Cash Crusaders Phone and the manager

I bought a new phone on the 27th of july, in a week later it gave problems. I took it back to the shop they fixed it. On the 24th august it went off never worked again. I went to the shop again and asked them to replace it or refund me. The manager told me about the policy. I said I understand but the pjone seems to be faulty. He was very rude, teloing me he can't help me, he's the owner. Hell wait for technicians to fix it. I haven't received the phone till today I haven't heard anything from them i've phoned them, they promised to call back and update me.

Cash Crusaders Repairs to a cell phone bought at this store

We purchased a Doogee Y7 cell phone at the Cash Crusaders store in the Chatsworth Centre Mall in Durban. Initially the phone stopped charging after 7 months use. Sent in for repairs, came back a week later. It worked for 2 days and the charging port came off the main board. Sent back for repairs. Returned with swollen battery, cover couldn't close properly and no longer accepted Cell C network. Sent phone back, battery was replaced, sealed properly but still not allowing Cell C network. Sent back for repairs and result is that it cannot be done to accept Cell C network back on the phone, which never was a problem before sending for repairs. The store manager Ashnee was shouting at the staff STEWARD while he was trying to assist.. the phone has gone 3 times for repairs already and has been with them for 6 weeks and still to no avail. Ashnee now wants me to accept the phone as is not working as she can not help me.
Some sort of assistance will be greatly appreciated.
She says can not replace nor refund me yet its still under warranty. I aslo spoke to a guy named Cameron who refuses to help me. I have now taken time off work on multiple occasions to go fetch the phone only to find its not working correctly.

Cash Crusaders Doogee s40 camera not work and thumb security feature not working

I sold a dooggee s40 at the randburg branch on the 15th of august 2020 which was faulty. The sales rep did not inform me at all that the phone was faulty. The only thing that he showed me was how to insert the sim card and sdcard, the phone was not from the box but taken from the the display. It also had a battery life percentage of 80% which I couldn't understand for a brand new phone why would the battery be at such a percentage. My concern is that I returned the phone within their seven day warrantee policy hoping to be refunded or given a new device. But to my surprise I was told it was to be taken to the head office for a report to assess if I damaged it.
The question that I want to ask cash crusaders is why should I suffer for something I didn't do? I'm willing to take this further if not resolved within the week they say I should wait for the report.

Cash Crusaders Doogee y7

Bought this phone R1699 at Eloff and Albertiner Sisulu within 9 months is having problem to charge, I misplace the box and the slip . I went to the store I bought the phone and they check the till and find my particulars, and they told me that they can't help me I must come with the box and slip so that they can help me.
I felt that there is no customer care my money just go down the drain
I need your help to fix this phone

Cash Crusaders Doogee x90

I bought the on the 11-08-2020 and I'm experiencing problems the volume of the phone is very very low I can't hear the person on the other side loud and clear even when I'm on video call it is worse Im not happy with this phone and I asked them if I could get another phone and top up the difference the manager just refused and said he would just give me earphones I just left the store cz I bought this phone last week and they can't give me what I need which is a phone that will satisfy me.. I'm so disappointed at the manager! I don't recommend anyone to buy this phone or anything from Cash Crusaders .The manager just don't care!

Cash Crusaders Product

Good day I recently bought an Amber Mini kitchen stove and found out that the plates were not getting hot and it's a brand new stove. I took it back after 8 days of purchase due to family matters from Randfontain branch and they took the stove back they said they will fix it I should wait 21 days I went to check after they said the stove has not arrived then they called after a month to collect only to find out that the stove wasn't fixed I went back to complain about the matter I have been assisted by the manager Jason schpeman when I went to report the matter to him he was rude to me even he tried to boil water with a pot but the water didn't boil and he refused to help me

Cash Crusaders Service

The cash crusaders shop in Kempton park is a huge disaster.the shop is small and they dont even limit the number of people in the shop.their staff members are the ones that hover around customers, they themselves dont observe social distancing.i dont have anything against the shop trading but people's safety comes first.staff at this shop are so reckless.

Cash Crusaders Fraud

Good day

I would like to lodge a formal complaint against the above mentioned branch.

Sadly I lost my husband on the 8th june 2020 and my husband was laid to rest on the 12 june 2020.

My late husband had an account with you and traded the laptop for a loan.

I contacted mayfield to come and collect the laptop as it had all our memories and personal information and it was going to serve as a memory to me and my 5 years and 7 years.

To my surprise I was advised that on of my in laws came and collected the laptop.

Please see attached the death certificate and marriage certificate.

I am writing this with so much sadness and grieve.

Cash Crusaders Mountedgecombe Disgust!
It is with highest disappointment and frustration that I make this communication. It is with regards to a laptop that I had pawned early this year. I had been making the interest payments along with the extremely highly admin fee.

I kept on emailing Cash Crusaders Mountedgecombe to advise them that I will be delayed in making the interest payment but never ever received a response.

I took a loan amount of R3000 but put a very high valued item being an Apple Mac air laptop.

Obviously the laptop is worth way more.

Now I want to settle the entire Lon amount but I do not get any feedback whatsoever.

I hope that the laptop isn't sold as that would be most frustrating.

Now due to the lockdown, how would this even work.

I need answers.

Or at least allow me to pay the interest for now.

