Could not log onto Chase to access my account. First time I had this issue. Had to call customer service 4 times and 45 minutes on the phone and the problem will not be resolved for 24 to 48 hours.
Unacceptable...spoke with a "supervisor" who had a bit of attitude and best they could do was to tell me to wait 24/48 hours or call back in the mean time to access my account. Been a customer for many years, rethinking that now

Recommendation: Easy banking but if you ever need help it will be time consuming and difficult
