I bought a cell c sim card at the airport, i topped up the sim on line for R750, however i made a mistake, my numbers end with a ...45 and i topped up numbers ending with...54.i was told to send proof of payment ID more than two weeks ago, i have written asking for any feedback, till today nothing!i wonder if they have a customer service manager would appreciate to have her email
