for someone fault.

First I'm not informed I'm not allowed to accept tokens from them and don't know any of you and my friends agreement with the payout as they always ask for my help.

Second, please answer where will the token go? Once settled? Will you get it? Please answer that, the money has been withdrawn therefore I can't send it back to you.

About two years ago now, my account was mysteriously banned and I was only informed AFTER being allowed to make a token purchase by a message saying my account was banned as they MAY have reason to believe I MIGHT have violated the terms of use. Having no conflicts or incidents I’m aware of, I’ve emailed support at least a dozen times trying to both find out what the problem is, as recommended at the end of the notification, again sent only after being allowed to purchase tokens that I’m unable to use.

To date, I have received NO RESPONSE to any of my repeated requests for a refund, nor any explanation for this unwarranted action as far as I can tell. Had I unknowingly violated some obscure term as I’ve never had any conflict, confrontations, or even disagreements, My account should be locked and not allow fraudulent token purchases to thereafter be notified of the action against me.

It’s unbelievable that I’m not only still banned, but have never been provided any explanation nor refund of token purchases processed by Chaturbate and being banned from new accounts with different email addresses which weren’t ever even used..

I understand mistakes can happen but ignoring numerous requests for refunds and information must be intentional so leaves charge dispute, BBB, and FTC complaints, and possibly legal action as it sure feels discriminatory at this point.

i have never had this issue resolved or been compensated for loses and emotional trauma and damage caused by your sight. My girlfriend at the time (who broke up with me over this matter) discovered an account named "givingpleasure11" and i never visit chaturbate...however apparently someone was recording intimate moments of me and streaming them on chaturbate and making money off my body and it cost me the love of my life. i have picture evidence of the account.

I requested a payout on April 14 to be sent via direct deposit

The direct deposit was wrong so I paid 40 for a check to be sent to be

The check based on the emails from chaturbate was sent regular mail

I have contacted them repeatedly regarding the payout be corrected something be re written or someone to simply contact me back about an eta and I know I am being ignored as it’s been been days and still no feedback

I have since changed my payout it I have no idea where my check is and am just looking for assistance

On April 21, when a model named Miyaki of the website found a way to ask for tokens (credits/money) and promised to be doing the requested which she did not do and said that she misunderstood which is a cheap excuse and I have seen before. She stopped talking to me right after and even smiling and laughing like she already got what she wanted scamming people.

Although, this time, the company is supporting the model because on April 24, talking to support through email, the support told me that they can not do anything about it and not even see what they can do. They do have a policy about risky payments but the fact that they didn't even attempt to do anything about the model I'm complaining about. The conversation only took a few replies without an effort.
