Casey's review: Pizza

I ordered an online pizza on Sunday Oct 4, 3:40 at the Lawson MO Casey’s. It showed the order to be ready in 30 minutes.
After I got to the store the app said 45 minutes.
It was 4:45 before I left with my pizza
The employee at the register asked my name at some point and I said I was told 10 minutes and she started to say it’s AI generated but I said that human right there told me 10 minutes. She said maybe they’ll give you some money off. I said I paid on line. She said there really should be 2-3 ppl working back there but the manager had to come in to cover. (He was the only one back there when I finally got my pizza)
It’s a small town but unacceptable to take over an hour to make a pick up order pizza. It’s a football Sunday. Plan on it!
