Cash Crusaders review: Soshanguve plaza refused to assist me because "they didn't have time to charge my laptop"

I went to Cash Crusaders In Soshanguve Plaza for a loan against my laptop. When I got there I discovered that I had forgotten the charger. I asked the guy at the door if they would accept the laptop without a charger, he said no. So I drove home and went back to the store.

When I got to the buyers, my laptop had a flat battery. At first, the buyer called Bra Joe said their store doesn't have a plug that my charger head requires. I begged him to please check. He went and got another charger. Then he refused to charge my laptop, saying he doesn't have time to wait for it to charge because it was almost closing time.
I then asked the other buyer called Welldone. He also refused. Welldone asked me where I worked, and that wherever I work he's sure I get off at 4, and that he's sure I don't work on the weekends.

I tried to explain that I had been there earlier but forgot my charger, Welldone then said "and who's problem is that".
I tried to plead with them, explained why I needed the money urgently. I begged. They didn't budge.

I tried to explain that the whole time I'm begging the laptop could be charging. They still refused.

I got frustrated and desperate and Welldone and I started raising our voices. As Welldone and I were busy exchanging words, he said that I would never be assisted with an attitude like mine. I then said to him my voice is raised because I'm desperate and panicking, and he should understand as he works in customer service. Still with me begging and him being rude, he then said to me "you can even report this, I don't care".

Cash Crusaders Soshanguve Plaza refused to charge my laptop in order to assist me because "they didn't have time to wait for my laptop to charge".