We would like to share some details with you on how the National Lockdown may affect you. Kindly note the following:

Loans: If you have a Secured Loan with us, your goods will be safely stored during the lockdown. Loans expiring in this time will be extended without added interest and fees. You will need to collect your goods and make payment by close of business on 18 April 2020. Please check our website (www.cashcrusaders.co.za) for store operating hours.

Repairs: Our Repair Centre will be closed during the lockdown. Repairs will be attended to when we reopen on 17 April 2020. In the meantime, rest assured your goods will be kept safely in our Repair Centres.

While we know we have your understanding, Cash Crusaders would like to apologise for any inconvenience the lockdown may cause you. We wish you and your family a safe and peaceful lockdown period. Honouring the request of our president is the best we can do to make our country a safer place. We look forward to seeing you all again once the lockdown has been lifted.

Good Day, To date no staff member has contacted me yet. I needed to know when I could make payment and get my stuff back but nobody ever responds to emails nor phone calls. I am not in the Durban area at present and the staff at Cash Crusaders Mount Edgecombe still request that I come in and they cannot give me any information about my PC. God forbid if anything has happened to my PC. Please would someone of influence help me out and advise as to when I can make payment and when i can have my laptop back.

Cash Crusaders Plasma TV

I bought a plasma TV at cash crusaders before the lockdown only to find out that the TV is not working properly, I went back to the store on 01/06/2020 to have the issue resolved but unfortunately I told TO GO TO HELL by a manager by the name of David. It's not the first time I buy an item that's not functioning from them, first it was a laptop with the key board that's not functioning, when I return it I was advised to add R1400 and get another one, which I did so peacefully, and then now it's a plasma TV. The guy was so rude to me he even left me hanging then he went to the store or staff room without resolving my issue. I then went to the counter when the cashier lady took the TV, telling me that it will be repaired and besides the TV has been repaired several times before I purchased as I has stickers from the repairman at the back, I need my money, I am done with them, I have gave them a chance and they keep selling me staff that's not working, David is so very rude I don't want to lie. I need my money back

Cash Crusaders recliner lounge suite

In november i purchased the above item, the store manager told me that its a brand new suite, i was told to pay the some of R10 000 rand into the managers personal account and so we did, my 2 seater is falling to pieces and now he refuse to help me in anyway and said there is no guarantee on couches, i would understand if it was a second hand product but as he told me its brand new i would think there would be some kind of procedure if things like this happen. Ive contacted the store but they say there is nothing they can do. Please could you advise on the way foward or would it be in my best intrest to get media and the consumer boards help

Goodday I'm very disappointed in a staff member at town center Mitchell's at cashcrusaders I phoned to ask if I can bring and equipment in because of my condition I just wanted to know if they take in a item I have because I can't come down then they tell me no they don't take .on of the staff named jamie while I was tawking she put the phoned down in my ear witch I think is unprofessional I phoned again thinking I'm going to speak to the maneger but I phned 10 times and no one picked up is this the 5 star service customers get . Please it's unexceptable

Cash Crusaders Unethical behaviour and the selling of faulty goods

I purchased a Dixon 10' Tablet on the 14th of January 2020. This was at the Randburg Square branch.

The device was for my son who uses it daily for his school textbooks and needs to have daily in class.

On the 13th of February, it stopped working, would not switch on and was not charging.

I took it back to the store, Monday the 17th of February and was advised that the warranty covers this fault and they would take it in for repairs that Wednesday and due to the fact that it is used by the child for school I would have it back the following Wednesday. If they can't fix it, I would receive a new one.

I was advised by the staff to speak fluent English while addressing the Manager and stating my case or he would not take me seriously.

The Manager of the store confirmed the device will indeed be back on Wednesday the 26th.

I was given contact details to call and follow up before the 26th and I indeed called the store 3 times on the day and no one answered.

After work, I went to the store and was told the device has not arrived and should come back the next day. (In all this time my son goes to school daily without a learning device)

I called again on Thursday and again no one picked up. I only got through after 3 pm and the lady I spoke to (Kea) advised that the device was still not delivered and that I should hold while she calls the manager for me and then hung up on me.

I called back and the guy who picked up told me, Kea hung up because there was another member waiting. The manager of the store, they refer to as 'Dali' took the call and said the truck that delivers stock is late and will definitely be delivered the next day on Friday at 15:30 pm.

I left my contact details and requested to be updated and notified once the device was available, which never happened. I again called back today, to be told my son's device was still not available and HUNG UP ON AGAIN.

I then called the complaint line, spoke to Rachel, who transferred me to Gaby WHO HUNG UP ON ME TOO!

Can I be refunded the money I paid for this device so I can buy a new device for my son, who is suffering and writing exams with literally no books?

Secondly, I would like to apologize if my English is not good enough to be taken seriously by your company employees.

Cash Crusaders I am complaining about acer chromebook, 15 that I am returning it to the shop 3 weeks from day I bought it.

i went to look for a laptop for office work, the sales person shown me acer cromebook says it is reduced to 1000, i bought it once i want to use it in my office i found no network cable or hard drive to save on it, i return to shop they says they want to buy it from me by 400.

once i asked them why they give me contact no to call head office, i do call and my airtime finish while calling, i am still communicating with them even from today i am from shop they told me it is not used but acer crome dont have busines on us.

i am asking assistant and advice so i receive my money back.thank you.
