If you are looking for a mortgage STAY AWAY from Chase and Meredith Spence. The service is terrible and slow lies about mortgage rates and they over charge you with outrageous fees. Constant delays never returned phone calls and most of their staff is working from India. I later found out my social security number and identity were stolen and it was traced back to India. For all the fees they charge they could at least have their staff working in the US. Calls to executive offices also are ignored. Shameful excuse of a bank.
